Love this place. Went in for a simple service, for which these guys went above and beyond there level of service once again. They informed my plates were expired, this is near closing time. Jumped on the inspection and merrily sent me to the DMV Saved me from a ticket from my forgetfulness....Once again gained my trust, confidence, respect and loyalty for there business 💯

Harris cares about your safety and well being of your car. When I talk to them they arent interested in pulling all the money out of me that they can they are just honest and their true interest is making sure I have a good safe reliable vehicle ..they help you any way they can and have been a true blessing for me. My check engine light was on and they checked out my car inside and out without asking anything of me. They also advised me to go to my car dealership when needed and I ended up getting a new engine that was recalled due to their knowledge. Thanks Jordan and staff. I appreciate you all !

Harris Automotive is a wonderful car repair shop. They ate friendly and always fix things in a timely manner. This is the only repair shop we use. They do everything there.

I called at 5:15 p.m. (they close at 6 ) with a nail in my tire. They said come on up. They were fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I also appreciated that the shop wasnt dirty and greasy. Makes it nicer for us girls. Thanks, Fellas !

Beyond the Call of DutyI went to Harris Automotive & Tire to have the blower repaired on my vehicle so I can use the air conditioner/heater again. When they completed the work, I remembered that my remote starter wasnt working and the engine light was on. I was told that sometimes when your cars gas cap isnt on tight enough, it can cause this type of problem. The employee at the front desk got a device to check and corrected the problem. When I asked what did I owe them, she said nothing.With so many businesses working hard to recoup money they have lost due to the pandemic, this business went beyond the call of duty and definitely put its customers first. Great job!

Everyone there was absolutely amazing. I called morning of inquiring pricing for 4 tires. They didn’t have them in stock but got them for me a couple of hours later. Didn’t make an appointment just went up there and they were done within an hour and a half. That time included 4 tire changes, oil change, filter change, And wiper change. They were also more affordable than the 3 other companies that i called. 10/10 would recommend again.!

Staff is friendly and seems knowledgeable (Im not a mechanic so I cant verify). They did a pretty good job at listening to my problems and fixing what they could. They also did it in a reasonable amount of time. We had one problem where I misunderstood the way their billing worked. Basically, I thought that the price that was listed for a part was the price for the part. I didnt know that also included the tools that would be required to install the parts. I thought that would be listed in the Shop Supplies section. They reached out to me and wanted to clear everything up. Im overall very happy with how things turned out. I recently failed an safety inspection at a local oil change facility. I was told my vehicle needed new ball joints and tire rods. I was given an estimate of $1100 by a large local chain. I brought my car to Harris Automotive and not only did they quote me $300 less for what was perceived to be the work needed, they were able to determine the amount of work from the original quote was not needed, and saved me $800! They completed the work that was actually needed and now my vehicle drives the best it has in years!

Had multiple things worked on here. Never had a problem with any of it after the work. Theyve diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Friendly staff and knowledgeable service techs. They are always so helpful and patient whether just getting an inspection/emissions, or like my last visit a week or so ago, deciding or me actually being indecisive on which tires to get. I went to the DMV and was told I needed an emissions and ID/OD reading to title my new car. I was kind of bummed out about this because it was 4:40 on a Friday evening and the DMV closed at 5:30, I knew there was no way I could do it. Well, the DMV recommended Harris so I took a chance and stopped in. It took them 25 minutes to get me in and out and I was able to go back to the DMV with time to spare to finish titling my car. The courtesy they showed by getting my car in so quickly knowing I was trying to make it to the DMV in time really shows what they are willing to do for their customers. The state makes the money off of emissions, inspections and ID/OD reads but by the way I was treated at their shop, I will absolutely use them for every automotive repair I ever need moving forward. Thanks for taking such good care of me, you made a new lifetime customer!

By far the best automotive shop I have dealt with. I have a 2012 Kia soul that the starter goes out of winter. I had it replace one time at Harris and every other time it was covered under their warranty. I only had to pay more this last time to pay the difference of nicer starter. I live a 30 minutes away now but I will make the journey so that no one else but Harris works on my car.

Harris Automotive was able to fit me in for routine preventative maintenance at a moments notice. Service was fast. However, when I walked to the parking lot to retrieve my truck, I noticed that the service technicians failed to secure the hood. Had I not caught this and took off down the highway, the hood might have blocked vision. Being fast doesnt mean that you overlook the small details.
