We just renovated our 1st floor bathroom using Cancos in West Babylon and once again we were not disappointed. We did a major renovation in 2017 of our kitchen and upstairs bath/laundry room and had a great experience. Alesia Hillman, our Cancos rep, is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and just so easy to work with. You get quality at a great price and were just so thrilled with the look of the floor in our new bathroom.

Met with Danny yesterday and was directed to the stone yard to pick the actual granite. The salesman was aware we were quoted from another fabricator and he said we would go over it today and meet or beat the price.Today we showed up and ended up walking out because we were forced to wait till 4 other customers who came in after us. This would normally not be an issue but were were in the middle of our transaction and seated at the counter.As if the experience was not bad enough we were also up charged $20 a square foot from yesterday’s printed fabrication charge .The salesman (Danny) must have been under the impression that he had us over a barrel because Cancos was listed as the fabricator. This turns out to not be the case .We ended up going to our kitchen showroom who did our cabinets and saved $1800 by simply calling the supplier and changing who was doing the fabrication .People do your shopping around !Thank you

The selection of tile and related materials is enormous. Their prices are more than fair and delivery is timely. That is not what is great here. The staff is super - they offer suggestions, options and alternatives. They actually care. They know their inventory and are helpful. Parking is readily available.

I have been a long time customer re-doing my kitchen, entrance, basement and later two bathrooms. The choices are amazing and almost too many without the assistance of the knowledgeable staff. They have everything you could think of and all different prices. Inexpensive in basement and higher end in hallway and kitchen.They even did my office waiting room many years ago and it looks like new,I would never buy at a big box store.

Susan was very knowledgeable. She gave us great ideas and helped us put together everything that well need to complete the project. Theres a specific tile that were looking for and they have it. They have products that no one else carries. Everyone was very helpful and professional in this place (a shout out to Vito) 😉. But Susan is the best!!! Highly recommended!!!! Will definitely go back to them for future projects. 👍👍

Very large selection of tile. Some can be very pricey. You will find tile here that you wont find at other tile stores. Good service from staff

Riccobono Construction has been using Cancos for over ten years for all customers who do bathroom remodels. I just completed a major renovation of two bathrooms and a kitchen. I selected Cancos tile for my stone work. I worked with Danny from the Westbury shop and he help pick out and design all that was needed. I did have some issues with the vessel sink not coming in with the correct color. Danny jumped right on the issue and had it resolved right away. If ever again I need to do any sort of tile work I will not look any further that Dannys expertise. Thanks.

Went to Cancos Tile for a den floor. My salesperson was very easy to work with. Had it delivered within the week. Exactly what I wanted, for the price I wanted to pay. I will be returning for future projects.

Went to Cancos today at 2:30 p.m. (in the snow), walked to the front of the door which was locked and the salesman INSIDE doing paper work turned us away said they were closed due to snow. I wont even think about going back to them as it seems they do not value their potential customers.

Cancos tile has the newest and classics in tile, they also do vanities bath fixtures by kohler and others at 25% off all the time!I send all my friends and clients .They also have a talented sales staff that can help, with anything your planing on doing with tile! Best to make appointments with someone only because always seems to be busy when i am their, so if cant or dont like to wait ?Call first thats how my people do it!The way I look at it, if their busy, must be worth the wait and are doing the right thing!

Let me take you back to a couple of months after the devastation called Super Storm Sandy...I live in a high ranch in Oceanside, NY and my home experienced 4.5 feet of water. The entire downstairs was washed away...along with the physical items that were destroyed, emotional artifacts were swept away under the tremendous current of storm water. I needed help to regroup and get my house back in living condition. I was blessed to have crossed paths with Sue Santagata, manager of Cancos Tile located on Old Country Road in Westbury, NY. She spent hours and hours of time and lots of effort aiding me pick out the correct tiles that kept my past memories in tact but also allowed me to move ahead. You will never find a more caring person. She also surrounds herself with a professional staff that do not treat you like a folder or simply just another job, but instead welcomes you as an individual in need of expertise and assistance, both which you will find in abundance at Cancos.
