The manager is super professional and caring. We bought my elderly father a recliner for Fathers Day and the manager made sure it made it to my dads home safely and quickly. We shopped around and this store has the best value and quality. We would definetly buy again and recommend to anyone.

I love this furniture place, the employees are very nice and respectful. I’ve bought most of my furniture from Famsa and I love it. I’m very happy with my decision and I don’t regret it, they have a pretty good amount of variety to choose from, styles and colors. You won’t be disappointed, recommend.

Customer service was good but when they went to deliver my furniture, the delivery guys didnt mention their names and one of the delivery guys stole some tools from my house. I called warehouse manager to make them aware of what happened and they just kept giving me the run a rounds, never had a phone call from them again till this date. Im not buying furniture from here anymore especially no trust on the delivery guys.

Customer service is great but the furniture sucks! Ive only made one payment and already had to have them come out to fix scratches and now they will have to come fix the bed frame I already told them about but they informed me it was just fine.
