They always have cool stuff to look at. This trip I was looking for a parts washer brush, but non was found. Had every other type of brush.

Upon a four wheel cart from harbor freight for the job at Big D to make it easier on the men pushing these form walls around its made of plastic to furniture remover so it wont rot in the weather

Prices are great although not always the best quality products but for my needs almost everything I have purchased worked out just fine.

Good tools at great prices. Most power tools Ive purchased here dont last long, but are almost disposable in price so its been fine. Other tools (wrenches, sockets, pneumatic, hand trucks, etc) have been fantastic. Ive purchased extra tool sets for the truck, RV, basement, etc because the prices are so fair.

Can’t find this good of a deal anywhere else. Half-inch drive pneumatic drill. Heavy duty durable quality. Best value for the dollar. Not even Lowe’s or Home Depot carry pneumatic tools like this

I really enjoy this store. Lots of items that I need and some I dont need, but want. Purchased a tree trimmer that was $20 cheaper than Home Depots cheapest model. Plus I had the 20% discount coupon. Tree trimmer looks like a well made quality product.

If youre looking for a good price and not as concerned about quality or options, this is the place to go. Its actually surprising how diverse the selection is, albeit only one or two options per selection. You do get what you pay for so if you just need that one thing that one time, youll almost certainly find it here and wont break the bank getting it. This particular store always seems to keep their inventory well stocked. The staff is helpful and pretty knowledgeable about the items they have available.

Great price on most. Great deals if in the membership...pretty good customer service. Older Lady at the front is kinda pushy and can be very rude when checking out if you are slower..that is why 4 stars. If closing she will not tolerate getting off late. Otherwise love this store and love finding deals here. Other cashiers are fantastic!!

Would be 5 star but they really need to try to get more staff on cashiers, getting a little tired of waiting 10 minutes plus 70 percent of the time when I am checking out. Other then that they almost always have in stock what I need and the store is clean and organized plus the staff is nice and helpful.

Great variety of tools, able to find things you may not find at any other big box store, fun to browse. Often they have coupons so check online before checkout!

We just love Harbor freight! Its not all tools ladies. There are decorative lights and yard decor. They also have free items! My husband and I each get one. We have gotten great deals!

Harbor Freight is awesome..... despite their reputation....Yes there are some junk items there, but really for the most part their stuff is great.... and some of it is top quality stuff I wouldnt buy anywhere else..... case in point:Their welders.... even their bottom of the line Chicago Electric Flux welder is a quality machine that does just as good a job as a comparable Lincoln.....

Im giving 3 stars just because Im a fan of their competitive prices and coupons, with their quality of tools not being too far off from and pretty comparable to Home Depots or Lowes in-house brands (Husky and Kobalt). I will say that I havent had the best management experiences the last couple of times (Im willing to give somewhat the benefit of a doubt due to business), but disappointed with management interactions (berating employees in front of customers, cutting me off and being short with me about inventory when I was sent there by another location, and even acting too busy or inconvenienced when asking for help). The lower level employees seem to be the bright spots of customer service. Their West Valley location was much kinder, but even then, they seemed understaffed, and had to wait in checkout line to inquire about products. Overall, Harbor Freight uses the Walmart model, and I realize people go for the cheaper prices, and not for the customer service experience.

Such a great store and theyre guys that work there so awesome every time I need something they have it and the quality is so good Ive been using their stuff for past 10 years I definitely recommend people house repairs auto repair tools and supplies absolutely awesome love their service if I dont know where its at theyre always willing to help me find one thank you guys that lady that gave a bad review waited outside in the snow for her boyfriend absolute garbage we havent had snow yet

I love this store. Its clean and organized. They know their products. All sorts of imaginative things can be made after a shopping trip here. The employees are all super kind and helpful. Even though the store was busy and full of customer the floor employee was nice and took time to help me with what I needed. Everytime I have been here the cashiers have been really kind and helpful in helping me navigate the coupons online and in-add. They always have a free item with purchase and I have always been able to receive the item, it never been out of stock.

Not known for high quality by any means, I see every tool sold there as one use and dispose of it. Today I walked out after the cashier in lane 1 decided to call someone from lane two in front of me... Insulted I put down the stuff I was going to buy and walked out.

You get what you pay for. Good for someone who will not use thwse tools too much.Also dont like how they dont have a customer service counter. They process all returns in the normal check out lines and it can be slow.Also thier collecting emails and personal info from customers slows things down.

Good prices and great warranties on many items. Their return policy is awesome also. Just dont set your expectations too high on the quality. Youll definitely get what you pay for.

I go here often. Convienent, good prices, well organized store. But....if you ever need help or have a question, youre on your own. Customer service nearly non-existent.There is seldom anyone on the floor. Ive had to wait in a checkout line before just to ask where to find something. I called today to ask about item availability-Me: do you have generator X in stock?Rep: No, I do not.Me: do you know when you might be getting some in?Rep: No, I do not.Silence.......Me: well.....thanks for all the he....I am then cut off by: Bye and hung up on.Shameful.

No one wearing a mask properly, if even wearing a mask.. this included the employees. One employee had her mask on her chin and the other had her nose out. The cashier that had her nose was coughing while handling customer’s merchandise. I waited outside in the snow for my boyfriend to be done. Shameful.

If you know going in youre not buying high end tools then youll love this place. This is the place I go when I need a tool that will be used infrequently, although at times Ive been surprised by the durability of these cheap tools. I have an angle grinder that was less than $20 that I bought 15 years ago and it still runs strong so why pay $80-100 for a quality one?

This location has great deals on tools and other equipment just as you would expect from a harbor freight location. The employees here are always friendly and helpful. The store is always organized and clean and well maintained. I’ve never had any issues or problems when shopping at this location.

Compared to other HF stores I have visited in the valley, this one is by far the best. It is large, and fully stocked every time I go there. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Prices are awesome too. Their hand tools quality are very comparable to higher priced names. Stay away from their drill bits though, thats the one thing I wont buy from HF anymore because they break way too easily.

I love Harbor Freight. There are so many tools that dont get used every day and so you dont need the same quality offered at the big box stores. If its going to be an everyday tool, then get the warranty or stick with the name brands elsewhere. My favorite purchase was the reciprocating saw for $20. I have beat the heck out of that thing for several projects and it is still going strong.

Only one cashier and 3 people in front of us and 4 people behind us. I asked If there was another cashier and was told she was on break! Other than the LONG wait time, we were able to get face masks and disposable gloves. Average priced.

We were looking for a couple of items to put on to our new trailer, while looking around we met the manager Craig. What a great guy, while walking us back to the power trailer jack and wenches he quickly straightened up a couple of items while walking by, I mentioned that he is keeping the store nice and safe, his comment was I love my store and want to keep it nice! Incredible experience dealing with him, made sure we had everything we needed and made a few suggestions of items we had not even thought about tire chalks to keep the trailer from moving when parked, hoses etc. Thank you for making this a fantastic experience, we will be back.

Although this store is organized and the employees helpful, there wasnt a single employee wearing a face mask or practicing social distancing. Even in light of the rapid increase in Corona virus cases in Utah. Of the 15 or so customers there, I was the ONLY ONE wearing a mask. Soon we will have over 700 cases a day. I wont be using this store anytime soon.

Picked up some 3/8 socket/ drill adapter bits. guy asked me if he could help me find anything, I told him what I needed, took me right to it. I must have been in there two minutes. Way awesome since I was in a hurry. Cashier was friendly and efficient as well.
