The whole process of getting my new phone and setting it up at target was super quick and easy and the staff was great to work with.
Andrew was nice enough to have some patience as Verizon had a mess up which kept us there for 2 hours. The reason for this 1 star review is due to the post set up of my iPhone. I was handed a phone that was logged into a random target iCloud and was connected through my location to a Target iPad. I can not sign out of the iCloud as I was never given a password. When I call tech support of this Target (which Ive done twice) I am told that they as well dont know the password. I have called Apple Support where the tech told me that this is the weirdest thing (she) has ever seen. I cannot restore the phone and set up as a new iPhone either as it asks for this random Target password. Please never set your phones up at Target, this has been an absolute nightmare, now I have to go back to Target to return the phone and get a new one or wait 3 weeks for Apple to get me a new phone. Terrible experience all around.
