I was very impressed with how efficiently this business operates. Adrian & Stella were always on top of the status of my car repairs. They were very professional & a pleasure to deal with. My car looks like it did before the accident. I don’t anticipate any problems, but repairs are covered for as long as I own the car. Adrian told me to bring the car back in if I have any issues with anything. Very satisfied.

After a school bus side-swiped the entire passenger side of my vehicle the damage was unbelievable. I never thought it would look the same again. Picking the car up today from Keri, I was sure it would still be noticeable. The work done was impeccable. No evidence of the damage was visible from the back bumper to the front bumper everything had been done perfectly. The car had been detailed and cleaned and looked as good as it was when it was brand new. The work was done under the time that they had estimated and I have nothing but praise for them. Amazing place if you want to have any bodywork or paintwork done. I was the victim of a hit and run and went here to get my repairs done. Dan and Liz went above and beyond to help me make the truck look new again. They took the time to walk around the truck with me and tell me what work was gonna be done. They even took care of getting rid of some old scratches and fixed an old paint job that was botched by a previous repair shop. The truck looks as good as it did when I got it off the lot. I was treated with professionalism throughout the entire process. The work was completed within days and there were no delays. I actually got the truck back sooner than expected. I also had my rental vehicle waiting for me when I dropped my truck off and when picking up the truck I was in and out within 5 minutes. I can’t recommend the place enough. This is the only place I will look towards for any kind of auto repair work.

Brought my car here after a fender bender because it was one of State Farm’s preferred auto body shops. Needed some rear bumper work done. Brought it in on a Thursday afternoon and had it back by Tuesday just like they promised. Reasonable estimate and work was good (have two small issues I have to call back about in the morning). Will update after speaking to them.Update: Called about the issues they were super helpful, took the car in and fixed the issues in the same day. They say they guarantee their work and they definitely uphold their word!

Amazing service! Talk about a place that picks up your phone call - each time you call! Their work was genuine and identical to my car prior. My vehicle got rear ended by a Ford F-150. Whole trunk got scrunched up and my back bumper was hanging. Replaced everything as needed and I’ve found no issues at all with their work. Would highly recommend!

This is one professional operation. They have a GEICO hotline inside the office, an Enterprise car rental 30 seconds away, and a super-talented body shop team. And they handle all of it for you. Everyone there was helpful and nice--it couldnt have been a better experience. One stop for everything after an idiot smacks into your car!

It was a “rear end” case and the other party’s insurance paid it, so can’t comment on the pricing. However other than that the service was best I have experienced so far at any car shop. They were pro-active and answered all the questions even before I could ask. It was a super easy dealing with them. I was in and out in about 5 minutes both occasions I.e, drop off and pick up. They were well coordinated with the rental I got. They gave me a life time guarantee for the work they did which is awesome. Overall, right from the lady at the reception, the guy who assessed the damage and all the way up to the guy who finished the delivery they made it seem like a cake walk. Took my 2017 Trax to Keri Coach for estimate & repairs of minor fender bender affecting bumper cover, trim, etc on drivers side rear. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic person explained everything and gave a reasonable estimate, including how long repairs might take. He spent time explaining car rental availability, Covid-19 precautions, best time to turn vehicle in. The repairs were done sooner than promised, were excellently done, and the car bought out to me. Paperwork was straightforward and everybody I dealt with was upbeat. Hopefully I will not need vehicle body work anytime soon, but if I do, I plan to use this shop again.

They did the work perfectly and also buffed some scratches out that weren’t part of the insured repair - without extra charge. I’ve used Keri three times in the last several years and have always found them to provide excellent service.

I’ve always come to Keri Coach Works every time I get into an accident. They are very professional and straight forward when it comes to their estimates. All questions answered and very easy going. They also are a preferred shop with GEICO so it makes things even easier. Not to mention their partnership with Enterprise for rental cars. There are plenty of body shops near Freeport but instead I choose to drive 25m to Westbury because it’s worth it.
