I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. The blonde girl working there was so rude. She should go work else where if she can’t provide great customer service. I went in with 3 other girls from my school needing a gel brush. When we went to go pay one of my friends card didn’t pull up her info and she proceed with transaction. When it came to me I forget my ID and she said she couldn’t sell me the brush and was just being rude about it. Luckily my friend, Ashley was able to help me out in buying it and the blonde girl had the audacity to ask if we were really friends? Like are you serious? To top it all off she didn’t even ask the other 2/4 of our friends for ID after so I don’t know what her problem was but she needs to do better. Cosmoprof, you need better employees. Will be sticking to Salon Centric for now, the ladies there are so welcoming and polite!

The location is great. Easy to find. Overall my experience here was good. The only thing I found not very pleasant was the managers people skills.Her tone was harsh and I felt bad for her employee working at the time, who was sweet and very helpful.

I work at a salon not close to this location but live close. Wanted to make my day a little simpler so went to get supplies at this location. I will not be making that mistake again. Staff was not helpful including the manager who was also quite rude and seemed uninterested in me spending my money there. I almost left mid transaction and I wont be back. Gonna stick to my girls at the 3300 s location from now on.

The owners are super great! They have the best CARNE ASADA meat I have ever tried. The store is always stocked with all your mexican food needs. The carniceria is always clean and they always have a great assortment of fruits and veggies.

Called the store because I was just around the corner and I knew they were closing soon and I just needed to run and grab one color I knew exactly what I was getting I asked the girl on the phone if she could wait a few minutes for me because I was right around the corner she said she would wait till 6:02 I pulled up at exactly 6:02 and as soon as I walked up the door was already locked and she shut off the lights as soon as I walked up. If you have no intentions to help someone out tell them directly dont make them come to your store when you have no intentions on helping them just to waste their time.

The ladies who work here are great! Love this store.
