Best storage facility in West Sacramento. It the past I had a storage unit that was infested with spiders. This place is pest free because pest control comes out twice a week to make sure the critters stay away. The facility is fairly new and the storage units are very clean. The staff is very friendly and constantly patrolling the facility. There is lots of video surveillance and that made me feel safe. Their prices are also very competitive.

This place is clean, well maintained. Never comfortable leaving my posessions outside of my home but this place never, never gave me a second guess. Staff is onsite, friendly and very helpful. Although Im moving my items out, I would definitely use them again if needed.

Best storage place in the area! I came from Davis and it was worth it: this place is absolutely brand new. I have never seen a storage unit that looks as it was built yesterday. Pest control is well taken for, no dust, I felt like I stored my things in a room in my home. The entire property is protected by an alarm system and the access regulated in a smart way. Last but not least, Jennine and Mike, who are the resident managers, are so pleasant and nice, always available and polite. A pleasure doing business with you! I will certainly come back to you when I need a storage unit again!

Really friendly and accommodating staff. Grounds are newer and really well maintained. I switched from the public storage down the street that was overrun with bugs and mice and over priced.Water and candy in the office, super clean facility, move in truck for use at no charge, havent seen a bug yet! Im so much happier now that I switched to this place!

Nice new storage units. Sue & Jay were a great help and even better people. Price is competitive with other older storage units. Nice centralized location. Highly recommend, if you need a place to store your stuff, this is the place.

Not only is staff super great and very nice to deal with, I have great comfort knowing that my stuff is SAFE and that there never to my knowledge ive been here couple years now I have never had to worry about my stuff and I thank you for that. Thats a great peace of mind.

The manager there likes to harass his own customers there, just because hes waiting out front for some one behind them. So they can get into the gate also. Really weird.

This price storage unit is so reasonable... It is the best price I could find in Sac and West Sac. Jay has been so helpful to us, and Sue showed a great unit.

**RENTERS BEWARE ** RENTERS BEWARE ***RENTERS BEWARE**LIKE JUSTIN SAYS REALLY BIZARRE AND STRANGE . HE HOLDS GRUDGES. SUCH AS PRACTICES OF ILLEGAL OVER-LOCKING TO GET YOUR ATTENTION! REFUSAL OF TRUCK RENTAL. NOT TO MENTION HE IS A PEEPING TOM. There is a current law suit pending were he falsely claims articles were to close to a sprinkler head more then 18 the legal limit. then he wrongfully overlocks my unit for days. Then takes items because it was unsafe? Now, he denies the property and enstead offers me a $100.00 to just leave; no questions asked. Sorry Jay, I dont operate like that. Go seek a mental evaluation.
