BCS is the way to go! Stay far away from these crooks!

Created an order for 200 plastic comic top loaders; generated the order, put in my credit card and paid. Checked back a few days later and they had refunded it with the snarky message, We do NOT offer free shipping to Canada.Firstly, their website generated the order without a shipping charge - I had no idea it wasnt okay. Secondly, nobody contacted me to let me know and possibly amend the order? Thirdly - even when I contacted them, they never responded! And lastly - because of the way exchange works, I lost $15.75 CAD on their refund as they did it three days later on a day the Canadian dollar was stronger.I would rather have left the money on the card and paid extra for shipping the units, than lose the money and get nothing!So basically, I paid $15.75 to find out this company sucks, and their customer service is about as awesome as watching old people screw (which is to say, not at all). Thanks for nothing.

Horrible compay! I only put one starbecause there is no optiion for zero stars.never ordered from this company before but ordered three collectible rare classic magazines in good faith as first time buyer. the package arrived soaked in some kind of horrible liquid....some kind of thick oil....which damaged oneof the magazines.also every single collectible book had very unsightly ink stamps on the front cover. i did not seeanything about ink stampsin the original ad.i contacted hotflips ...all ii wanted was a partial refund....not even a return .....but they refused to doanything about it. they saidthe ink stamps were mentionedin the ad and they couldnt doanything about oil soakedpackage. i went back over thead and finally after looking over and over it, i found a mentionof the ink stamps ...but theprint was so small i almosthad to get a magnifying glassout to even read it. verydecietful.....horrible seller.never will buy from them again!beware!hotflips left me cold.
