My experience with this TCC location has been nothing short of wonderful. Codey, in particular, has been tremendously patient and helpful when I’ve come in, thoroughly explaining the different options we had for upgrading our phones. Once we had the information we needed, we took some time to think things through. He didn’t pressure us at all, which I really appreciate, too. We wanted to make sure he was here when we came back to complete our upgrades (which he helped us do seamlessly) because he’s also just super pleasant!
On Tuesday, my iphone unfortunately stopped working without much reason at all so I headed to Verizon immediately after work. I was helped by Jorge, who was extremely friendly and insanely helpful. He walked me through all of my options that would suit me best in a timely manor which didn’t take anymore than hour. I ended up trading the phone I had issues with in, and got an upgrade. I wanted a specific color of the phone and Jorge helped out by ordering that for me to arrive at the store. Lucky for me, my new phone arrived at the store a day early and got it all set up with Jorge super fast and easily! Very satisfied with my visit and will be seeing him again if I have any further issues!
Jorge helped me purchase a new iPhone today. He is one of the nicest people I have met in a long time.In addition,, he is informative, efficient, calm, and helpful in every way. I have never worked with a Verizon representative who is as a thorough and as reassuring as this young man. He is for sure a keeper.
Went into this store Wednesday to get some help transferring data over from my phone, Jorge did an excellent job getting it transferred in a timely manner. He also explained to me how to get it backed up on iCloud. Very good customer service and a great person to talk to. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer. Would highly recommend coming to this store!

Genuine customer service is the only saving grace for a store I typically cant spend less than an hour and a hundred bucks in, and Damion nailed it. Knowledgeable, helpful, and refreshingly personable.
I went here in summer of 2021 to get a new SIM card after I had lost my old one while travelling abroad. Not only was the store unable to provide this basic service, but it took the guy at the counter about fifteen minutes of searching online and trying to log in to a website (which he eventually gave up on logging into) to realize this. He told me to call corporate about it (corporate had previously told me to go to the nearest Verizon store to get a new card and get it configured). When I said I couldnt do that with a non-functional mobile phone and that he should call corporate himself, he just said, it doesnt work like that, and sent me away. I dont know whether this counter clerk was personally incompetent, or just service as a front man for an incompetent company; either way I do not recommend that anyone go here.

Just made my second trip in three days to the the TCC Verizon retailer on State Street in West Lafayette. My first trip ended with the rep telling me they did not have the phone I wished to purchase at this location but another of their locations across town had it and he would have it for me on Thursday. Showed up today to get my new phone and the rep told me his manager hadnt brought it and then told me that he had actually forgotten to stop and pick it up. My wife drove 45 minutes to upgrade her phone today as well. After 2 hours and a great deal of consternation the rep told me he didnt appreciate my attitude and that he was waiving the set up fee on my wifes new phone and I could finish setting it up on my own. To be fair this young man was the only employee in the store on both occasions. When my wife mentioned that he could use some help he informed her that nobody wanted to work and then decided he didnt care for my attitude.
Service and sale was done with Jorge and he was absolutely A1! Will definitely stay with him and Verizon. Very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you.
My husband & I visited this Verizon location with questions and concerns covering many aspects of our family phone/data plan & individual phones. Richard handled each & every detail with a very professional yet personable approach. He took the time to explain everything in terms we could easily understand & without any pressure to make quick decisions. So helpful!

I went into the store because my iPhone 11 Pro Max was stuck in a reboot. I was able to get a new iPhone 12 Pro with the help of Richard. The process took barely an hour and Richard was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He answered every question I had and explained everything in great detail so I knew exactly what I was getting. If you need any help at the store, I completely recommend going to Richard! He is extremely experienced and keeps the customer his top priority. If I ever have any other problems with my phone Ill be sure to go to him!

First off, I want to say, we are a loyal customer of TCC. Weve been coming here for around 10 years or so. Through the years, as the employees have changed, the service has remained top notch. This speaks highly of the ownership/management team. I had the pleasure of having Joe help me decide on a new phone 2 months ago. He was of tremendous help, as there were issues with my account also. I had to make a return trip today for an issue with my phone, and once again, Joe was extremely helpful and solved my issue very quickly. Id give more than 5 stars if I was able.

This week I needed a new service and a new phone. I went in on Wednesday night right at closing and worked with Richard. He didn’t complain that I came in late and went above and beyond to help. We set up a time for the next and when I came in he had more good news for me. I was able to get the phone I wanted at a cheaper rate than what I had and it was all due to Richard! He provided the best customer service and actually put thought into what would be best for me and didn’t try to just make a quick sale. It was a WONDERFUL experience! Thank you Richard!!!!

The salesperson was busy but he stopped what he was doing to sell me a charger. Although Indiana went maskless April 6th, it was Verizons corporate policy to have staff and customers continue to wear masks when conducting business, which I liked.

Just switched my phone service to Verizon from this location and my experience was fast, easy and wonderful. I was helped by Shannon and she was extremely nice and helpful. When there was an issue porting my number over she called right away and got the issue resolved quickly. I am very pleased with my experience at this store :)

Richard provided excellent service for my family - despite the fact I was calling from another state. I wasnt sure how well I could understand the processes by phone since I typically like to talk things over in person - but Richard explained all my options very clearly. He listened well to my request and gave wonderful suggestions. In the end I added a line to my plan and increased my data plan using a special promotion currently available. My parents were able to pick up the new device today and they also commented on his kind and helpful attitude. 100% customer service focus & much appreciated!
Kyle was an amazing help, they got done in store more than what over 2 hours on the phone with technical support could. I cant stress enough the importance of in PERSON customer service!! Thank you Kyle and the West Lafayette TCC Verizon for getting me back in business in under 20 min! Not to mention they were kind and very knowledgeable!
Absolutely spectacular! I had been having issues with my iphone xr, and was going through Best Buy. The scrapped my original iphone xr, and I had to buy a new one. I then couldnt get that one to activate. I went to TCC Verizon, and Codey S. helped me. The brand new iphone xr that Best Buy gave me, had software issue, and they had messed up all of our payments and phones on the account. Codey helped get me a new working iphone 11 as well as our account information corrected. I was completely unaware that Best Buy was charging me for a phone I didnt even have, and now that TCC Verizon has helped me, I now will be going through them directly hopefully in the near future!

Very nice knowledgeable employees but wished the integrity was part of the process. I thought I was receiving excellent customer service until I saw a $29.99 charge for setup assistant that didnt work. The issue is, they did not inform me that I was being charged for their assistance. This review is to make sure others are aware. All together, I was charged $70 dollars in hidden fees today including $40 for merely getting a new phone(upgrade fee) and $29.99 for a setup assistance fee outside of the nearly $400 for the phone. Be careful!
When I was desperate for help after breaking my phone, Jorge and Richard were incredibly helpful and kind when helping me set up my new one. They were both very personable and nice to talk with, and I really appreciated that they made me feel like a valued customer.
My mom had done an amazing job nursing her Samsung five along for more than 9 years but it was having some larger issues communicating with other phones so it was time for a new one. Tracy helped us select a new phone, walked us through the data transfer and helped us with the setup of a Samsung A51 making the upgrade as smooth as possible. He also did a great job maintaining social distance and we appreciated that he used a mask the entire time we were there. Finally, he helped me put through a phone claim for a problem I am having on my own cell phone. Overall it was a seamless experience and both I and my mom are grateful that it went so smoothly.

Thank goodness for Cody he is the store manager at the West Lafayette Indiana store. He was a lifesaver today he fixed my phone fairly quickly and it is working great. My whole life is on that phone, vacation plans reservations appointments thank you Cody five stars.
My friends and I went into this store with some iPhone issues hoping to find the best option for fixing it. When we visited to store we talked to David and he was extremely helpful. After telling David what was going on with the phone he told us that the most recent update had crashed the phone. He told us the options to either upgrade the phone or go to the Verizon store in Indianapolis. When we decided to upgrade the phone David was very knowledgeable and understandable that we are college students and did not have the funds to get an extremely expensive phone. He worked with us to get a discount and set up the new phone as well as install screen protectors. David was extremely friendly, patient, and kind which made this experience superb!
The experience with Tracy and Don was amazing. They were very willing to help me and were very fun. I was in dire need of a new phone and they were very helpful in setting me up with a new phone. I definitely recommend these two for whatever phone needs you ever need!

They rock. I finally decided to abandon AT&T because of their awful coverage. Verizon was first choice and Im so glad that I did. My bill is cheaper with a newer phone, even. The customer service was out of this world (Happy Space Month) and made it totally worth the leap. They transferred everything from my old phone and even gave me tips for using it. They even had snacks. Welcome back to my life, Verizon, even though I pay you to be in it. Good job Wabash Landing Verizon store. This was the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a Verizon store. Went in because my phone was broken, and I was out with a new phone within half an hour. They knew several different methods for solving a problem and looking up information, so the process was easy even if it wasn’t simple. Staff was patient and friendly and made sure to help me cut hidden costs.
Amazing experience buying a phone for once. Richard made it an easy and stress free experience. I’ll definitely be returning to this store in the future.

Unfriendly customer service. Came in for a sim card and the sales rep said they dont have sim cards anymore because they all come preloaded in the phones. But we all know people buy phones online and at other places besides just at Verizon and then bring them to use at Verizon. So it just shows this sales rep was lazy and didnt want to help us get a new sim card so he made up a lie and said they didnt have sims anymore. Pure laziness, unfriendliness, and the worst Verizon store in Lafayette/West Lafayette!

I am planning to switch to Verizon and since I live close to them I stopped by this store 2 times. First, 2 days ago on Saturday and the representative was so unwilling to help and act like he just dont feel like answering questions. So I thought maybe because its Saturday and three busy. Few minutes ago again I stopped by and he acted exactly in the same way. I recommend you to go to another store.
I recommend going directly to a corporate store, like the one on creasy Ln. This is a private company who is authorized to sell verizon products who cannot take care of any problems... they just told me we dont fix phones here .... And their insurance plans are nothing compared to Apple Care or Verizons.
