Went to see if they had tubs but was told to go to showroom stores in either Sandy or Salt Lake. Lady at the counter was friendly and asked if I needed help.

Came to make a delivery. Extremely nice folks. Efficiently balanced unloading me with taking care of customers. Id gladly deliver here again, despite the blind-side back.

Went there today and the staff could not have been nicer. They went well beyond what they had to so I could get the item I needed. And I saved a lot of money buying it there.

Very friendly staff and willing to go out of their way to help out their customers. Just want to give a big shout out to Peggy who went above and beyond when it came to locating a part for me. Joe was also extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. Ill definitely be referring my friends and family to Standard Plumbing in West Jordan!

We just left the store. The guy that worked there was chill, had advice, knew what he was doing. . Not only that though, the place was neat and organized well. Definitely going back.

They specialize in plumbing supplies however they have no plumbing experience. As l waited to be helped l also observed an employee shouting at a customer because he was not unloading a old water heater in the wrong place due to an employee blocking the entrance to the proper unloading area. For a local small business they have a bad attitude and should have a little more knowledge of the products they sell. I will go to Lowes where l will be treated with respect and get the service my money is paying for.

I needed to get a Pfister seat tool. Lowes and Walmart both claimed they were in stock. That wAs not the case so I went to standard and was and out in two minutes with the tool and cost 4x less.

I wont go here again. I got other options.They are out of products and just were not that helpful.

Just keep driving to Lowes.Kid today told me when I asked what parts I needed to add a hose bib in my garage. I showed him pictures or my plumbing in my he noticed I had cpvc and told me I needed to re plumb my whole house because he didnt prefer cpvc. I told him obviously I wasnt going to do that I just wanted parts for my simple project.Went to Lowes and have a working bib in my garage.Didnt have to burn down my new house. Who would have thought?

Bought a shutoff valve and some other parts to fix a leak. Valve was defective with a pin hole. I returned it 2 hours after installing it & uninstalling it.First thing the guy behind counter says we dont take back used parts. They sold me a defective part and dont want to take it back was first thing. Then returning the gasket kits i didnt use they said we dont refund cash we will mail you a check. That was 2 months ago and still havent seen check. I like true value but will never go to starndard plumbing and wouldnt recommend anyone reading this. Cocky,rude, employees and thiefs to top it off.I rate it 0 stars but it wouldnt let me. Beware if paying cash and u might have to return it.
