I had a great buying experience in 2018 and good service experience until this year. The service department doesn’t answer the phone, they don’t reply to voicemail, and online booking doesn’t work. I’ve been trying for 5 months to get an appointment before an extended maintenance runs out. I’ve tried through sales as well and hear “the phones have been down.” True or not, 5 months of unresolved phone issue is also bad service. I appreciate their busy but too busy to work with an existing customer who needs new brakes - even if scheduling far into future? Or just politely decline the business. Bad service. I encourage going elsewhere. After reading other reviews I’m now wondering if this is common for those of us who purchased extended warranty: At end of term for them to go silent. I had tried to get the work don’t before that term expired and have since been trying to get answers about if the warranty is good bc I extended my lease. They don’t return the call. I see below “we sent you home with a packet” on another review versus “let us help you figure that out.” Bad service and seems very sketchy. Don’t buy the extended warranty/ service agreement, apparently.

The service here at the Westwood Audi location is excellent. The team is very organized and efficient. I scheduled an appointment to install 4 new tires on my car (I bought elsewhere) and to refinish my rims (under my warranty). Doug was welcoming and got my car in right away. He arranged for a ride to drive me back home which took only minutes to arrive. The car was ready as expected and on time the next afternoon. He arranged for a ride to pick me up to return to the dealership and again it was just minutes before they arrived. My car looked great and everything was in order upon pickup with no surprise charges. They are fast, professional and do a great job with my precious car. I’m so thankful to have them!

I found a car advertised on the Internet. The car was about 10% below. Other similar cars. I had no intention of haggling. Alex the salesman was excellent we made a deal within minutes. Went back the following day and set up the contract. I didn’t get the gentleman‘s name in the finance office but he was very pleasant and not pushy. All in all about an hour to buy a car which is very fast. Pleasantly surprised how easy they made it I highly recommend doing business with prime Audi Westwood

Great dealership to buy a car. Angel Cruz was very knowledgeable about the car and very accommodating. I was at another Audi dealership where the salesman had to pull out a cheat sheet and try to interpret it to provide answers. No pressure throughout the entire process including with the Finance Manger. I would highly recommend them. I drove a half hour longer than the nearer dealer and it was well worth it.

After an initial mixup where the part for my recall for my drivers side airbag was not in stock they had to order but could do tomorrow same time. I called in morning to ensure part was there and not driving another 70 miles. Car just out of warranty ;3 major failures - Approximately 5000$ cost to repair. No consideration given to help defray cost of these.Initially told service manager on vacation - left message to call me. No response - so left 3 more messages with company employees to give to service manager to talk to customer. No response.Would anyone - would I recommend such a dealer fir customer service or satisfaction ?? 🤔

My turbo charger needed a change and the part arrived late; but I was informed about the status periodically and was given a loaner for the period my car was being worked on. The drop and pick up was seamless and quick. Also, since my Q3 was in warranty the part change was done at no cost.

Carlos my service person was very accommodating and worked hard to address a service problem I had reserved a loaner car for the day and was told none were available. This is bad customer service.
