My old garage door opener (aka sad piece of junk) died on Monday so I called Mykala at Rose Garage Door Solutions after seeing 136 5-star reviews. Mykala was very sweet and professional and even recommended the exact brand of garage door opener (Chamberlain) that I wanted installed. Two days later Tyler came out - exactly on time - to complete the installation. Tyler is awesome and really knows his stuff. He took down my old piece of junk and installed the new Chamberlain B1381 garage door opener, outside keypad, inside Smart Control Panel, and sensors very quickly. My 2-car garage door sagged a little in the middle and honestly looked a bit tired. So Tyler suggested that he could install an aluminum strut to support the door on the spot. I said, Lets do it Tyler! A genius move: my garage door looks awesome now! I cant say enough great things about the new Chamberlain B1381 door opener. It runs with a steel-reinforced rubber band (not a chain) and is SO Quiet - amazing. I give Tyler and Mykala my highest recommendation for service, friendliness, outstanding work, and fair pricing. They returned my call within an hour and the technician arrived the same day, he gave me a thorough inspection of my door and tracks and I decided to go with a new door. They were reasonably priced and installed the new door the next day. Technician was professional, friendly and very helpful explaining the new door along with adjusting my opener. I also like the texts letting me know he was on his way and the immediately received a receipt via email when the service was completed. I am also very satisfied with the quality of the new door, its a much higher quality door than came with the home originally. I highly recommend.

Very prompt response to my message on Yelp. The repair was scheduled within 24 hours. The guy showed up 15 minutes early, which we loved. Not only did he replace the spring but did a maintenance too. Our garage door is much quieter now. We will definitely recommend and use in the future. Slightly higher pricing than competitors, but totally worth it in my honest opinion.

I called Rose Garage on Monday; Tyler, the owner, came on out Tuesday to give me an estimate for my garage door (which was falling off the track). He offered estimates for both repair and replacing the door, but walked me through why he recommended replacing the door. Tyler was fantastic to deal with and gave the quickest most professional service I have ever received. The garage door at one of my rental properties crashed and was stuck open. I called Tyler at 2pm and he was on site by 3.30p to diagnose it. Unfortunately the 34yr door had seen its last day. The good news is that he was back onsite at 9:30am to replace it. The communication was also great with numerous email and text updates throughout the entire process.
