Stopped in to pick up a few items. The store was very neat, clean and very well stocked.Great customer service as I was asked by an Employee who was stocking items if I needed any help and the young Lady at theCheck out was very nice. I will definitely be going back to this store to shop.

It was my first time at that location and I was impressed.the truck was there unloading their merchandise and they were staffed adequately to both handle the truck and their customers. Even though they had a delivery they still had the stuff I needed in stock. And they had two cashiers doing checkout. The cashier I had was polite And courteous

This store is always well stocked and organized unlike some of the other locations which is why this is my preferred DG location to shop.

This store needs more price tags or prices on the shelves. Was kinda a mess in most of the store. The clerk at the front desk was helpful and very friendly.

I gave this one 5 ☆s because the AISLES WERNT CLUTTERED...you could actually escape in case of fire !

They are always stocked but they should make a limit for pokemon cards only to buy 2 because they have but sometimes the employees are super nice.

This store is really really messy and dirty. Every single aisle had things thrown on the floor, shelves in disarray, stock out of season or misplaced... the floors were even dirty. Some aisles were completely blocked. Very disappointing.

Employees mot very helpful store was not organized. Delivery people blocking the way hard to get around had to wait for someone to check me out

Been going to dollar general for years usually quick and convenient

This dollar general is a little cramped and overfilled, but it is a good shop. It has most of the Dollar General standards and the staff is good. It also happens to be about the only Dollar General in Westerville.Dollar General is due for am expansion in Westerville, but, until then, this location should be your primary shop for picking up decent quality, low cost odds and ends. Great for non-grocery items and sales.

Decent little Dollar General. Staff seem to be nice, always greeting customers. The place is a little crowded with products and sometimes its not always the most organized location. I can usually find just about anything Im looking for. Prices though arent always great, sometimes you can get the same things at Walmart for a better price and or condition. Convenient location off of Schrock Rd, near Cleveland Ave. They have plenty of parking available and its easily seen from the road. I dont believe they have public restrooms. Sometimes have an amazing clearance section.

Dollar General is always there for me! Its the same brands just a cheaper price! Good helpful staff and great hours! The store is clean even though its hard to clean up after some of its customers. Respect the folks that work here and put the items you dont buy back!

This is a great location! Always well stocked and organized. The staff is very polite and quick. No complaints! Best Dollar General in Franklin County. Staff work very hard at keeping it looking good.

Im starting to love this place! They have a great selection of heating cards, all for $1! Found great buys in other things I commonly shop for, too.

Naturally assumed they were open until 10pm like every other DG in the city. Walking in the lady working the door announced two minutes. Literally I had no clue who she was talking to(wasn’t looking at me) or what even was supposed to happen in two minutes. Went in for something right inside the door, and when we were done picking that item up and walked to the register she shouted ‘They’re ready’ with so much disdain I thought she’d surely choke on it. Walking out my phone said it was 9:00 on the dot. I’m sorry door lady, for ruining your whole entire life. No worries, I won’t be back.

Nice staff. The store, however, looks like an impact crater. Very messy & disorganized. Good deals can be found. 🥴

Good product cheaper price. Here is a comparison Kellogg Corn flakes more than 4.50 at one of the leading grocery store. But here at Aldi the same product was $ .99 cent - same size same quality.

Great customer service. Very helpful. Although the store didnt have everything we will be looking for the sales persons did everything in their power to assist.

This is by far the worst and unprofessional Experiance ever. Jessica was vary rude and not welcoming. Will not return. Look out for her and you will understand. The white casher women. I am so dissapointed.

I am not giving two stars because of the employees they are wonderful I am giving it because of the neighborhood we got there about 15 minutes before closing by the time we got what we needed and to the register One of the cashiers a very nice small lady was at the door letting people know they were closed another woman came to the door much bigger than her proceeded to shove her way in saying she needed anti-it’s cream then punched her in the head knocking her phone to the ground as she tried to call police pushing her shoving her and then leaving the store all for me my husband another woman and a child or at the register it all happened so quick no one had time to move and that is why I’m giving it to stars the neighborhood

Its a dollar store and the windows were not broken and one of three guys guarding the case of menthol cigarettes looked a lot like Jeb Bush.

Just the smell of detergents othetwise would have had a 5 star because they have lots at great prices

My favorite place to go always have anything and everything Im looking for. I feel like Im not just a customer when I enter the door bc they remember me and bet on what isle Ill hit first. Lol.

I shop this store because its convenient... But it is always a mess... Stock laying in aisles, shelves empty. The turn over rate must be very very high because there is always a different crew. They are always rude, you never know what register is open because half the time the open lights are all off. There isnt any music playing so it is creepy quiet except when customers are looking for an employee to ring them out.

KK, the cashier had her mask pulled down and was on her cell phone the entire time. She didn’t greet me or say anything else. Also, the lady stocking the shelves didn’t have her mask pulled up. To make matters worse I got my food home and it had been opened and half eaten.

As any dollar general they have basically 2 employees, staff is ok not overly helpful or talkative.

Decent store. They need to keep stock out the aisles though before someone gets hurt and they have a lawsuit on their hands. It also makes the store cluttered.

So disorganized and the help was awful. Never shopping here again.

Not friendly. Not helpful. Bad attitudes. Lazy. The store aisles look like the Tasmanian devil tore up and down them. The store is dirty. The employees act Iike they are doing the customer a favor just by being there. The home office is a joke too for letting the store continue to go down hill. You definitely get what you pay for and your employees are a PERFECT reflection on the store: Bad from every direction.
