Excellent service and quality. The optician is so nice and attentive you feel you are in the old days when people gave proud personal caring service just for the love of it. I cant say enough good things about this place. Truly outstanding.

Too bad you cant give more than 5 stars! My family and I have been using Westborough Spectacle Shoppe since they opened over 30 years ago. Their service is incredible. They take the time to make sure your glasses are properly adjusted and comfortable to wear. They have an excellent selection of reasonably priced frames and are super helpful when it comes to making decisions. They will always attempt to fix your glasses if they break or need adjustments. And their turn around and response time is quick when ordering glasses and contacts! As a bonus, Dr. Kralian is also an amazing O.D. and does exams at the shop a few times a week.

Awesome service and selection is excellent. Much better than going to any big box store or chain. Customer service is # One to them. I can understand why they have been in business for over 45 years. Highly recommend to anyone. Great doctor onsite too, I have never had such a comprehensive eye exam before like I did at Westborough Spectacle Shoppe.

Ive known Ed Healy for many years. I started going to W.S.S. when my father, and optometrist retired. In fact, Ed and Jim made his last pair of glasses. Ed, Jim, and Donna, along with the optometrist they have are perfection. I go in often to get my glasses adjusted. Ed tells me Im a little off kilter, a great joke between us. Every frame and lenses I have bought there lasts for years. I had BEBE frames that last almost 20 years and were still in tiptop shape when I donated them earlier this year. Parking is easy and the shoppe is kept in immaculate condition. Each frame is cleaned on a regular basis; so, you dont have to worry, if youre putting on a frame that has collected cooties!

Ed & Jim have both been so patient & accommodating each & every time I have needed to find the perfect pair of glasses or needed to have them fine tuned or adjusted. For at least 26 years, WSS had been my go to.
