I love Big lots. This was the first time someone didnt ask me if I needed help. Everyone was busy stocking shelves and I had to ask for help. Still a great store and I saved $20 with their coupon deals that day. Thats a huge saving!

Its fine. Deals can be had for the budget conscious, but most the stuff is not worth the time.

Generally there are many good finds here. Often times you may need extra time searching and browsing. Some items are placed in areas that do not seem near sections that make sense. Some employees are super helpful yet have encountered very rude ones as well. Plan to have multiple visits or a long time to shop to fully find items or sales. Store seems understaffed.

Thank goodness they have all of their inventory out. Most stores have nothing in the shelves bit they had everything l needed.

I usually go in for one small thing and always seem to find the neatest stuff when I go in here. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I go to this Big Lots because its close to where I live, but it is always well stocked. Its rare that I go in and cannot find what I am looking for.

Big Lots used to be a fun place to shop, because you never knew what you were going to find. Now, its just another store. It pretty neat and clean, though.

Its a shame really. Big lots used to be the place you could go when you had too much money for the dollar store but not enough for Walmarts. Their selection of kitchen items is amazing but not so much the prices

One odd my fav stores! The prices are usually lower than anywhere else, the staff is friendly and the selection is huge.

I was disappointed in their selection of holiday items compared to other locations.

They have the cutest fall decore and the spookiest animated dolls and could.

The entrance is odd, not as nice as the Polaris big lots.

Very friendly staff!!! A woman stocking today, didnt catch her name.. was so sweet and kind! She was marking down items and told us so we could pick through them so we had first dibs! She was talking about how much she loved her job and that the company had such great buyers who are really up with the trends in home decor! Great customer service!! I cant wait to go back!

All employees I ran into the day I went (Dec. 23rd) were extremely helpful and very kind! The cashier even helped me save tons of money by having me sign up for their deal club. Any other place would tell you after the fact but he had me do it right then and there and I saved a lot!!

I got 70% off of greeting cards. I purchased 8 cards for less the $15.00. what a great deal. That allows me to spend more on gifts. I love Big Lots!

The only thing I dont really like about Big Lots is the fact that their inventory changes somewhat from week to week. I understand thats why their prices are low. But, it also means that you cant always find what you want, or sometimes even find the same thing that you found at that store the last time you were there. Otherwise, its well worth the trip.

Fantastic little store in the world. You must shop weekly to catch good deals. Organic food come from time to time and you can buy at a much better price than on sale at a regular store. If you like money, check this place out.

Its very clean and the staff is nice. You can get all kinds of spices for $1. Definitely a money saver.

They have some really nice Christmas decorations, much better Than Wal-Marts and great prices.

Worst big lots .Waiting in line with pneumonia at 7:27 at night with 2 employees working...Really??When I came in I was misdirected into the opposite side of the store and now were literally sitting here waiting in line. Tick tick.....still waiting. Apparently were doing couponing ? Why exactly cant you guys have 2 registers open or at least check me out?

I was shopping for pajamas for my dog. This was the fifth store and they actually had some. The check out line was longer than usual due to the cash register system going down. Store was clean and employees friendly.
