This particular store NEVER has half the items available in stock. I always check online or go in....not in stock at Wentzille and they never know when.... I always have to travel 45 + miles to another store to get what I need. Stock your store if u want to sell items!!!

Went to purchase a solar shed light. Price was $8 cheaper than another store nearby. Look forward to using it! Staff was friendly and helpful. Door was clean. Face masks are required but everything else is as normal.

I always go here first...but they seldom have what they advertise in their ads. There employees are not very helpful and typically look the other way when they see customers..or suddenly need to get to their busy work ..

Service is always great the employees that work there are always ready to help. You dont stand around trying to get someone to help you if youre not sure where something youre looking for is located. And the price on items are usually reasonable.

DO NOT ORDER ICON TOOL BOXES FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Ordered a very large set up from the store and was told 2-3 weeks for delivery. 3 months pass, they eventually tell me to stop calling and they will contact me when they have information. Finally! A estimated delivery date. Three weeks from current day due to the TERRIBLE delivery company (ryder) they have contracted to deliver. Had to wait extended time because of my “rual” location. Had to call again and manager Andy had a second party company come deliver it next day, great thanks Andy. Truck shows up and they forgot my locker! A $1500 price of my locker. Immediately call and no one had any idea what is going on, I’m told to just wait and see what happens. Can’t believe so many people singed off on my package being delivered missing a critical part. Call back again after days of no response, they say they are having it “expedited” month in a half later go by, people stop answering the phones there or just stop answering my calls, who knows. Get a ETA text from Ryder, eta delivery in TWO weeks from date, all because my rual location again, only to find it’s been sitting in their location for two weeks prior to get a big enough delivery together for my area. 15 minuets from store location. Call Andy again he gets it pushed up to the following week, great. Delivery team comes out, drives in my yard, won’t get out of the truck till my dog is put up then DROPS THE 500 sum pound locker from the box truck into my truck bed and dropped the other side of the locker into my truck. They burn out just after i take a look to make sure it’s not bent. They get away this time, VERY unprofessional especially for the money of the product. Finally, my box is completed 4 months later. 30 some phone calls and arguing with the store and Ryder for months. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This is one of my favorite places to go to buy any tools. Youre not going to find a cheaper price anywhere in an actual store. They offer coupons everyday on over a hundred things and they always give you something free with a purchase if you download the coupon app. If you havent been there I strongly suggest you go.

Got a lot at a great price. gotta watch the flyer and the price on the shelf. they like to show the same item in the flyer twice with different pricing 1 at original price and then with a coupon. gets kinda confusing. hard to find every item that I went in for but after an hour I located what was on my list.

Good for what it is ..cheap tools

Most people know of Harbor Freight as a tool store, and thats a pretty true statement. Most of their products are lower end, Chinese made. Thats not all necessarily bad, especially for the DIY guy! Dont expect to buy tools for the professional contractor here, but for us handyman around the house, us shade tree mechanic, for us blue collar, average, everyday Joe, this is a great place to buy tools and accessories! Just use some common sense. I definitely recommend!

Manager Kevin took care of me today. I had an issue with a Fortress compressor I bought and had to return. Due to situation, he waived the restock fee as a one time service. He was reluctant as anyone would be, but took care of the customer. In return, I will be back to spends loads more money for my business. Thank you!!

Harbor freight is a good place to get a wide variety of tools. The tools they sell typically arent high end but are typically inexpensive and good for starting a tool collection or for someone who just needs something for 1 or 2 uses. Although I prefer to buy better quality tools most of the time, I still end up finding something I need at Harbor Freight often enough

Bought a Tailgator generator on a Friday to go camping. Just needed it to run some lights, nothing heavy. The Tailgator would start, but would not generate any electricity and was worthless. They refunded all of the cost.

Cool little store. As close to a local hardware storeas youre going to get out this way.

This is one of the smaller locations Ive visited, but the place is very organized and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I bought a couple of TV mounts and they were a fraction of the cost of the competition. One mount looks like a returned item but all parts I needed was in the box. A returned item shouldnt be placed back on the shelf and sold as new if it has noticable use and some parts missing or screws damaged. As for the rest of the store... management makes sure the tools and gadgets that we love from Harbor Freight are on the shelves. I will be back definitely and I highly recommend this location.

Excellent store. You can buy almost any tool you need for extremely low prices. Everything is nicely organized and easy to find. Overall an amazing store.

Decent items and prices but sometimes you can only get tools in packs and not individually.

Love that they have different opinions and price range for the same type of items so you dont have to pay more for the industrial version if you dont need it but if you do it isnt horribly expensive either!!

Always love Harbor Freight, their selection was good and they had everything I needed. Prices are excellent, especially if a member of the Inside Track Club. I frequently get great coupons and sales ads, snail mail and/or email, for Harbor Frieght.
