Amazing staff. Fast service in the store. More than once they’ve even brought my coffee to my table which is always such a thoughtful touch. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the drive through is a nightmare. Not only is there constantly a long string of cars but it is a poorly designed and confusing parking lot and drive thru entry way.

The wait in the drive-thru is out of control. They need to get a better handle on orders. It shouldnt take 20 minutes between getting in line and getting a drink.

Ellie is the best!! The whole team is great especially now that theyve been open a while. Friendly and fast every time. Someone please tell Ellie that Gina Rodriguez is the actress she looks like! So pretty and kind! Keep up the good work, team

The baristas are always so nice here! I wish they would get the peach iced tea back.

Service is great. But I have gone there multiple times because the website says they are open, but when I get there they are closed. Mind you, this is at 10am during the week. Somewhat strange that a coffee shop wouldnt be open in the morning during the week.

Unfortunately and without exaggeration this location is always getting something wrong with my order, or they are out of something in my order, or they forget an item in my order. I have at least three free item cards all received because of the issues. I’ve held off on my review to give them a chance because they are a bit newer location but this has been going on for months and seems to be a theme as I can literally say at least 50% of the time I order from this location there is an issue.

Always speedy, friendly and awesome. Beware the drive thru nightmare though... people still cant figure out queuing.

Fast and friendly staff. Ellie is very bubbly making the start of my morning a little better. I prefer this location to the other down cass ave in darien.

Starbucks has always good people working here, love the customer service, they are friendly and polite and willing to provide customer needs.

I did not like the strawberry funnel cake cold drink. Bad aftertaste

Brand new Starbucks just opened at 63rd and Cass in Westmont and went on the 2nd day it was opened. Had great customer service. We ordered the Pikes Place Roast Coffee and the Caramel Macchiato. I also ordered the Blonde Roast which was not ready but they offered to brew it - would just take a little longer which I decided not to get. I also ordered the Ham & Swiss on a Croissant, the Turkey Bacon and Egg White on Whole Wheat Muffin, and the Red Pepper Egg Bites which were delicious. Went to the drive-in which was extremely fast. It has outdoor tables as well as indoor tables and the inside was open. Great food and customer service and well trained considering it was only the 2nd day open had a great experience.

Always have what I want.
