I was very happy with the sales reps at my local Sherwin-Williams Paint Store in Wentzville, MO. I needed a special varnish for an art mural and I could have ordered it online but I wanted to support a local store. The salespeople at Sherwin-Williams knew their products and worked hard to get the right product for my job. Thanks again for your help!!!

Great store. Lots of help! No odor of paint in the store. Nice environment to deliberate over paint colors, and efficient staff. High end paint that glides on smoothly and lasts. Also, very washable, if you have small grandchildren over a lot. :)

The sales associates at the store always helpful and very friendly! They also seem to have a lot of knowledge about the product.

Not sure yet, took sample paint from LpSmart siding per LP Sherwin Williams is supposed to have the correct mix numbers for the Diamond Cote paint but it didnt seem to matter to the folks at the store so I will have to send sample to LP and make sure they will except it so my warranty is covered.

They will change the price on you from phone call to store pick up! Shop around and if you get them to quote you a fair price then get all the details of who you are talking too and all info you can. They will over charge you if you just go in to buy!

Went in just a little bit ago asked for 2 gallons of sherscrub gray color and 2 quarts of sherscrub flat black and this is what i get and then told Im stuck with it, if the cashiers name is Ciara deal with someone that will listen to what you say and not stick you with a 19 dollar quart of black you didnt ask for

I asked to have a sample pot mixed. The sales girl told me they only have satin in samples. I told her satin wouldnt work because I wanted the sheen to be flat. She said they now have a matte finish that is flat, but its washable. She talked me into buying a gallon of it. I got it home and tested it on my wall, only to find out the sheen of the matte is not at all flat, its as reflective as satin! Im so disappointed that I spent so much money on a gallon of paint that is not at all what I wanted. I contacted Sherwin Williams customer service to see if they would be willing to help out in this situation. They didnt get back to me for 4 days, and only after I contacted them a second time. They said they were escalating my issue to a district manager who would be contacting me. After nearly 2 weeks I still havent heard from them. Im surprised at the poor knowledge of products the staff in the store had and the terrible customer service offered after the sale. Sherwin Williams claims to be and charges for exceptional quality, but I found the opposite to be true. I ended up using Behr Marquee. Their product was exactly what I wanted and so easy to work with. I wont be wasting time/ money with Sherwin Williams again.

I have gone in numerous times and have felt someone was always there to assist. I have used their paint matching system that has been spot on 12 out of 12 times so far. Paint quality has been amazing and always mixed properly before leaving the store.With the friendly staff, excellent service and product it is hard not to come here. Sure you can find cheaper paint somewhere else but it is not as good as Sherwin-Williams.

They often run 30-40% off sales and coupons on their website so you’re getting better quality paint for an affordable price.

I could make this an essay (lol), no need. Sherwin Williams covers in one coat usually. Every thing else I have ever used takes 2 to 3 and sometimes more. Period, drop the mic 😎

The staff were very professional and very informative. They assisted me with mixing paint. Also, the paints are very good quality. It is conveniently located off of highway 70 near exit 208 in Wentzville.

We have always had great luck with Sherwin Williams paint and the stores have always been so helpful and friendly.

This place is a joke. $51.00 for a paint bucket is nuts. Ill never shop this location again. Every other location gives discounts on all paint and supplies.
