It was over a week since I dropped off my laptop and never got any updates on what was going on with it. When I called them to see what was going on, no one picked up and you dont have an option to leave a voicemail (youll be directed to but then the phone hangs up). I had to physically go to the location to see what was going on with my laptop, and I was upset to learn that the part they were going to order hadnt been ordered and wasnt going to be for another week. I give them 2 instead of 1 star because they were nice, but poor service.

Absolutely shattered the top half of my phone with about a 1/4 indent and I took it here and they replaced the screen in about 15 minutes. It works perfectly and even the camera ended up being okay. This place saved me.

Went in at 5:30 for a my screen that had popped out after a drop and needed it that night, the guy at the counter was nice and I had the phone working in my hands within an hour

Hi this is isha Herriott I took my son ps4 to get clean I’m a hard working mom but due to the pandemic me and his dad be struggling so I wanted to do something nice for my son I couldn’t afford a new system Nd so some good people referred me to them . I took it in for a cleaning but when I got it back it was like they didn’t do anything so I took it back they offer to clean it again. I go pick it up again because at this point it’s running hot so my son is very unhappy .I take it back they didn’t call I call them they say oh we assume the problem is a new fan after they keep it overnight . I can’t afford a fan moral of the story they seem like they just wanted me to spend more money I didn’t have because it wasn’t running hot when I took it in there from the beginning. Now my son is saying that’s unfair nd they didn’t want to fix the issue that it seem like they created ☹️😢

My friend brought her phone in two weeks ago to get the screen fixed and in that two weeks they never gave her any updates, never answered her calls so she was forced to go in only to find that the part they needed was faulty and needed to be order again. She experienced very poor, unprofessional service. DON’T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR ELECTRICS.

My iPhone randomly froze on me & wouldn’t obey commands so I went in about 15mins before they closed & the repairer was so kind, nice, & calm. Meanwhile I was freaking out ‘cause I needed my phone to authenticate Brightspace so I could do assignments due that night.He examined the phone, took it in for about 5-10mins & brought it back all fixed AND at no charge. Though in the midst of my worry, I broke the charging port in addition to the phone freezing up on me, he fixed that too & didn’t charge me.That was a great experience & I’m grateful for that. It’s been a couple days now, & the phone’s been back to normal! 5/5 rating

Tyler walked me through what he was gonna need to do on my machine, told me upfront how much it was gonna cost (which was a very reasonable and fair price), answered countless questions I had, kept me in the loop regarding the progress of my order by phone and email, and had the machine ready by the time he promised me he would, and charged me the price he said he would.TLDR; their prices are reasonable, their services are top-tier, and their promises are trustworthy.

Cheap parts - first screen repair resulted in screen glitches rendering phone unusable. Went back in to fix the problem, but screen still glitchy. Apple said they’ll charge $400, have to wipe my phone clean and take around a week just to get my screen repaired. iMechanic fixed it for around $100 in a few hours!! I highly recommend coming here the service is fast, high quality and staff are really cool!

Quick and cheap fix

I went on a trip for a week and I shattered my screen due to dropping it once on the floor. I immediately messaged my friend and they suggested to go to iMechanic. They immediately had an opening once I got back home and it took them less than an hour to get it fixed! I was Turns out the place I went before going to iMechanic had fixed my phone yet didn’t do the right job and that was the reason for my phone being delicate with the screen afterwards.Thankfully iMechanic figured out the issue and let me know. Also, cleaned out my charging cord section due to my phone not charging. All thanks to Eduardo for being a great person for working on it! Suggest talking to him if ever needing anything done!
