I had a cracked windshield and at first Allstate took me through their recommendation with Safelite. I got the run around and the service was horrible. It took them 3 weeks + (and still didn’t get an answer), so I asked for a recommendation through our mechanic and I was given Auto Glass Masters. I spoke with a Victoria and from day one took care of me and reassured me everything would be okay. Well, she was right and went above and beyond for us. She warned us of situations that could possibly go wrong, followed-up when she said she would and coordinated everything from start to finish. She did in a week what Safelite couldn’t do in 3+ weeks. Thank God there are still great people who provide great service and that you can feel comfortable doing business with. The team there works as a team and will get the job done. Highly recommend them for any service they can provide.

Set my appointment up with Victoria, she was very helpful and courteous. Was able to drop my car off before work in the morning and pick it up after hours. Tints came out great, absolutely no bubbles or defects. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend and will be back in the future.

This place had good reviews so I went in to get my windshield replaced and the reviews were right. They replaced my windshield in under an hour and their prices are reasonable.

I needed my very old tint (purple and peeling) removed from my BMW. The Auto Glass team were able to have it removed and replaced with new tint same day. Upfront price quote and excellent customer service. Impressed by the quality and professionalism.

I had my window regulator replaced. Ive had the best experiance . from appointment to the tech working on my car we excellent .the owner showed us around the shop .showed us some nice custom cars. 2 stars only because Mike did a great job about my car’s windshield, otherwise the rate would be 1 (since I cannot rate 0 ). Jennifer whom I was talking since the beginning, messed up, she never told me that the repairing guys r coming to my home. I travelled 56 miles (28 miles each back and forth) + time + gas + tolls from Prospect Heights. Nobody told sorry. Since they got the money from my insurance company, I could not go to someone else. Would not return nor would not recommend this place to anybody. Ridiculous

Excellent service at reasonable price! Auto Glass Masters made an unfortunate situation so much easier to handle. Our tailgate window shattered and they had someone out same day to replace it at our home at very reasonable price. I was informed our rear wiper motor and wiper needed to be replaced also. I got the parts and they installed for me. Everyone was pleasant to work with and very efficient. Thank you!

OUTSTANDING....was getting the run around from my insurance company. From the first phone call to me from Victoria to the installation by Mark was beyond impressed. Victoria handled all the paperwork, in a very timely fashion and her professionalism impressed me. Mark the installer was knowledgeable on the brand and took extreme car on installing my new windshield, explained the next steps i should fallow. Even called me 45 minutes before his arrival, big thanks for that. After the job was completed a follow up phone call the next day from Victoria asking how everything went to the claim status.

I got a windshield replaced at our office and had them take care of a wiring issue in our work truck. Both services were great and had a decent price. We also got scheduled and the work was performed quickly.

Excellent work and service. I was able to make an appointment to repair a broken window for the next morning and it was finished in 30 minutes!

Chris was a tremendous help and did a fantastic job on my new car which got a large crack from a rock on the highway. He took care of the insurance and made sure there was no issues. Drove to our home and replaced it within a couple hours. Communication was excellent and I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Auto Glass. Thank you very much for everything; you made the experience with this simple and convenient for me!

Ive been going to Auto Glass Masters for years! They do GREAT work and GREAT customer service! Theyve helped me from; windshield leaks, tint, filling chips in windshield, and replacing windshield. They do so much more. Highly recommend!

I did not get the opportunity to experience their services. However for the four months that I tried to get my service and insurance claim scheduled with them, I can say that it was a very unforgiving and disappointing experience. Spoke to over 4 staff members including a manager and they did not do as they promised on every call...I had to give up. They need to bring on board a staff with good customer experience and a sense of priority and organization skills.

This place is terrible... I was supposed to receive a simple tint job for my brand new car, but they’ve managed to screw up everything. 1 month into having tints, there were bubbles everywhere. No big deal, there’s a “lifetime warranty” on the tints. I just have to drive all the way back there to get it done(50mile drive one way). Took about 5 hours to get it done and had to wait there the entire time. Get all the way home to realize the back door panels were noticeably elevated by about 1”. So they didn’t put my door panels back in properly. Great.. No big deal, they sent someone out to me to put them back properly. But wait, it looks like my speaker has tint melted on it. Nope, my speaker case was melted from their heat gun. Great.. now they need me to go back out to them to get it replaced. Mgr. Chris said it will be 30 mins. 2 hours later it gets done. I just want them to fix whatever they did to my car and be done with this horrendous experience. I’ve been noticing a rattle from my front door panels and for whatever reason, never bothered to check if those panels were ever removed. Guess what, they were, but only elevated 1/2”. Called Mgr Chris and for some reason, he makes it seem as if this is my fault. He claims it’s too far past the original installment. Then he wants me to come out to him again. Are you kidding me? How many attempts does it take to get one job done correctly? Had I known my door panels we’re removed to do this tint job, I would’ve checked to see if they were put back properly. And considering that my car was dirty from all the salt and debris, maybe I could’ve seen the melted speaker case sooner. Anyways, I don’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about their vehicle and hope nobody goes through what I went through. Bunch of inexperienced noobs.

I am very disappointed in this business. I spoke with three different people for about a week. Danielle was the first person I spoke with was very nice. Spoke to Chris next not so nice, spoke to Stella last, she is a very rude person. Dropped my car off at the car dealership to have Auto glass masters come out and change my windshield. My car has been here all day with my windshield still not done, Stella was rude on the phone, did not take my frustration serious, I had to take time off work to drop my car this morning. And for it still not be done is just not right! They didnt care that I had to come to the dealership and still sit and wait for another two hours for them to come fix the windshield. My time is valuable too. Not professional at all, I will never let them do any work for me again ever. If your insurance sends you to them for window repair, think twice about that. Bad experience, unhappy with Auto glass masters!!!!!Michelle Adams

The alarm on my 2008 Honda Odyssey was going off randomly... 1am, 4am... not good. It seemed to happen when it was raining. I took the car to a local place twice and they couldnt fix it. I took it to the Honda dealer and they told me the fusebox was corroding and looked like it had seen water. They replaced that but asked me to take the car to AGM to find the leak. They checked the windshield but it was fine. Then the sunroof and IT was also fine. They were just about to put everything together and send me home without a solution when they found a small crack in the rain gutter between the drivers door frame and sunroof. They sealed it and the car has been good ever since. No more random alarm! Thanks to Chris and everyone at AGM... nice work

Just bought a Range Rover Sport and was concerned that if I got the tint done I wouldnt be happy because I was worried about the tint quality. The good news is they took all my worries and concerns away, They tinted my front passenger and drivers side window to match the rear factory tinted windows. It looks like the manufacturer did the tint....lol Thanks Auto Glass MAsters!!!!!!

They replaced my windshield with sensors such as lane departure and forward collision. After the windshield replacement i had go to delaer to caliibrate them which was $135. Overall they did a 4/5 job

Rude lady on the phone. Expensive. Shop around. Quoted $290+tax while others are doing it for $165.
