Went to the Westwood store to be added to my husbands wireless account and to purchase a new iphone, since my old phone was no longer functioning. Jeff was extremely helpful and thorough, even transferring my contacts from my dead phone to the new one. He was also very personable. I am very pleased; thank you!

Best customer service ever. We ordered our new iPhones online and were supposed to pick up at this store, but due to a glitch, we had trouble with the pickup. Dan went above and beyond to resolve the problem and even stayed past closing time so we could pick up the phones today.We are so impressed and are very happy with our new phones!
Do not waste your time. Had 1 person being waited on and I was told would be a few minutes wait. After 45 minutes asked how much longer and was told another half hour. Only 1 person on desk. Dont waste your time!
Have bought all my phones from TCC and an extremely happy with my service every time. The newest manager Steph really sold me with her customer service. She really cares about her customers and has gone way above and beyond to help me even with the simplest of tasks. Wish I could give more than a five stars! Definitely a great team!!
The person there Dan was very helpful . I had an issue with my iPhone he fixed it and told me about my upgade I had . Wish phones werent so expensive . He did a great job

My second time getting a new phone at this Verizon store and it wont be my last . I spent almost two weeks trying to get my AOL email added to my phone . Daniel got me a new phone and was able to get my AOL email on there as well .

I highly recommend this location and ask for Steph or Cassie. From the time I walked in until the time I left with my new phone and tablet it was an amazing experience and not once did I feel like I was just another customer. Both took their time with me and explained EVERYTHING! So happy with my experience!
I stopped in quickly at this location. Bridgette was extremely helpful! She made my trip quick and simple!!! Great customer service!! Ill be going back to this location for my future Verizon needs because of her.
I was able to get a new phone and save on my plan, this will be my verizon of choice from now on.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would, but since the employee Evan seems to be the only competent employee working there, you get 1 star. Upon arriving in this store to purchase a phone for my daughter, there was a sign saying “ at lunch, come back soon.” No worries. All employees deserve a break. It just wasn’t very convenient but I waited in my car anyways. Once the two employees returned from the store, I was welcome with the stench of marijuana upon entering. I then purchased a $700 iPhone 10X which was preordered two days prior since the store didn’t have the color my daughter wanted. I never received a phone call that the new phone arrived in the store but again, no biggie. However, neither employee (Brendan or Timmy) knew where my phone was for the first 20 minutes of my visit. Finally, the phone is found and the transaction is complete only to discover a $29.99 setup assistant fee and another $29.99 REDUX membership fee. When I asked Timmy about this REDUX fee, he brushed it off and called it a “processing fee.” I remained in the store and looked online for a better definition for this so-called “processing fee” only to find out that it was a phone drying service that I just paid for though I never authorized it. When confronting Timmy with this info, he said, “Yeah, it does that too.” The trouble I had was that the iPhone 10X is a water resistant phone down to 3 meters so I did not require this REDUX membership. Timmy stuck to his guns stating that per his manager, the fee was mandatory for customers. Completely bogus! He literally lied to me so rather than argue with someone who is clearly clueless and out to rip you off, I called the store manager Dan who remedied the situation for me. He confirmed that REDUX is optional and that I was entitled to a refund. He asked me to return to the store today and speak with Al, the other store manager. Al took care of the refund but still decided to try to sell me on this REDUX membership telling me the difference between water resistant and waterproof. I know the difference Al and I’ll take my chances. Do yourselves a favor. Don’t waste your time. These guys are not honest nor are they competent. I’ll NEVER do business with them again and I will urge everyone in Westwood to do the same. Look at your receipt and if it doesn’t sound right, investigate.
Step was great in helping me choose a new phone, and getting everything transferred to my new phone. The was no wait time, and she was super friendly and patient. I highly recommend visiting this location and ask for Steph!
The staff there are super friendly . They look out for you and dont pressure you into stuff you dont need.
Went there yesterday . The people there were welcoming and happy to see me . You can tell they care for thier customers and workplace . They were cleaning like there was no tomorrow and having fun doing it so it seemed. Love this store . Definitely recommend coming here.
No wait !! This is one of the very few stores you can go into get great service and not have to wait .
