The staff is so nice and pleasant to work with. They go above and beyond to help you out and to keep the flow of traffic going smoothly. The storage facility is always clean and a pleasant temperature, which is great during the hot summer months.

Sharon was very personable, helpful and attentive. She accommodated looking at a couple different units to find one that fit our needs the best.

We have gone to Extra Space Storage several times to decide about arranging a unit...and as we have been packing things up, to temporarily rent a second unit, as well. Extra Space is a great storage facility! Sharon was a big help and took the time to help me choose the space I needed at a good price. The entire facility is immaculate with secure entrances, you can drive inside and unload, plenty carts available, door locks w/3 keys included in cost, and various boxes for sale. The best part is the service from Sharon and Kayleigh. They made me feel like I was the most important customer they had! If you need self-storage I recommend checking out Extra Space Storage first. This storage space is the third we have used over the years. It is about the same price as the others. Without a doubt Extra Space storage is the best.This site is inside, excellent surface to drive on and use the provided roller carts. Our unit is way at the end of an aisle. But with the carts, it is no problem.When we had a question, there was a person on site to talk to. She was away from the desk, so we called the number posted on the away message on the door, and she came very quickly.All in all, we recommend without reservation.

I began renting a storage unit in November 2020. I set up an appointment to get into my unit and when I got there, the worker said Oh no, Im sorry, I have someone else coming in too! I tried calling you and left a voicemail. I never had a missed call or a voicemail. LOL. That was the beginning of a lie. We were rushed into my storage unit and no one else ever showed up the whole time we were there.Shortly after beginning to rent, it went up an extra $10 a month. I moved items out of my storage unit in June 2021. We had 2 vehicles and a moving truck to the left of the aisle and a stranger across from us had his moving truck to the right of the aisle. Which only left enough for walking space in between both moving trucks. A large truck wanted to get past us, but couldnt so he went and complained. The female working came and yelled at us saying You guys cannot be in the middle of the aisle! This guy just came in the middle of my lunch break because he cant get through! We explained we are moving as fast as we could and apologized to her. She said One is supposed to be on one side, and one is supposed to be on the other! We told her if we scooted any closer to the wall, we could not exit out our vehicles. She was very very rude. Coming to the day that I completely moved out of my unit, my parents went and turned my keys in and she told my parents that my payments were canceled and I should be getting a confirmation email. I NEVER GOT AN EMAIL. I ended up calling them and got the recording saying they had my phone number on file, my next payment date and the amount. I got in contact with the office and I told her I never got my confirmation email to cancel. She goes Oh, Ill send it again I IMMEDIATELY got the cancelled confirmation email. I ended the call, called back and the recording said, If youd like to rent a storage space...... WHY WOULD YOU TELL US YOU CANCELLED MY UNIT WHEN YOU DIDNT? She was definitely trying to scam me out of my money. After my monthly rate going up, to getting yelled at for following the rules, to them not actually cancelling my unit, I AM NOT HAPPY. Awful customer service. BTW, not sorry you got taken out of your lunch break. We were following the rules and my monthly payment pays your wages, so next time, be more considerate! I was happy to hand in my storage unit keys!

We appreciated her kindness and help in purchasing boxes, lock and insurance for now. We will eventually use our renters...but for now we are set. I appreciate the safety of the area.

Most people aren’t “up to par” this early in the day but she made my day. She was more than willing to show me around the facility. It was way beyond my expectations for a storage facility. I came today to pick up my keys and lock for the first time, (I rented two weeks ago but live out of state) the building is beautiful. I had been working with Kaylee when renting and if I had any questions in the mean time. She has been nothing but helpful and welcoming during this time. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially with this being my first time using storage.

I rented online specifically for vehicle storage in West Bend. It allowed the reservation and gave me a unit number at the WB location. I got my vehicle all winterized for storage and had my hubby follow me all the way there. When I arrived I put in the code to enter, it let me in, but there was NO storage unit with the number I was given. When I called, the site manager said “we don’t have that unit number here and don’t allow car storage, we will have to refund you!” That was it! Absolutely unacceptable! I emailed the company and NO response after several days!

I went in there today with renting a second unit with this place cuz the first time was great. I worked with Kaylyn the first time and this time I worked with Sharon, both great peeps to work with.Thanks girls!!

I was here with my sister for the first time ever and was pleased with how clean and friendly the staff was. I will be selling my house hopefully at the end of summer and we be coming here for storage! Kaylee answered all of my questions and I was able to leave here feeling confident that my belongings would be okay here when I need storage.

The facility is really nice and clean. It was happy to hear that they are the only local indoor climate controlled building. I 10/10 recommend using their services!
