Great little store. Only place I can find real beet juice. Also get my smoked salmon bits there!

I love this store! Its just like going to Poland or NYC :) They have everything I need to make my traditional family polish dishes. I stop in here about once a week. Their Kielbasa, kabanosy and parowki are TOP NOTCH quality too. No fillers. Delicious.

I have been a customer since the store opened. When, I shop there, I feel like a family member. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The store looks always clean and modern. There is nice variety of produce from Poland and I always find things that I am interested to buy there.

They have a great assortment of cheeses that Big Y and Stop and Shop do not offer. Also if youre looking for Polish candies this is the place. The staff is super friendly and the place is wicked clean!

Super friendly, very high quality everyday & gourmet foods. Try the potato & truffle pierogies and the baby garlic dill pickles! The selection of breads is vast and always super fresh. The deli, pastries & candy/cookie selection is mind blowing.

Now for those of you who like to trash talk this place, first of all your reviews are worth nothing because when I look at a review I make sure that its a legit person writing it, not someone pretending to be a fake person. Please, if youre going to believe a 1 star review about The Westfield Polish Deli & Store... be sure the name is associated with more than 1 review.

Great store....lots of gourmet food items and European delights. Staff is always friendly and eager to help you. One of the best delis in Westfield.

I am from out of town and decided to try some local food. I got some Rye bread and snacksticks and wow... fantastic. Loved it!

This place has the best Kielbasa in western Mass. Staff is great, instant coffee from Russia is great, the rye bread with the Polish coat of arms on the plastic packaging is priceless. Just a great place in general.

This store is not far from my house. This one is WORST OF THE WORST. I don’t even know where to start everything so badly. # 1- Watch prices they are different between your receipt and display. # 2-They might charge your credit card twice and they don’t know what to answer why that happens. I wait almost one hour to get my money back. # 3- Grocery products 75% expired. I bought drinkable yogurt Kefir for my childrens come home open,...OMG total green mold. Next day return this dangerous milk product I expect from them any apologies absolutely nothing even her face was so aggressive??? # 4-They are real rude ones and there is no respect for the buyers.I asked them to remove expired products from shelves they just ignore it. Be careful a lot of expired products, the owners do not listen to advice. And if it’s not first time they continue to ignore your advises. # 5-Don’t try to complain it’s doesn’t make any difference no any reaction. # 6-THEY SIMPLY NEED YOUR MONEY THAT’S IT. # 7- my conclusion. My health and health of my family more important then cheap expired product.

Terrible customer service! First, sales person was on the phone so I had to wait for 10 minutes for her to take my order. Ive asked her to slice me a pound deli meat from a fresh unopened piece (which is actually 1 pound total weight),because the opened one I saw had an actual mold!!!!!!! She refused! She said we have to sell whatever we have in stock before opening a fresh one! There was no point for me to explain any father. Its was my last time to visit this place.

Check expiration dates! Candy’s, Milk product and breads even ice cream Ive had to throw away! For the past 4 years Ive told them. They have a lot expired grocery food, my son eat it. He got sick to his stomach, unfortunately I did not have the receipt. It is impolite to sell us old rotten foods just to make a profit. I no longer buy there anymore.

Rude service on meat section. Did not put gloves on and when I pointed to it started screaming at me and my family. No prices on any product. Would not recommend this store to anyone. Sanitation is the last thing in this store.

Every time I visit Westfield I go to this store and get the best kielbasa I have ever had. They are always very nice and helpful. I used to go to this store when it was a Cumberland Farms c-store.

A very nice store. I myself have been buying there for more than ten years. Everything is always fresh.

I worked in this store and in a short time I realized that the hostess considers her employees to be slaves. I immigrated from Ukraine 4 years ago and even there they didn’t treat me as much as in this store they paid me a minimum and demanded a maximum. I was always not happy with my work, although I tried to be very executive and careful in everything. Once I asked for a discount on my purchase, I wish I didn’t do it, after a short time I was fired under the pretext that there was no work for me, the hostess with a malicious smile said that I would not go to work tomorrow. Evil are very angry and not pleasant owners of this store.
