It was my first time at this office and everyone was so kind, start to finish. Dr. Komari was great and very efficient, and Lisa was so helpful when picking out glasses. Would recommend this place to others!

I would recommend another optometrist in the area. The receptionist I checked in with and tech were nice, but Dr Jeff was pretty standoffish and unpleasant. I felt like I was more of a nuisance than an appreciated patient. He was curt and made me feel like he couldnt be done with the appt soon enough. The receptionist I checked out with was a bit snide. Ive never been this disconcerted at a doctors office before. Horrible vibe. Go elsewhere.In regards to the mask mandate, there is no state mandate in place and I am medically exempt from wearing a mask as they induce panic attacks. Panic attacks can cause you to cry and your nose to run. It would make NO sense for me to trigger this during an EYE exam when you’re trying to keep people safe from these facial fluids in the first place. It’s appalling to treat special needs people this way! Just because you refuse to read the updated peer reviewed studies on cloth and surgical masks and their ineffectiveness during this pandemic, that the CDC themselves cited, doesn’t mean you can behave in such a discriminatory way. The CDC exempts those who can’t wear them. Do better and be nicer to those who have special needs.

Front desk is terrible. There is no need to make a paying customer feel bad with their terrible attitude. If they dont want to be nice, polite or treat people with basic decency they should go work else, not at the reception. We dont want your negativity to ruin our day. All front desk staff especially Joanna/ Shauna ( she has a British accent) are extremely rude. Thes people needs to be trained in how to talk and deal with customers. They get paid because of customers who come back, dont act like you are doing a free service.

The entire staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, trust-worthy, and incredibly accommodating. I’ve been a patient at the Westborough office and whether you’re dealing with the Doctors, an Optician, or the office staff, everyone is knowledgeable, helpful and treats you like family. I recently had an eye emergency on New Year’s Eve, outside of office hours, and Dr Rebecca McLaughlin was amazing in seeing me and taking immediate care of me, helping me fully understand what was happening with my eye, aware of any potential issues, and making sure I had all the necessary follow-up steps and appointments. I would never go anywhere else and strongly recommend Auburn Westboro Eye Associates.

Amazing service and care! I have bounced between eye doctors for years and now I’ve found the place I can trust. I saw Dr. Jeff but the whole team from the front desk to the eyeglass desk was fantastic. I had lots of questions and was given all the time, attention and detail I needed. Everyone was patient, safe and friendly. Covid 19 safety precautions were very thorough with a system to call upon arrival. I felt very safe. Wonderful team ~ thanks for everything!

Ive had many positive experiences here over the years. I come to Auburn Westborough Eye for my regular eye check ups as well as to get new glasses. Everyone in the office, from the optometrists, to the opticians, to the front desk staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and supportive. I highly recommend!

Optometric were great, but the front desk staff are terrible at their job. They made a few mistakes on my contact lens order, gave me the wrong information on my contact lens rebate and charged me the wrong price. I was later requested to pay more on my contacts because of their mistake. They did not honor the price agreed upon on the original order. On top of that, I had to make and additional trip to their office. All the trouble that I had gone through and I had not felt any sincerity in their apologies.I am not satisfied with their service and this is one of the worse customer experience I ever had!

Doctors are ok. Front desk is the most rude in all of Westboro. Right from making appointments to checking out. Theyve actually called and harassed me at home! Please avoid!

Today I had a wonderful eye exam with Dr. Jeffrey Cohn. I have a huge eye anxiety and he made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my exam. The tech was descriptive and patient with me, I was even able to have pictures taken with a new high tech camera they have. Im very pleased with my experience. The doctors are good and knowledgeable. The reception lacks a lot of organization and is unable to perform what they promised. I had trial contacts ordered and arranged for a follow-up visit. When I arrived for my visit the trial contacts were not there. I had to wait another week for my trials and schedule another appointment. When I ordered more contacts I still havent received a call back and its been over 2 weeks. When I contacted them they were once again clueless and had no idea where my contacts were. They tried to tell me that I had a funky prescription and that it was backordered. I have ordered from the United Kingdom and gotten contacts within a week. I think their system needs to be updated or they need to find a better supplier. There are a lot of receptionist and they like to chat a lot. Nothing seems to really get accomplished

I work full time and do not feel a second office visit is necessary just to have my eyes dilated. Other eye care professionals have always dilated my eyes as part of my yearly routine exam. I will not be returning to this office.

Really when you there, you feel comfortable . All the staff is awesome. Ill recommend this place to others.

My husband and I moved to the area and were in need of an eye doctor. We tried Goswicks in Northboro but the doctor was terrible and lectured us for 45 min on eye care. So we decided to come here. My doctor was a very capable, professional blond woman who was great. But ordering glasses took forever- front desk never called and when I did track them down they had ordered them incorrectly and took additional couple weeks. I forgave them and sent in my husband. He is now on almost 5 weeks of waiting for contacts. Called 2 weeks after order and front desk said they weren’t in and they would call him. He called the following week only to find out that THEY HAD NEVER BEEN ORDERED! Called again today to find out one eye is backordered but again was never notified. I guess we will be looking for eye doctor #3. 😩
