I recently upgraded my phone at this location and was helped by the manager Promise. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This was the most positive experience I have had at a retail mobile service provider. It was a fast and easy transition to my new phone. She even gave me information on how to reduce my monthly bill. She is an asset to your company.

The store manager, Promise, was so nice & helpful. Initially it was just me in the store but then another customer came in and she said was able to help us both and still be attentive to both our needs. My request was a little complicated but she was super patient and we figured it. Thanks so much!

My husband and I went in two days ago and were helped by the store manager - his phone had started giving an invalid SIM card error. She replaced the SIM card and upgraded him to the new network, and she did it so quickly, I asked if she could upgrade me to the new network as well. I dont have enough good things to say about the speed and quality of service we received. This was one of the easiest service appointments I have ever had. She was very attentive and encouraged us to come back if we had any further issues, and explained everything to us in a very easy to understand manner. Great service like this cannot be praised enough and we will certainly go back to this location if we have any other issues.

We visited the store on Westerville rd to fix a broken phone we ended up purchasing a new one however the clerk on duty Tristan was very helpful and friendly he never got frustrated trying to fix the phone he finally got it to open up and explain to us that it is working now but there is a good chance that it could do the same thing. He never tried to up sale us he was very respectful and honest i recommend visiting the store if your looking for a phone and ask for Tristan

I was out of town on business and my Android stopped working. Every time I attempted to open a messaging app, it closed. I looked up boost retailers near me and found this one had a 5 star rating. We drove past 3 other stores to get to this one. Im glad we did and understand why the ratings are so high. Promise was able to fix my phone for me in the store. We(my wife) eventually decided to just upgrade my phone, even though it was now fixed. Promise was very knowledgeable and made the entire process a breeze. If in town again and in need of assistance, I will definitely go to this location again.

I see why this store has all five stars compared to other boost stores around Columbus. Promise helped me out today. She was beyond amazing. Customer service was amazing as well. I went to boost mobile after a friend told me about the special they had going on. I switched from Verizon prepay to boost and Im so happy I made the switch. They were EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating in the store. The girl who helped me got me out of there with a new Samsung Galaxy A21 that I absolutely LOVE and a screen protector, case, and one month of unlimited service all for $90. I have since been contacted by Alexa who called to ask how everything is working and making sure I was happy and didnt have any questions. Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Very happy I made the switch.

If you use Boost, only go to this store. Alexa is so helpful and friendly and this is the only store that is helpful. Seriously, if there are Boost stores closer to you, drive past them and go here. It has a solid 5 for a reason. (Also, the cleveland ave. Store is the WORST).

I went to the westerville location today, Alexa helped me switch my phone back to the standard network. I did not have to do anything she took care of everything. Not only that she was very professional, kind & patient. She was very helpful there should more people like her thank you Alexa.
