Great service!! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable... Installed ny 3 lift, Alignment, Rims and tires. Nitrogen air filled. Recalibration of TPMS sensors and steering wheel realignment (I didnt even know that was necessary) all in one shop!! Highly recommended 👌

They dont do inspections...only on certain days. waste of time

Ive used this Pueblo Tire location several times, for vehicle tire service as well as golf cart valve stem replacement. Always great courteous service, fast, fair price. Cant beat it, will continue using them.

They kept my vehicle for a week, received the wrong parts, and after I brought it home, it still had several added issues. Not blaming them entirely, since I have an older vehicle. But still...😕

Really like the professional service, I had taken my truck to have alignment done by another shop and thru them I was given proof that the other shop didnt do a thing. So honesty goes along way with me and they will have my business. Very friendly and fast work!

Got lots of work done here with our two cars when we lived in the area. Service was friendly and fast. Pueblo has always been very fairly priced too. Wed drop our car off for work and walk down to Sunrise cafe for a meal. It makes the time fly

I always go there to get my oil change (when I dont feel like doing it myself). They are very knowledgeable and professional, theres always quite a wait but its understandable since theres always people there. I like the place, employees are people I feel like I can trust but thats just my opinion, you have to check for yourself.

Pueblo Tires of Weslaco really takes that extra step in taking care of its customers. I recently bought tires there and then had them rotated and balance. While I waited I was offered coffee or a snack which was in there clean break room. They had the television on and made me feel as though I was at home. Before I knew it I was ready to go on down the road. Thanks a million guys you surely have a loyal customer for life and look forward to doing all my auto needs with you.

The guys at Pueblo are great. They are very helpful & explanatory when it comes to things that need to be done to my car. PLUS they have Ladies Day in which I get a discount on my oil change!

If I could give NO stars I would, my husband went to get the alignment for the truck and they left some stuff loose they did the alignment wrong something snapped and thats because we were bearly getting ready to hit the road to San Antonio when we noticed if not we would of ended up stranded! Or worst!

They said it would be an hr but ended up waiting 3 1/2 f****n hrs! They had cuatomers who wanted something else done. Customers that werent there when i FIRST was there! Its not a first come first serve as they say.... this was for an alignment.

On May 5th,2017,did my state inspection,passed, did oil and filter service on my 2003 toyota corolla.great,days later, start having breathing, like burn oil, through vents, checked and valve cover was soaked with oil,apparentally from previous oil change. try to discuss with assistant mgr to check it out and the gentleman said there was no time because no one was available. i told him i needed car to go pick up my grandson and he answer, and i quote he said, if its ready,you just have to wait. this car has that special car seat for children, i couldnt just take any car for that,luckily one of his employees on his lunch time agree to help and i was on my way to pick up my grandson!thank for taking the time to read this.sincerely Mr Leon Marquez p.s ive be a pueblo customer for over, i think 20 yrs!

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!! First time customer and the last time. It took them three tries to get my alignment done right & I also got into it with the alignment mechanic. Horrible experience.
