Have been going to this store since they opened their business. Elba is always so helpful, she knows her stuff. Customer satisfaction 12 out of 10. The whole staff in this store is amazing very honest ladies.

I went there with a friend so he can get a phone and start his wireless service, I am not a customer of cricket I am a customer of Metro, but in the time I spent with my friend in that store whats ridiculous. As a new customer they charged him almost $400 for a phone that was $200 on the internet and the service is sporadic at best do you want a wireless phone and you want problems go to Cricket if not stay away

I was Pleasantly surprised when i went into the store cause i was served by a truely knowledgeable n Professional n Patient employees they helped me navigate my lack of cell phone know how .For some reason i come into the store at times twice a week always with some kind of problem.And they always get what needs to be done done and they always show me great patience n Courtesy n Professionalism Needless to say Im with Cricket mainly because of them I recommend this store n employees of Cricket to Everyone

I went yesterday for my first time in order to change my service provider and to be sincere I loved their costumer service, specially a young lady called Flor who help me with everything I needed and I was looking for. I truly recommend this store for all of you guys if you want to change your cel provider, theyre do an amazing job.

I really like the phones Cricket has to offer as well as their plans and coverage. I live in a basement and crickets coverage is amazing. Ive used other services and have always found issues with dropped calls and over billing but since I switched to Cricket back in 2015, Ive remained a continuous customer. I am very happy with all Cricket has to offer. I didnt give the full 5 stars only because they really need to watch out for who they hire. Many locations have employed people with attitude and rudeness problems. I joke around by saying that those bad employees are just trying to make the company look bad so they can receive a payout from other companies by having customers switch over to their companies. A conspiracy maybe? Haha!
