Horrible was of money! I bought a car wash, and it didnt work. The attendant couldnt issue a new one and said he could not give me a refund. Told me I had to come back when the manager was there. It was 5 oclock. Apparently they only keep a manager working until 3, so if you. have a problem after that you are out of luck.

One of the gas station attendantd who is an older white man refused to honor my Groupon for the carwash that I got on that same day saying it didnt work. He wasnt willing to try. I came back the next day and got a different person and she got it in right away. Please do not make us waste an extra trip

My wife and I have frequented this location for the last few years since we moved to the area, and unfortunately we will not be returning here. It seems that the staff, as well as many customers that are allowed to enter the establishment, have their own opinion on how airborne diseases work. The staff wear the masks around the chin, and MANY customers don’t even pretend to use one even to that extent. I get it, no one likes wearing these things, but I’m not putting myself at risk to be out of work for two weeks because you fools can’t follow basic directions.

Needs way better customer service!! And they also need to make sure they are actually taking the rewards off the shell card. I’ve been living over here for 20+ years and the customer service has NEVER been this bad!!!

This is the 3rd time I’ve went to this store and received terrible service, nasty attitudes and I’ve been ignored. Brittney charges customers and says it declined in order to steal money! The old lady is rude as well, always has an attitude.
