Dont have have brand name foods but they stay busy all the time so what theyre selling must be pretty good, those lines were packed

Look down in the parking lot as I seem to find coins and once a $5 bill. The store is spacious and the prices rock. A Gallon of Milk at $1.30... incredible!! A Gallon of Apple Cider $3.49...wow!! After Thanksgiving they sell fresh cranberries for .25 a bag and I bought a case and froze them. Checkout is fast and cashiers are always friendly.

Sorry but although the strawberries were $1.79 for a small container they also were molding and obviously not fresh. Trying to be the new kid aint easy but cost is not the bottom line.

At first when I came here I had no complaints, but over time that changed. The cashiers and the prices are very good. But, the selections seem to be dwindling everytime I come here. Its annoying seeing a item not be stocked for 3 weeks straight. I might have to just go somewhere else.

Ive been shopping there for over 10 years. Really good prices and friendly staff Ive gotten to know until Civid 19. Then the staff changed, peoples attitudes changed, and I dreaded going there. Things are more calm now.

Aldi is the best grocery store ever!! This location is small and usually messy but good for quick staples. Dont recommend buying produce at this location. Usually expired.

They need to get their act together .. there are issues here... You. Need to form a line behind each register..instead people are forming a line in the middle aisle. This is causing problems and confusion with customers and arguments. Aldi management should and are aware of this but are not doing the right things to correct this..

No Aldis is a bad store. I shop there before anywhere else. They always have great every day bargains, everything is top of the line products.

Aldi offers a limited selection of those few essential items that you always seem to need. Instead of multiple different brands of an item, the store brand is available with limited flavor options. Do you really need five brands of mustard each with seven unique flavors?

It’s really good service

This is a neat and clean, but really small Aldi with limited stock. The produce is normal size, and the meat and freezer sections looked normally stocked, but the cheeses and lunch meat section was broken up and seemed to offer less, and fewer extras. Few health & beauty (no stomach seltzer) but set up well on endcap. Gluten free is mostly integrated with other food. Different layout than other CT stores Ive been to, but if youre accustomed to walking in at snacks, not produce, youll find your way around quickly. Not a terrible store, but since I have to go out of my way to go to any Aldi, Ill select a bigger one.

Clean and well stocked. Isles could be better marked. I was able to get my entire grocery list plus extras for less than 70 dollars and that included pet food

Aldi is just great. I always go in and leave with a ton of food (and sometimes a few extra things) for an amazing price. This store is on the older side but carries what I need. I just wish they had more organic produce and less plastic containers for the produce as well, but thats not this stores fault. Oh, and I love going to the cheese section and seeing which new ones they have. Their European products are wonderful!

My first trip to ALDIS. I was quite surprised by the quality and variety of goods. Including produce. Very pleased!!Since my first visit it is my go to store first when I shop. The way they were already set up for no bags. Its one of the only places that the new plastic bag law doesnt slow down checking out. Remember to bring a quarter!!;)

I thought i had reviewed this earlier.. Anyways if you have never experienced Aldis you have been missing the boat.. It is a no thrills shopping mart with no eye candy except the pricing and quality.. When i first visited i was not impressed.. After a few more visits i love this store.. Its the quality and pricing.. Once you understand saving all that money.. And the smiles back home you will be a believer too.. Enjoy..😳😁😁😁

As a resident of West Haven, I am appalled that the person named “Vigil Beba” works here. Over the last weekend a video emerged of Vigil driving through a group of PEACEFUL protesters. She played the victim, and then continued to have a discussion on Facebook about acquiring a gun license. According to the Aldi U.S. Code of Conduct, section 3.1: Discrimination and anti-harassment, “We treat one another fairly and respectfully and encourage others who work with ALDI to also meet these expectations...We will not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment; Do not engage in or permit threatening comments or actions towards customers, co-workers or business partners.” Vigil’s actions are not consistent with the guidelines that are given by Aldi. Deliberately driving through peaceful protestors would not be acceptable according to the guidelines. One should always act the way they do while at work, outside of work, because at the end of the day, the name of the company is represented by the employees.

West Haven Aldi is my favorite!

I hadnt been to Aldi in years, but with the line at Walmart being around the corner, and it was kinda cold, I didnt feel like waiting, so I went to Aldis. They had what I was looking for, with a few extras, and we got out of there quickly.

Great prices, food is just as good as regular brand name. After wasting money for years at Stop&Shop, I now get 90% of my groceries here and spend half as much as before. Aldi brands are great, now have better produce and a while baby line, as well as basics for nearly everything you need.

ALDI of West Haven is my main place to shop. Great choice of produce and meats at a great price, visited other ALDI stores in the area but they cant compare. I may have to travel a little but Ill stick to my store plus all of the original crew are awesome!

Love Aldi the only reason I give it 4 is because there are 2 items I go there for that they carry every week and run out of Romaine lettuce and grape flavor light punch mix. That may only be West Haven location. There staff is awesome and the prices are unbelievable. If you havent gone there I suggest give it a try you will cut your food bill in half. They have all fit and light stuff also. Try uh pur local Aldi I highly recommend this store for savings. I just bought 4 large pumpkins for 12.00 total price great price.

Fast cashier service

I love Aldi. The products is fresh, alot of variety. However, the fact that theyre on time limit and only have one cashier and quite rude didnt appeal. I have cancer and literary lean on everything hense I was leaning on the car while trying to swipe my card. Transaction was not even done and she was pulling my cart while I was still holding on, I told her kindly the reason I lean on things and why Im slow. She was rude and yelled well next time tell me ahead of time while helping grabbing the next customerI apologize but I was not aware I had to make my illness noticed to everyone around. You have elderly people there as well and Im sure Im not the only one with some sort of bone illness that moves slow and this is not the first time this happens. I tried getting a manager and there was no one to be found. Of course I didnt have the time to stay and make my point of view. If youre in a time crunch, hire more cashier . This was at the West Haven, Ct Aldi

Make sure you carry some empty bags when you head to this store as they dont provide free bags. And you are sure to do a hefty shopping as their price is definitely wallet friendly. Milk @1.99 is the cheapest I have seen in any supermarket. Beating the wholesalers price like Costco and BJs as well. PN: This milk price is only for this store and not in any other ALDI store as well 🤔
