Asked for a recommend because they were out of stock on the Pinot noir I wanted. Was recommended ‘Liberty Creek’ brand. Terrible (dumped it in the drain) Grape juice in a bottle. The ‘Cabernet’ was basically the same thing. Will not be asking for recommendations here again. Extremely disappointed. Was told ‘I’ve never had a wine by this brand I didn’t like…’ Well obviously you’ve not had many wines. Just bad. 🤮

They carry a large inventory. Finding spirits that I havent seen in years is great

Rosann was very helpful! I was looking for a variety of things for girls night. Iove the choices, Long Island iced teas, pina colada, mudslides in a can and also picked up a couple of different sangria wines 👍 cut up some fruit and throw in a little ice, great for a hot day 😎 or summer evening.

Kelly & her staff are always friendly and eager to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. I love every suggestion they have made. This store continues to carry my favorite wines and liquors at a great price. I love the loyalty program and discounts that are always happening!I love being able to visit this store with the safety precautions in place. I feel safe and taken care of. Masks are offered for all patrons entering to ensure safety.Thanks again for a great experience!

I love the new location and I was so impressed. So clean and inviting. I was looking for mango vodka which I couldnt find at other liquor stores and when I went to Best Value, I was so happy. The service was amazing and they took me straight to the vodka section and found what I was looking for. This will be my new liquor store. I got to make my mango mimosas🍹

Wow Covid 19 prices hit that nice store . Plus the best valve sign is gone the first owners most of sold out . 2 guys in there running the show now . They are there to sale out the stock in the back . Time to go back to Southgate liquors

Im new to the area and have been searching all over town for my favorite wine, not only was I able to finally find my favorite wine at Best Value Wine & Liquor, the customer service I received from Kelly ( I believe she was the owner) was nothing short of outstanding. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, so its now my go-to store due to the fantastic customer service and great selection!!! Also read other comments and wanted to add that i had no issues with safety, as all the patrons and clerk had masks on during my visit. 😷🍷

Very impressed with their new location! Staff was awesome, helped me find the perfect wine for a hostess gift! Store was clean and well organized and COVID protocols were evident!! My new go to liquor store for sure!!

I have to say... I was impressed the minute I walked through the door. Very clean well kept and organized. The greeting from the young lady behind the counter was very warm and welcoming. We had a VERY nice conversation to the point I totally forgot what I was there for. Once I broke my self away from the lovely Becky. I finally headed about my mission picking out my favorite wines. Great selection as well. Normally I buy a few bottles of wine at a time and save myself the extra trip(s) not this time..... just one. Looking forward to the extra visits.

Over priced. Charged me 3 $ more than other liquor stores. Was too busy on a personal call to give full attention when asking questions

Always friendly staff and accommodating- will say most expensive around for my drink of choice within the 10 mile radius so try to go to others when needed but it is def convenient especially if I need something at Wegmans

This just happens to be the closest liquor store to my house ... NOW ... switched over to them, NOT for the convenience, but because how AWESOME all the staff and owner are. Very knowledgeable staff, VERY clean store, and what else can I say - but you have to visit it to understand.

Best Wine and Liquor that just moved to beside Petco in front of Wegmans, do not have customer service.I walked in to no greetings. A woman who was working and fixing wine, didn’t offer to help. Wine prices are very much over priced compared to other local stores. Asked if I could use their bathroom and I was told “it’s not for public use”.Well, then my money is not for your local use 👀 I will see the other local stores!

I gave this a 1 star due to pricing. Charging 10 dollars over the suggested price is absurd. Terrible selection of spirits.
