Took my Acura here for some scheduled maintenance before and the prices and timeliness were more than fair. Will bring in the Porsche sometime as they also work on them. I always see some 911s in the bays. Owner and guys in the shop were super honest and are real drivers.

Great service. Came in to replace tires with with a pair I had purchased from somewhere else and get a rotation. Steve was very helpful and courteous, and the gentlemen that did the work did a wonderful job. Will be using Carsplus for tire service in the future.

I cannot say anything but good things about this place! I have a 911 turbo which I BABY, im the guy that parks a mile away from everyone to make sure I do not get a single scratch, nick, door ding etc. Mark made sure my car was stored inside for multiple days until my part arrived and fixed everything as promised. I had an oil change completed on my 2017 Porsche at CarsPlus based on the recommendation of another Porsche owner. The team at CarsPlus did a fantastic job and the price was more than fair. I would definitely go back there again.

Ive been taking my car here for a couple of years now, first for seasonal tire swaps and, more recently, for additional services such as brakes and performance work. The people at Cars Plus make sure the work is done on time and on budget, and I am grateful they have Saturday hours since many independents do not. They also did the independent pre-purchase inspection of a used car I was looking at, which was important because the car didnt have many records and I didnt want to buy something that looked good but would fall apart. Whether you know a lot about cars or just a little, Cars Plus is a good place to bring your car. I am a repeat customer and a happy one!

With the temps creeping up last week, I turned on the AC in my high mileage 997 and noticed a hissing sound and the AC getting warmer. By day three I had no AC. Had heard of a Porsche Indy shop near my office in Oak Brook but had never been there, dropped in on a whim and spoke to Mark. Had a quick conversation. Left the car there and he had it done in a day and a half after I told him I needed the car for a quick road trip to Wisconsin over the weekend. It was exactly what he said it would be- a condenser line. Great service, reasonable price, all done in a timely fashion. Would recommend Mark and his team to anyone with a Porsche, although he services all makes and models!

Called for 1 used tire. They didnt have it. Guy asked if I wanted a quote for a new one. I said no and started to ask questions about a full set. He hung up before listening to the question. Ill go elsewhere to get a full set. Lol.

Steve is the kind of guy who will go out of his way to accommodate his customers scheduling needs. I got a discount solely because he remembered me as a former customer from 4 years back. The in-shop service has always been top-notch and much cheaper than my dealer (which is why I am back). Oh, the waiting room chairs are very comfortable.

Took my A5 in for a steering problem & Steve showed me the exact part that needed to be replaced. Both he & Dave assured me that my car won’t break down if I decide not to have it repaired. Loved that they didn’t push me to get the service done like other mechanics would, but I still did it. Also knew I needed new breaks, so got that done there too & paid half the price I would’ve paid if I went to Audi!! Everyone there is honest, fair, and the services were done so quick! I will always come here from now on!

Cars Plus has the best prices for repairing your car. I came here on 3 separate occasions . One time for a transmission repair, the second for a brake repair and 3rd for an Oil change. Each time the mechanics never tried to make unnecessary repairs that would increase my bill. They give it to your straight and with full honesty on what needs to be fixed. That I respect .

Today, I fixed my car and experienced terrible service. Im a regular customer, and expected proper service like other days. But, theyve argued were busy, you can just pay. I paid without any desciption for the fixing and when I requested the detailed information, they continuously said card card. Please check the price after fixing and request detailed info. to staff.

My old car had some transmission issues and the mechanics here were completely blunt and honest with me about the price and things that need to be done to get my car up and running again.I didnt wait in line and the customer service was top notch. Extremely underrated auto repair shop and after my visit here I would recommended these guys to anybody.

I came to cars plus to get my transmission fixed. It sucks it is one of the most expensive repairs ever. I sent them here based on the reviews I found here on Google online. Bob was great he told me the run down and what needed to be done and gave me the best price for it. I was amazed because it was like 100-200 bucks cheaper than some of the other repair shops I been to. My car is all better now and I saved 150 bucks in the process.

Its 11:38 am on Wednesday 26th of October I am waiting for the car to be fixed. Its down pouring rain outside as I am waiting the roof is leaking in side I told Steve he Did nothing at all about it I moved the chair it still did not get through to him at all I spent a lot of money here and they cannot get roof fixed or turn on the heat its a sad way to run a business and also very dusty and really needs a good cleaning

They are great for oil change tire rotation and service. But labor for other repairs is ridiculous.

Gotta love honest mechanic but they are hard to find these days. I went thru many auto repair shops and this one suprised me. These guys were honest . They fixed my corrola and did not try to add on anything else. They also gave me a free oil change for being a first time customer.

Throughout my life I had huge issues finding an HONEST mechanic. I been to many Mechanics in Westmont and all of them seems to try screw in for an unnecessary repair.
