Went to return shampoo and conditioner the lady told me I could return when I bought it and did not like it since I ventured out of my comfort zone of my usual products, I called before I went back in to return it there was a flat iron that I wanted that was on sale, I was going to exchange for when I got there she refused to return the products after she said she would completely displeased. Very snotty and told me the girl prior didn’t even work there anymore. I think she was new in there I had never seen her beforehand. Prior to my visits everything was good but she ruined it for me.
