5 Stars for this moving company. We have moved a lot and this company is the best we have used. They were caring, personable and professional. My parents were moving after living in the same house for 54 years. This company took the time to interact with them all the while taking great care of the things they were moving. They even put the beds together at the new house. The price was fair and reasonable. I will use them again. Thanks.

We just built a brand new home and were really nervous to hire movers. We didnt want someone coming in and dinging up our walls and scratching stuff. They took an incredible amount of care in our home. They were friendly and efficient. One particle board bookshelf broke, but its particle board, so thats to be expected. Going through moves in the past, you have to expect some things to break, and we were very pleased with the care they took in packing so our stuff made it in one piece.

We have used Chips Express 3 times in 5 years. They have always done a wonderful job. This time when we needed them it was very last minute and Dawn was able to accommodate us. If you are looking for a stressfree move, then hire Chips Express Inc. I was able to schedule a date within a week of my first inquiry. The movers arrived on time, were courteous and careful with my items, and skillfully packed up and unpacked everything. They listened to how I wanted things loaded and unloaded. They were very experienced and skillful at moving. The movers treated my items like they were their own. I will definately use them again for my next move!

We moved from Arizona to Wisconsin and stored our furniture at Chips for almost 10 months. When our new home was available in Milwaukee, Chips moved our belongings. We were extremely pleased with the move. The movers were courteous, respectful, on time and just plain excellent. They were skilled in re-assembling some complicated pieces and they moved a number of excess items to a close by storage facility.. Weve moved a number of times recently and these fellows were the BESTl.

I have used Wheaton Movers & their storage facilities in West Bend numerous times in the last 10 years for both local and long distance moves. Each and every time they were nothing but professional, helpful and delightful to boot. Dan’s moving crew is the best and Barb is terrific in guiding through the difficult process of moving with her knowledge and wonderful tips. Very highly recommended and would never consider using anyone else.

Chips Express, more explicitly their employees made my move a total success. Not a single detail was missed. From my initial contact explaining the logistics of moving my possessions to a temporary site to moving to the final destination Chips Express was on top of it. They coordinated each move and were on time and thorough. Barb in the office kept me informed of the timing of each move and the movers efficiently carried each piece of furniture as if it was their own. I can best describe my experience with Chips Express as being 100% satisfied.

If I could I’ll give less than one star they only move half the stuff. They won’t move snow blowers or lawnmower because there’s gas in them and other stuff so you’ll have move a lot stuff yourself

Ive used these guys three times now, and the service has been excellent - professional, on time, and thorough. All the guys on the crew seem to care about taking care of our furniture, they ask questions when needed to make sure to get it right. They are courteous and they are HARD WORKERS! Always moving, getting the job done safely and as efficiently as possible. Moving isnt cheap, but I always feel like I got my moneys worth.

We have had Chips Express 3 times in the last year. These guys are phenomenal! They move fast and get the job done in record time. They organize as they load, protect furniture, and unload with care making sure not to damage anything. We can’t say anything negative about them! They are hard workers! Two of the three times we moved in 90-degree heat and it didn’t slow them down. We had ice water for them and food to keep them energized. A BIG thank you to Tony Harris, John Kailukaitis, Melissa Neal, Wesley, John, the owner and other relatives who made our move a success to our dream home!

We have moved six times in the past 40 years. We found Chips Express to be the best company to move with. The cost was also very reasonable.Noting was broke and they took care to not hit walls or doors as our possessions were moved through the house. It was raining when the trucks were unloaded so they put down a mat to protect the floors.I really dont want to move again, but if we do, I will contact Chip Express.

I generally dont write reviews. But my 5 star experience with River Road Stroage and Wheaton demands that I do. Wheaton facilitated the move of our belongings from our River Road Storage unit in West Bend to Bend Oregon. The expertise of Barb and Dan were indispensable. Barb gave me great tips. Dan visited the storage unit and made super suggestions. The shipment arrived in Bend, Oregon in the exact condition that it left West Bend. The driver, Keith Allison, was helpful and very communicative. He has been Driver of the Year twice with good reason. River Road Storage and Wheaton are only as good as their people. I suggest those mentioned all get a very healthy raise.

Slowest movers ever. This company has no integrity. They failed to discloseall of the charges and they nickel and dimed me like nobodies business! They also go by river road movers those reviews seem to be much more aligned with my experience. I called for an estimate and the lady told me 125/hr plus $30 fuel charge she estimated 2-3 hours total. I only had 10 pieces of furniture to move so I agreed. I asked what time to expect them she said between 11-1. I asked her if she could provide a time since I had a 7 week old infant and needed to get someone to watch her so I could meet the movers at my old apt. She said she couldnt give me a time but that theyd call when they left the shop (the shop is in westbend 25-30 minute drive to port). I decided that would be perfect as I could have my sitter (shes 2 minutes away) come at that time and Id be able to meet them. The day of the move they called me when they were only 10 minutes out! I was really upset since I spoke w her directly and told her my situation. I called to let them know I was on my way, but the apt was unlocked and they could get started. By the time I got there (25 minutes later) they were still sitting in there truck. Then they had to shovel a light dusting of snow off the driveway (something they could have done in the 25 minutes while they were waiting). It appeared that one of the movers may have been on opioids or some sort of drug. Then they took their time assessing the furniture...again they had a huge truck and I only had 10 things!! They were the slowest movers ever, each piece seemed to take them 15 minutes. They finally finished loading and I met them at my new residence where they sat again and waited. They made me move my car even though they had plenty of room to move the truck in. They spent 20 minutes neatly folding each of there blankets and finally got started. Everything just had to go in the basement, but it still took them an hour and a half to unload. When they gave me the bill they charged an additional undisclosed 3/4 drive time. IT TOOK THEM 3 HOURS TO MOVE 10 PIECES OF FURNITURE!! And it ended up coming to $50 PER PIECE! I called to ask about the hidden $100 fee she just got defensive and told me she mentioned it. I also told her about the early arrival and that the movers intentionally seemed to be watching the clock and excessively taking their time, she again got defensive. I got the feeling they must get complaints all the time as there was no apology just excuses. She told me shed call me back and still hasnt...its been 2 days already. I feel incredibly taken advantage of and I regret using this company. They have no integrity or regard for the customer. I highly recommend going somewhere else for your move!
