I want to share a great customer experience I had at Cube Storage located in West Sacramento. I was up late at night trying to figure out what to do with all the extra boxes of pictures, keepsakes, family heirloom items. I made an online reservation and didnt finish it. The next day, I got a call from Marlo, an office employee filling for another staff member. She gave me great information to help me with my predicament. I had never rented a storage unit in my life, so having someone with the knowledge and understanding was very pleasant. I run out of time after packing that day. The next day I got a follow-up text from the manager, Michael, letting me know he was there for any question and provided his phone number. I called him and again received valuable information. I appreciated how helpful Marlo and Michael were with me. Being a customer going through the task of moving after 20+ years from her home, tired, stressed out, it is nice to run into good people that make your job easier. I had to make time to recognize these two Cube Storage employees.

Everything was very user friendly, and it really is contactless. The facility seems very secure and the cost was reasonable.

From the easy online reservation to the fast, efficient, and friendly service given this had to be one of the best interactions Ive had with a storage facility. It was amazing. They made it seem personal, like they were honored to have me as a customer.

The manager, LaRon, always took great care of me while I was a tenant. And the other manager, Marn, went above and beyond to verify information before proceeding with action on my account and storage space. Great group of ppl, I couldn’t have asked for a friendlier, more professional bunch. I highly recommend this CubeSmart.

The management at Cubesmart is both friendly and professional. They make sure the site is clean, address any issues quickly, and are available to answer questions. I have used several storage facilities in the Sacramento region and this one has felt the most secure.

I had the BEST experience at CubeSmart of West Sacramento the staff were friendly and accommodating to my vehicle storage needs when I recently went on a out of state trip. The location is close and has better rates than the airport. I will be using them again in the future!

I needed to find a rental for one month this summer and CubeSmart was the best place I found. Both owners were respectful and were very easy to work with. My experience there was 5 stars and if I ever need to store anything again I would go back to CubeSmart.

They are compassionate and understanding. Not greedy and is very fair. I recommend them over all.

The on site manager was amazing. She even remembered my name although we met personally just twice!

They have storage spaces you can rent. That is really all you can say about the place for the most part. The staff was really nice and easy to deal with for the short time I was a tenant there. If you need to store things in the West Sacramento area, this could be the place for you if you so choose.

I’m a MGR at another store and I’ve worked at this store and Becky is not only the most knowledgeable person I know here in this district, she’s fair, honest and goes out of her way to help me and other MGRs make our own sites a success!! Very nice attendants clean place.

Great hours. 6 am to 10 pm. Gate hours. Affordable rates and great customer service! Was given a tour of the facility in a gold cat to see how the security system protected me and how to access the gates... my only problem with this facility is the obnoxious odor of death coming from a unit 4 doors away. I advised the staff and they didnt seem to want to do anything about it. The Angel permeates my storage due to the walls not going all the way to the ceiling. They offered for me to move my unit. I have a bad back and barely made it into it asked let alone move. I think they should be able to do something about the smell...

I have been a customer for over one year, and until this date at approximately three pm, I have always had personable, professional, and productive encounters and transactions with all of the staff members at this location. I would have rated a five star review but for this out of character behavior incident from one oncoming employee. At about 2 pm a different staff member called me and as I had upgraded my storage space the day before, he called to ask me to help rectify an error I had made on the check I had written. I am normally in a wheelchair but since I was only going to exchange the two checks, I arranged on my dime to have Uber transport me to and from Cube Smart, West Sacramento. The office is now kept locked and only one person is allowed inside and by appointment only for social distancing reasons. When I arrived at the hour time zone I said it would take me to get there I held up the check at the door, the employee from yesterday was seated and I surmise the oncoming shift worked who was well built, muscles well defined on this male who was also over 6 ft tall. He didnt make any move to open the door, I was already getting tired of standing, and I kept repeating I had my check I was supposed to turn in. I could not understand what this security employee was saying and as he made no move to let just myself in at my appointment time, I had been in the office the day prior to sign my paperwork, so I opened the metal mail slot to hand him the check when he pushed back hard on the gold covered envelope sized slot catching and pinching part of my right hand that I had no choice but to get it out of the way lest he further caused more than a hard pinch while he shouted out it needed to be in an envelope. I thru the slot said I didnt have one, my legs were getting weak and I yelled I didnt have one not was I instructed to deliver it that way. I then lost my cool when he said it didnt matter and I cussed out in frustration, and the same employee returned word for word of the same profanity I had uttered now in pain having to leave with no way to return that day or would I risk a repeat.....I hope when I go there tomorrow to exchange payments, there is no further escalation and that his overt physical behavior catching my hand in the slot be dealt with by his supervisor.

Units are aged, but in good working order, pest control is top notch. Havent had any issues with insects or worse (unlike some storage facility that offer a very reduced first month). Staff is available, polite and responsive. Have had no issues within the last year.

No problems or people sleeping in the storage

I would recommend CubeSmart self storage to all my friends and family.. I know my stuff is safe there. Very clean. Awesome place.

CLEAN PROPERTY, GOOD SECURITY, VERY HELPFUL MANAGEMENT

Great place nice management only needed storage for short time! Got prorated fee when I left facility after death in the family. Very understanding.

Too many breakins

Nice friendly staff but had my speakers in my boat stolen at this facility two months ago. There were cameras near my boat but didnt help. Couldnt store there anymore once the theft occurred. The staff did reach out and apologized for the theft.

Very nice place, good Management.

They gave out my printed address, phone number and all my account information to someone that helped me move my stuff a couple times at the storage unit. They NEVER called me, asked me if it was okay, or even told me after they gave him the information he asked for. He wasnt on my account and they just handed him all my personal information without making sure it was okay (it wasnt). Terrible customer service after the ordeal, and disgustingly unprofessional.

Rebecca and Raquel were very professional and speedy. There was an issue with the security of my door upon inspection. When I notified Raquel, the issue was fixed IMMEDIATELY. I would definitely recommend Cubesmart to my friends and family.

I would give it less if I could. I was required to get insurance which wasnt a problem, I paid my bill with automatic payment withdrawal so never late. Contacted business, insurance, and corporate office for a rodent problem and damages. All refused to pay damages or replace damaged items (citing they do not cover rodent damage) which was in the contract, however, I didnt expect your location to actually have rats. I payed to have my items damaged 😟

The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help me get the right size storage unit at the same price I found on the internet.

One tenant spilled sugar all over the floor in the hallway over 3 weeks ago and it was reported to the management who said I will deal with it right away3 weeks later,NOTHING WAS DONE.Now I had ants in my unit and had to spray Raid myself. NEVER COMING BACK!
