Is funny when you read reviews from people leaving less than 5 stars rating, complaining about things that has nothing to do with what the staff members of the store are there for.. While in the store I witnessed folks complaining about the long waits (Every business in the country is running with the very minimum number of employees.. Has nothing to do with the level of service they provide) about not being able to understand the device “they’ve purchased”.. I will rate my visit as 10 out of 10… Every staff member there is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and Professional.. Jordan and Noah were very helpful when it was time for my family of 4 to get new devices but I do have to say that Jordan went the extra mile and beyond that to make sure my family was taken care of ( my 12 and 10 year old will be very happy when they get their new iPhones).. Jordan Thank you for all the time you invested in getting us switched over!! If I could I would rate your store with 10 stars but know this.. Thank you for your commitment to a very high level of excellence when it come to taking care of your customers. You guys are Awesome!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bethany is an amazing asset to this location. I went there pretty annoyed (at myself for being clumsy) and was immediately met with a smile and assured they would be able to get my phone up and running after looking it over. I had a diffucult time at another location accessing my account and she rectified the account issue, as well as the phone repair within 45 minutes. The staff as a whole while I waited for the repair were professional and diligent in getting customers in/out with a smile. I would recommend this location for its professionalism, location, and low wait time. Again huge shout out to Bethany&the team for getting me out the door so quick.

Trying to figure out why I waited 45 minutes to have my phone fixed and pay it off. A little over an hour now and no one has helped me drop my off to be repaired and let me pay it off. At this rate appointments would be a great idea! Atleast they were friendly.

My phone on the back was cracked and my camera was broke. The staff was very friendly. I was told a hour for the wait time to fix my phone but it was done in 20 mins. Huge shout out to the technician working today. He did an awesome job! Thanks guys.

Having been with sprint for well over 15 years was not sure how the merger would be handled. Was pleasantly surprised only gripe i have is the fact that there isnt a sign in when you enter the store sprint at least had sign in tablets that were more automated then someone asking who is next.

This store has terrible customer service. I gave it two chances. Their retail associate manager is useless. Didnt know the specs of the phone I was trying to purchase. I had to Google it myself and correct her. Then didnt even have the phone. She told me she could key the safe or I could go elsewhere. Ive been with t-mobile for years and Ill never set foot in that store again.

Horrible customer service. If you have time, drive the extra distance to reach a professionally staffed store. I went in for a phone exchange at 6:30. The task was a phone exchange and file transfer. Nate, the store rep, took it upon himself to choose all my privacy settings for the new phone. After that he started the file transfer, and he informed me it could take up to 3 hours. AFTER. He did not give me the room to decide if I had that time available . After I left and returned, he mentioned that the app was frozen and they close at 9 pm. I asked for my old phone because I had business to handle. He gave me a script about how my phone was now property of T-Mobile even though they failed to transfer my data to the new phone. The least he could have done was offer to finish the transfer he forced. I walked out with useless property because of bad communication and a lack for customer care. Thank you Nate.

Disappointing customer service. Poor listening skills and lack of follow through. I’ve purchased many phones over the years and a hallmark of basic phone service is to assist with data transfer from the old phone / help with setup. (We even mentioned that concern during the visit, speaking of poor listening.) As soon as we left and my fiancé tried to make a phone call - no contacts. We had to go back and ask them to assist with data transfer. I overheard a different associate walking a different customer through their phone setup. Every customer should be treated with the same service.

Right now I wish that there was a zero star rating. Store staff has been very nice but still no answers. I have lost my trust in TMobile. I would be happy to give them more stars if they actually owed up to their mistake, and made it right by cancelling my contract without fees and gave me my trade in phones back or what I owe AT&T for them. Either way I’m still loosing a lot of money, and to think I was switching because I was going to save a few bucks monthly!

Worst experience ever. They only welcome and offer service when I sign up for new plan and buy new phone. When I come back for other service, they prefer everything to call customer service. Why would they get paid being their and refuse to offer any service! Both management and associates can care less about offering any service. Switching carrier just because t mobile service is getting worst !

Will never be coming to this location again. Every time there seems to be a different issue that they cannot fix. Dealt with Luis multiple times and it seems that since he cant sell me anything he doesnt want to help me. Ended up going across the street to the mall and got everything fixed and then more. Save yourself some time and go to the mall and I promise youll be happy.

HORRIBLE experience, particularly with Luis. He cracked my expensive glass screen protector by carelessly ripping it off before I had even finalized my decision to switch phones, and certainly without any permission to remove it. Not even an apology! Proceeded to lie to get the sale and mess up my phone transfer process, leading to at least 8 hours of my time fixing his mistakes. Never called me back after polite text and voicemail. Both AT&T and other T-Mobile stores were much better. Disappointed that Im led to call someone out, but please try to serve your customers better.

I bought a phone last week and the phone dies withing a hour of unplughing it from the charger and it heats up. I went to exchange the phone for a new one since Ive only had the phone a week. I wanted to get a different phone all together. The store manager was a completely unhelpful. He couldnt be bothered to help me while the other associates were busy. Then you get Noah the sales rep who completely disregarded my question. I would not go there again if it were the last T-Mobile store around.

Drove 90 minutes round trip after T-Mobile store in Merritt Island lied to me and refused to exchange Galaxy Note 7. This store is everything that the Merritt Island T-Mobile is not. Staffed appropriately, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend.

There were some technical difficulties that were NOT T_MOBILEs fault.I was unable to complete my transaction. Other than a very long wait to be seen, (they were Busy), the manager spent more time telling folks that they were busy, and then doing nothing until someone else walked in. I spent more than 30 minutes waiting and I think that they would have been better served if the manager pitched in and helped.

Bad experience.Came in to trade in my sons phone and upgrade. Salesperson told us we could not trade up because phone was paid off. So we got the phone my son wanted.Called t moble to unlock old phone so we can sell it. T moble told me I still owe on this phone. And found out salesperson put old phone as lost.Called store manager told me he would fix problem. When I got to the store manager gave me the run aroud. I call that fraud but it seems like thats the norm today.

This store has absolutely the worst customer service!!! Please do not go to this store, they only care about selling devices. We went in to purchase a wearable as a Christmas present and was informed that we could attach it to my husbands phone even though it wasnt on my account. Which after the sale and a call to T-Mobile found out that this is not the case. They will lie to you to get the sale! When I called the store to to inform the management about the problem they seemed not to care about how their employees treat their customers. They are on their phones texting while customers are in the store and you have to approach them to get service.

Sorry to say, that our T-Mobile experience has been piss-poor. It started with our rebate getting pushed back an extra 6-8 weeks, which was a major factor in switching; to pay off a phone and save the monthly. NOW, my wife is traveling on MAJOR HIGHWAYS that show full 4G LTE coverage and we can’t even have a conversation for more than a few mins before we’ve lost each other. This NEVER, I repeat NEVER happened with Verizon. We’ll be switching back as soon as we’re able. Don’t waste your time with T-Mobile if you do any type of traveling.Added Update from my wife after I showed her a screenshot of my review: “Never mind the fact that it’s left me stranded in locations with no directions because I haven’t had service,”

This place is a total joke, they prioritize only on first come first serve and dont earmark associates for services that take very little time, so I ALWAYS end up waiting. How is that customer service? Ill be here for over an hour for a super short interaction. Idk if this is a t mobile policy, or the result of a owner/manager who dosent value peoples time...Jen is amazing and everyone is friendly...the issue is their service model, its broken as broken gets. It is no way to treat people...make them wait forever for easy issues...prompt service is more important than friendliness...

I work for Tmobile myself and its a shame that a manager sees his employees drowning in people but he will sit on his ass and or just sign in customers with his tablet and thats about it, the several times o been in that store its clear as day he cant be bothered or will he take the initiative to get HANDS ON WITH CUSTOMERS, he cant even apologize for long long wait times and we the customer have to pay for it, im am so proud and grateful that my managers will jump in without any hesitation to help and put in the extra mile to make sure the customer leaves fully satisfied and happy, the employees themselves as we asked were more than aware of this, what a shame for us that work so hard to make Tmobile a better company than others, so that just 1 person in a corporate store thats high volume make us consumers pay for his lack of performance, must be nice to get the big check while his job description does not go past a IPad signing in people.

Came to this location because of the note 7 recall and they made this process so confusing. I received mixed information over the phone/in person and it resulted in me losing over $200 in the process .. they charged me 98 bucks for a loaner phone and said that would be refunded once the newer note 7 is in stock .. two weeks later I returned for my refund and to get back my note 7, I had to pay an additional 87 bucks and did not receive any refund at all .. I was told the manager would call and fix the problem (never believed he would) and unsurprisingly he didnt .. to make things worse, they even removed my 1st 30 dollar monthly payment I made towards my note 7 .. now Im dealing with the T-Mobile recall department and they said these guys did the note 7 Exchange incorrectly and I was not suppose to pay anything during the exchange as Samsung requested .. in fact, I was supposed to receive a 25 dollar credit for cooperation with the Samsung recall and they didnt even do that .. now Im stuck in a drawn out process to get everything fixed, thanks guys🖒

I told the sales rep that I did NOT want the Jump program or the phone insurance (that comes with Jump). I didnt notice for a very long time that it was on my bill anyway. Apparently at this location when they quote you the equipment price they add in $12 a month for Jump and dont tell you (even if you explicitly tell them that you do not want it). Luckily T-Mobile corrected the situation for me, but I personally wont be returning to this location.

Tl;Dr bought a sim card, paid for my first month, TMobile shut the service off after a week and wont refund me.Purchased my sim from the store for my Galaxy S5 mini. Paid for 1 month ($50). One week later the phone stopped working. Took phone in and was informed that the band it was operating on has been shut down by TMobile. Asked for a refund since the phone wasnt usable. Both the rep and his supervisor said there was no way they could refund me. Called TMobile customer care in the store.CALL 1 (45 minutes, 4 transfers): Was told twice that I was being transferred to someone who could give me a refund only to be transferred to someone in another department who had no idea what was going on and once he found out what the situation was, told me I was at the wrong department. Call was disconnected while waiting for a supervisor.CALL 2 (37 minutes, 2 transfers): supervisor talked with Brandon, the store manager. Brandon changed his story and insisted the service was working, it was an issue with the phone itself. We are a service store. Your service is working he said.In the end, a ticket was submitted and I was promised a call back on Monday or Tuesday. I will update this when I receive a refund.

This is the worst store ever...When I wanted to buy two new phones on Jump they wanted me to surrender the old phone on the spot. I drove to the store in Merritt Island Mall and they sold me two new phones and gave me a pre-paid envelope to send my old phone after I migrated the info from one to another. How difficult was that? Even when buying a new phone is a hassle forget about bringing an issue to try to get it resolved there.

For starters, the store smelled really bad. They told me that they stopped cutting down SIM cards and I would have to buy a new one for $15. They didnt seem really knowledgeable.
