Im from out of state & assumed I had car issues. I called and was able to get an appointment within the next few days. My service representative was very helpful & knowledgeable of the situation. The repairs were completed in a timely manner & overall I was pleased.
So, my husband purchased a 2019-2020 GLE SUV a year or two ago, and the sales experience was good, but it could have been better. He walked out with a new SUV, and so far, his experience has been relatively good. We took his car in for services this last visit maybe a week or two ago and decided to look around for a vehicle for myself. I have been a fan of the Ford F150 for years, but he said that once you drive a Mercedes, you will never drive another vehicle. Well, we walked the showroom floor for about 20-25 minutes; and sat in a couple of sedans that I might like, and no one came to say hello, or ask can I help you? Now I know what most people will ask, what time of day was it? It was 2:30 pm-3:15 pm. At least four employees walked past us and never acknowledged us. That was a missed opportunity.

I am always impressed by the service at Mercedes of Westwood; ALWAYS!Today, for example, my car was picked up and a loaner brought to me. When my cars work was completed, it was returned, sparkling clean inside and out. What is most remarkable about this is that despite the issue I was having with the passenger window was not showing itself today, thus could not be pinpointed by the service department, they did what they could in investigating yet charged me nothing for their time.I consider this is service and beyond...I would recommend this dealership/service hands down and am happy to report that all of my experiences are, by and large, as excellent as was todays.J. Steven barrow is hands down the best general sales manager I have ever met . Amazing customer service, great hospitality and exceptionally professional.
People were nice but the waiting area was kind of dirty and the little cafe they have looked a little gross. Not at all what I would expect at a high end dealership. Also, I stepped outside to take a work call and an employee got in a car in front of me and turned the radio up extremely high so I had to walk away as I couldn’t hear my call and was a little embarrassed that the person I was talking to commented on the lyrics they heard.
Ken Black at Mercedes of Westwood is truly a very fine example for others. Ken is just a delight to work with. He makes certain that every detail of your service experience is carefully taken care of and that you are more than satisfied upon its completion! The service department treated us like loyal customers even though we were only passing through. I had three dogs waiting with me, and they didn’t make me feel like a burden at all. In fact the dogs got so much attention, they were worn out when we left! Service was also fast and reasonable.

Ease of making appointments as well as texts giving status updates and approvals for additional work is a big plus for me. Also I can usually get a loaner car. This dealership is friendly one visit (when they want you to leave a good review) and then takes advantage of you the next. I myself have left a wonderful review here - when I was asked several times to do so and finally gave in. I have been servicing my vehicle for 2 years now at this dealership. I have been given a hard time at each visit for wanting to work with one technician consistently that way I deal with someone who is familiar with my vehicle. They do what they can to mislead and overcharge you - I came in for a service and one technician told me I needed brakes. When I said not this time, I dealt with a different technician who told me that they had lied to me in hopes of me saying yes. That technician then proceeded to print out the service chart for my vehicle and showed me that the brakes were not due for another 10K or so miles. That was just one example. I have been told they did not have time to talk to me while I had a question about my vehicle and was willing to wait however long needed. As a consumer, answering my question is the bare minimum that any service can offer, never mind one with the status of Mercedes. I’m not one to typically leave reviews - the first review I ever left was actually for Mercedes, but I hope those who research this dealership understand that the consistency of good service does not exist here.
Went in for yearly service appointment with Grant G. I was in and out quickly - process was simple and straightforward and no unexpected add-ons which was my typical experience at other dealerships. Hi: I am wondering about the brakes that the mechanic tagged, I just had those brakes replaced front and back and rotors in July of this year. I’m wondering if the mechanic or you can or if we could verify that the mechanic actually looked and measured the pads. Because the rotors and pads look brand new to me when you look at the wheel itself. The write up on the pads from the mechanic looks like a copy of all the original write up from a few months ago. Could you check to see if he actually looked and measured I just copied what was in the records from before since I had the brakes done at another location.Please let me know thank you

First-year service: I was told the service would take about 2 hours and was given a loaner car. After three hours of sitting around at a cafe--with no info provided--I drove back and was told itd be another 2-3 hours. Again, too little time to drive home, so I returned to the cafe. After another 2 hours, my Mercedes app informed me for the first time that day that the car had been left unlocked, which suggested to me that it hadnt even been looked at until then. I returned and was told that they needed to order a part. So, I lost the entire day; had they simply told me earlier, I couldve gone home rather than losing the day at a coffee shop.

It was through some mix-up that I got Ken Black as my service advisor but it has definitely been a great experience for me! He’s been overly accommodating, super easy to talk to, and just incredibly welcoming whenever I’m at the dealership. My 18-year-old son took the car in this morning and I told him what to say but when he saw Ken he texted me and said “he already knows everything!” I told him he’s Ken Black…he knows everything 😂. He explains everything clearly, lets me know when things are on sale (tires) when I need them, and has just been great overall. Talk about a happy mix-up!! Always happy with the valets as well.
We recently were already down one car waiting for my daughters car to be registered. In that time she started a new job in Boston. While using my car two large bubbles appeared in the tire ( most likely due to hitting a curb). They are run flat tires so we had no spare. Without hesitation Mike C and his roadside team as well as Mike in Service and his team had me back on the road in less than an hour. Can’t thank them enough. If you were African-American or a female do not come here I got treated better at other Mercedes dealerships than this particular one and this one actually had a reputation that I was aware of as being a very great dealership this place is not it. I purchased my vehicle in April 2021 it’s August 2021 and I’ve had nothing but issues trying to get things done in a timely matter is a hassle don’t waste your time or your money

Samantha is a one-of-a-kind employee and customer service agent. Mercedes is fortunate to have her, and she is one of the most determined, strongest advocates for clients I have ever encountered. Seemingly out of sheer thoughtfulness, kindness, and respect for doing good work and doing the right thing - she is a true gem. I had some work done recently, and she went above and beyond - well out of her way - to try to help and accommodate, at every turn. And, without ever being asked to do so. She sets the bar unreasonably high for other employees (and perhaps even those in roles that may be more senior than hers) to be customer-centered, aggressively considerate and thoughtful of what is the right thing to do. She, individually, redefines the entire customer service experience at Mercedes. Out of apparent instinct, she acts and supports customers the way all employees should. Having experienced her skillset, I would not want to be working with anyone else.

I was given a quote for a Mercedes B service over the phone which I thought was reasonable. Then I came to drop of the vehicle and presented the service B coupon on their website and cost was $200 more! Some coupon!! Don’t show this company the coupon until your ready to pay. I said see you later and I’m never coming back to this dealership.Update: I was called by MB Westwood and told I need to remove my 1 star review - I said no. This implies their rating is overstated if they’re actively calling 1star reviews. I actually save $200 off the price the service was supposed to be, by calling the Natick Mercedes.

They do a great job at getting you in and out with no hassle and no pressure. They provide a loaner car so I have zero interruptions in my life when my car needs routine maintenance or repairs. They communicate everything to me in multiple ways so Im never surprised by the bill or the condition of the car. Getting work done on your car here is as hassle-free as it can be.
I had an excellent experience with service advisor Carrie Hoffman.She was willing to take extra miles to meet my urgent needs. My GLE is due for a 3000 mile regular service later, but before the service I need to make a long trip in a few days and pick up a heavy load of books. She made sure that the tire pressure was set to handle the extra weight. I also had a damaged tire to be replaced which was out of the scheduled time slot. She worked with technician to squeeze the item in and was willing to stay late to finish the job just before 7 pm Friday. I picked up my car the next morning. Though Saturday was her day off, she came over to check me out after explaining to me what has been done to my car. I am very grateful knowing that my car is ready for my trip.

I just saw a reply from this dealer and he lied again, my car was fixed already and I and my mechanic drove the car there for resetting the code, but they said my car was towed there, it’s really unbelievable and acceptable. Lie and dishonesty are always there and that will prevent customers going to this dealership.Never and never recommend to anyone to go there at all.
My experience with them deals with the craziness around surveys. I asked my service tech not to send me a survey. I said If I get a survey, I will give you all zeros. He said We dont send them, Mercedes does. I got an email from Prime saying Youre going to get a survey. I responded to the email saying, If I get a survey, Ill give you all zeros ... I got a survey. I gave them all zeros explaining why in the survey requesting not to call me. Heres what happened. First, I got a phone call. Second, they gave me the complete runaround on the next time I brought my car to the dealership. Heres my lesson and feedback to you. If you get a survey, no matter what, ALWAYS give them 10s on all questions. If you dont they will exact revenge on you. You have been warned!
Ali is a fantastic service advisor as usual. Since he has been there, I actually enjoy going to Mercedes for my service appointments because I trust he will make sure everything turns out great. My vehicle is always nice and clean when I pick it up which makes me happy to go back for service appointments knowing my vehicle will be clean and well serviced. He is also very sweet to my daughter and even helped put some of my items back in my car so I wouldn’t forget them. As the universe would have it, my husband and I were in the dealership again today. We were getting his car inspected, and while that was being we walked the sales floor again. 4 people walked past us and never acknowledge us. I asked myself, is it because we are black but 3 of the four sales people that past us were black! Nevertheless Sales and leasing consultant Andre Anez, came over and asked if we had been helped and my husband and I immediately thanked him first for acknowledging us. We explained to him our disappointment, and he was genuine and apologetic. Andre was a true sales person, trying to build a solid relationship with us, sharing a little about himself and not just trying to make a sale. Dropped off my RV to get an inspection. It wasn’t ready by the end of the day so Darren hooked me up with a sweet E350 for a loaner. The loaner contract came over by text and I was able to sign it on my iPhone for a touch-free delivery.Courteous and professional service.The only problem is that now my kids want me to buy a new Mercedes!

Overall, good with valet available. Only lost a star from another provider not calling regarding updates when my main provider was off. Michael was great!!
