Had some work done to my Old Galaxy 77 which used to Belong to my uncle of 20+ years in service... retired galaxy 77 to me. And has a fresh Blue led touch and chrome case and been on a bench getting uhacked from snake radio customs....Peaked tuned and was on a green scope checking modulation. Good work and affordable. Will recommend and return... this is my cb shop of choice.

Took 6 radios to the C.B. shop. Mr. Wizard was on duty. He looked at each and every radio- they all worked fine, just had bad mikes. Showed me some neat stuff too. I had to wait because he was installing new coax in a customers truck. Bought 4 new mikes and was ready to roll.Thanks Mr. Wizard.

Ol boy put radio on the bench and told me what was wrong and said not really worth fixen didn’t charge me a dime spent about 20 minutes looking at it and shot me straight explaining anything as he went through it made a believer out of me this location is not right though there located on same road as petro parking

They installed antennas for me on my Peterbilt did a great job

Worst person installing a Cb. He only put the antennas ... I dont use a tool only his hands. in 40 miles it flies .. I only install it and I dont calibrate it lazy person

Had an install done to my western star, the install lasted a week, before screws started coming undone. I paid the guy $40 cash to peak an tune my radio. He didn’t do that. I should’ve just wanted an took my business to Ray. Now I gotta pay to fix somebody’s else’s mistakes!!

Bought a new connex and had it set up. Very pleased with the service I received.

Had good experience with these guys. Very personable and great sense of humor. A little pricey on parts and Wizards labor. But add in his company and knowledge and I can live with it. “Dude” says he ok too.

They had radios that i couldnt find online!!! They will help you find what you are looking for and have a wide selection of radios to buy from.

Pulled in to have my CB bench tested and CB checked out good so they checked my coax cable and determined it to be the culprit.... ran a new coax cable and CB works excellent now.... AA++... Ill definitely be back with other radios I have that need work!

Their labor might be a touch on the high side, but everything else is priced cheaper than other places, so it works itself out. James did my install and did a fantastic job, he didnt try to sell me anything, just gave me the info and let me try out a few different things so I could find what I wanted within MY budget... beyond satisfied...

Stopped in to get my radio fixed the gentleman said what was wrong with it and that he couldnt get the part to fix it said that the company doesnt make them any more free of charge I know its an old radio so Im still looking to get it fixed thanks for being up front and honest

Wizards a good install tech,as far as radio work goes,cant recommended them.

Had me in & out in just 30 minutes. Thank tou for the quick fix. I dont know about other drivers but my experience was great.

Their tech checked my swr and stated it was 1.2 so I put my Ranger 2950 in and the swr is through the roof. Got my meter and swr 5 across complete band. Very disappointed, this could of burned up a very expensive radio. Have been here before and thought they were a stand up shop but apparently properly setting my antenna was too much when he could make an easy $10 lying about the swr. Just make sure you look at their meter and DONT TAKE THE TECHS WORD!

Spent 3 hours trying to fix my radio. Was keying up but not putting out. He went above and beyond trying to get it to work but after 18 years it was done.. id definitely come back!

These people charge way too much to just too replace a coax. Never again.

Just called for price on connex 4600 turbo. The high end price I could deal with but well over 200.00 just to hook it up. 180.00 labor. Plus material. I guess he thinks he is ASE certified or something beware. Most places hookup free when you buy material when you buy radio.

Money well spent. Only 20 to get my bearcar 980 opened up and peaked. Thanks Russell and the nice lady at the counter!

I would never come here! Just spent an hour here watching the guy try to take short cuts and fumble his way around only to refuse to do it the right way when I told him not to cut my door boot and to take the truck apart correctly and run the wire the right way. This after being charged $160 to run only 1 wire! He was giving me every excuse in the book to not run both sides for the $160. He refused to do the work right and refunded me my money. Now my origonal wire is cut and i can even listen to my cb, plus i wasten an hour! Worst place ever!

Shadow did a great job for me. Id been having issues with my sideband and he squared those away as well as installed my radio in my semi at a very fair price. I will be back!!!

There are only 3 cb shops i trust in the whole U.S. to work on my cb. This is one of them. For those complaining about prices. You get what you pay for. Cheaper price means cheap work. They really are not expensive. $20 peek amd tune. $ 45 moss upgrade for a cobra 29. I mean really. $ 180 to run good coax like the factory does isnt bad. I paid 150 else where and got my radio fried when i keyed up.

Rude, disrespectful, and completely incompetent. They left bare wires dangling around in my radio after installing an echo. Very poor workmanship.

Bought a freightliner antenna mount, antenna, and coax. They said you HAD to use an antenna with a ground wire (grounded to antenna mount...the exact same place an antenna without a ground strap grounds itself) Also said I HAD to get 18 feet of coax if I was installing coax behind the overhead bins to the radio. I fell for it, and it was bs. Antenna was bad (wilson top load with ground strap). After a week, had another shop (a motorola dealer i know) check swr and was getting 8. Replaced with a cheap francis, down to 2. Coax also bad. Replaced with 9 foot of coax, swr down to 1.1. If a cb shop cant make coax without screwing it up, no way they are gonna ever work on my connex. Thanks for screwing me out of 50 bucks.

Did not like that crew at all, I was looking for the other people that has the backroom.They sold me a product knowing Damn well it was not strong enough. Now I uve to run it straight or not at all until it is replaced.

Over priced. I called for a cb radio price and was told 100$ over what other cb shops where asking for the same radio

Had them work on my spare radio pretty much everything they did to it was Wrong I took it to another radio shop and had all the issues corrected save yourself the time and go to the guy next to the petro not these guys

They suck but do have cheap Bluetooth for sale.
