Rented a U-Haul originally for one day. Ended up being 2. Picked the truck up at 12pm Monday, returned it at 10pm Tuesday. My card was charged a total of $459.00 for what was supposed to be an $86.00 rental. Keeping it for an additional day, the charges increased by $86 for the rental/mileage/insurance for a second day, which I understand although these are the highest U-Haul prices Ive ever paid. Talked to someone who told me the extra charges would fall off in 3 business days. Today is day 6 and I still have not been reimbursed for the charges. I will never do business with these people again. Not the first time this has happened here, will be the last.

Dont expect to pick any rental equipment up between 1pm and 2pm. Sure would be nice if online reservations reflected this while scheduling.

One fella is very rude. However the others are amazing and the property is very decent. Lots of space for large vehicles to maneuver.
