Approximately three years ago, my wife Michelle and we were searching for audio visual specialists to create the ultimate set up and experience for our home. We have over 4000 square feet of living space, so selecting the right company was crucial. We visited several establishments and the biggest concern was not how technically savvy they were, but rather, how reliable they would be once we had experienced a technical problem- the bottom line for selecting any company- Customer Service. You never realize how good a company is until you have a problem. Let’s face it, it would be unrealistic or presumptuous to assume you wouldn’t have issues with a project this size.The important point is how quickly and proficiently the issues are resolved once they occur. Magnolia will put you at ease and eventually figures it out. Just be patient and confident in their abilities.We walked into Best Buy in westbury, and looked around the magnolia section and were impressed with the level of their equipment. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable, and after many discussions they convinced us that their attention will not be over once they finished installing the equipment- the rest is history. Now about four years later and a second project for our newly renovated basement, an additional 2000 square feet of living space, we are so satisfied and fully impressed. They have not disappointed once again.They do whatever it takes to make things work and run smoothly. With projects of this magnitude you will definitely have issues, but again, how they are handled is the “key.”Not only do they come immediately without any disruption to your lives, but can handle most issues remotely without ever coming to the house!They are extremely professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, tech savvy, confident, cool, calm and collected when working. We can’t say enough about these guys. Not only are they great at what they do, but Michelle and I like all of them as individuals on a personal level.I would like to take time to mention the guys that have worked most closely on all my projects:Stephan, Chris, Andy, Cesar, Steve, Frank, Tony, Justin, Edwin, Jewel, Lenny, and more recently Seth and Jeremy. By the way, Seth is a quiet technical artist. You are lucky if you get him on the project. Andy and Steve are programmers, and eventually solves every technical issue confronting them.Please believe me when I tell you that Michelle and I are extremely particular and detail oriented- you will not regret using them. Yes, they are associated with a department store and it’s hard to believe that for once, a company can make you feel as though they are a small family run boutique type of establishment- “my hats off” to all of you for successfully accomplishing this. They shall sell and then dissapear on you even if the equipment they installed is defective or you have no internet service for days. Keep getting introduced to new people. Theyre taking on too much work and not able to handle the volume. I went to them thinking Ill get better service since its a national brand. I was wrong. Forever chasing them. Youll get the once in a while texts, Ill call you back, then nothing. Stay away !! from them.

Best Buy Customer for years, Magnolia Sales Rep misleading, advised me to purchase unnecessary high priced AMP which made my speakers sound horrible, also advised to purchase electrical wire cut by the foot that they refuse to return.

They are pretty knowledgeable, but try to hammer sales down your throat. Not polite, but almost rude. Very arrogant like they are the only ones that sell electronics in the world. Even the head manager was rude and arrogant.

Horrible customer service. Waited for OVER 45 minutes for someone to help me. He couldnt answer any questions. In a middle he just left and I had to wait another 20 minutes. Then waited for 20 minutes for him to get the tablet. He didnt know how to use the register. Overall horrible experience. When I got home he gave me the wrong one in a bag. I had to go there back and waited another 2 hours for someone who was in-charge. They treat you like you owe them something. Give you attitude when you ask a question.
