I attempted to make changes to my account via phone but I didn’t know if the changes were accurate because of the language barrier between myself and the customer service representative. I didn’t understand what she was saying and I’m not certain if she understood what I was asking for. I decided to go to the local store and it was a good decision because Richard was able to explain every detail of the transaction and to clear up my misconceptions about the process. He was very patient, understanding and detail oriented. He also has Excellent customer service skills…it felt good to have someone listen to me, he understood what I wanted and he assisted me by helping to solve the issue/concern I presented! ***Kudos to Richard located @ AT&T-West Memphis, ARKANSAS!!!

Cant really spell her name but she was extremely helpful. Even had a few jokes in between. If I have any questions or concerns Ill definitely come to her. Very professional.

Jason was absolutely the most professional & friendly representative today. I entered the store with a phone that was disabled, for the most part. Jason was so encouraging and gave us multiple viable options. He waited on us promptly, & even helped other customers when there was a bit of wait time transferring data to my new phone. Patience was definitely shown to me today as well, since I assured Jadon I was not tech savvy. He took time with me to ensure I was comfortable with my new phone. I want to thank you for the quality service we received today from Jason. The entire staff at the WM store is awesome, actually. The store is good but as far as the bill. No. My bill went up within the past two months. Hard to get connected to them to discuss why my amount keeps going up. Way to expensive even for the most simple plan.

The Manager was great until i paid my bill to him. The machine was busy. I have fought this since February 2020 and the loyalty girl said not her fault. Billing cant help me. But im a gold member who spend to much money with this company. No call back from store, billing or the loyalty department. Guess i am a fools gold member you think?

I did was not provided a receipt for my product. My receipt was not emailed nor was there a receipt at the store’s register. Hope I can get one soon.

I purchased an upgrade when I went to this store. Usually I hate going into the AT&T store. The experience here was pretty painless. I was in, selected the phone, switched over in 30 minutes. It was very painless.

Service was great as always .The employees were very helpful. The young gentleman that helped me was very helpful and very polite very well knowledge of his job.

Great customer service, they always help you right away. Only downside is on a few occasions they’re just to busy and don’t have enough staff to help out.Only had one poor experience here, called ahead to ask if they had a certain item and was told yes they had it and to ask for the employee on the phone and he would take care of it. Well we arrive on location asked for the employee, he was there but was busy. He was so concerned about his commission that he wouldn’t let anyone else help us out. We ended up having to wait 45 minutes just to get the process started. Would have left sooner but wanted to purchase the item without having to return later.The employee mentioned was extremely friendly and upbeat, but the commission greed was very off putting, luckily this wasn’t my first experience with the store or I would never have signed up for AT&T.

Been with at&t for years bought a phone called within the 14 day period called the warranty number they told me device has manufacture warranty for me to go back to the store. I have been calling and going up there I get the run around. I called within the proper time frame and because they keep prolonging the situation they refuse to refund my money. No communication about the situation so everyone is on the same page. Once again I called today and retold what happened I was told to come up there, I get there I was told that the store manager is the only one who can sign off on it . Whu wasnt I told this when I called and explained the situation i want my money back its not my fault due to the run around I been getting and lack of communtion that their saying I didnt call within the 14 day purchase period. Good thing for writing everything down and phone records because I called the day after I got the phone August 24th and Im still trying to get a proper phone or my money back. The crew that was there and manger need to get it together and communicate and learn your job thoroughly so customers that been with yall over 15 years dont go somewhere else. I spend too much money to have this much trouble
Darrick greeted me at the door with a smile, and asked how he could help me, he then lead me to a seat and let me start firing questions at him. He was very knowledgeable and patient, even if he had to go over things more than once, he even showed me new things I can do on my iPhone. He is my new go to person at my AT&T store.
