Excellent customer service! Jeanne, Lori and Traci have always treated my wife and I with lots of kindness and professionalism. There were a few issues with both of our frames. They were quick to make things right to the point where they even let us exchange the frames for a different model after having had them more than 30 days without giving us any trouble. Also, the prescription from the friendly doctor were always spot on! They billed our insurance directly with no follow up after billing or any problems. We have been going to this place for years and will continue to do so.

Very pleasant and professional staff. Took the time to explain my lens options and did not try to oversell which I appreciated. Also helped to figure out my insurance benefits and how I could make the most of them.

I now know why MyEyeDr in Westfield,Ma Doesnt have many Good reviews or many reviews at all. A simple task of giving them your insurance info was for some reason a huge ordeal since I got called 4 times asking me for the same information I gave them the first time we talked. Also it seems that making an appointment and having them stick to it seems to be a difficult task for them as well. Just completely unprofessional. Honestly theres no reason to waste your time going here with so many better options close by!

I would recommend Kens Eyewear because even though they did not have an available appointment at the Westfield location, they went out of their way to find a time at another location.That was so unexpected, and I am very appreciative of that.They were super friendly and helpful.

I was excited to find a MyEye Dr close to home as I have gone to the Amherst location a couple times. Very clean and following protocols for covid. Once inside there was lack of communication between front desk/intake staff and the Dr as I waited 10-15 min for the doctor to realize I was sitting there. As a medical professional, I understand running behind etc and brushed it off. The reason I give 3 stars (a mediocre rating) is the 3 staff members I have interacted with during my appt weeks ago and a stop by today were condescending about the purchase of glasses online. Unfortunately I do not have vision insurance and cannot afford to pay $200+ for glasses from a clinic location. I have had great success getting glasses online through retailers and was very put off by their comments.

Use to be a customer of Visions of Longmeadow until they closed their doors and the owner moved to Kens Eyewear. Ive never had an issue here and they have always had very reasonable prices and a good warranty. They run some great promotions too.

Be warned - Web site says they accept all insurance plans but they tried to charge full price. Never discussed or asked for insurance details. Visit if you like cold attitude, bad service and lack of expertise.

Was given lenses with obvious defects, had to go get a new prescription from my eye doctor to get both lenses redone as one appeared ok....waited 3 weeks to find out my replacement lenses didnt get ordered, with only a half hearted apology and informing me they would get ordered first thing the next day.. poor customer service for the high premium they get for glasses, not having the money to go elsewhere now...my last set of glasses from Kens Eyewear...Update- Almost 2 weeks and I get multiple calls but no message, a subsequent call I was able to answer. The girl on the other end stated my lenses were ready, they opened at 9 the following day and the manager would be in so I could speak to him. Walking in I was met with a very cold reception. The manager seemed unaware there had been a problem. A different employee came over and explained that tgey did upgrade the lenses to prevent the same defect I had experienced. The manager brought out my glasses, cleans the lenses and proceeds to hand me my glasses with smudge marks on the lenses. Last straw, I get up to leave and he asks if I want the old lenses for spares. I explained I did not and that I wouldnt be back. He seemed indifferent to the whole situation. Disappointing spending almost $500 for glasses and feeling like I just bought cheap knock off sunglasses in an alley.
