Great experience with Dr. Cory Lavallee. He explained every step and the exam didn’t take long. Jeff ordered a smaller frame for me to try on and they fit perfectly. Great staff.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I brought in a pair of broken Maui Jim shades and Dana could not have been more helpful. She worked with her colleague (didn’t get his name) and 2 hours later they were as good as new! Exceptional service experience and great selection of frames & sunglasses!

Went to Westwood Eye Care last week and had a wonderful experience! I found the office very nice and all of the staff very professional and friendly. Dr. Zahka was so nice and took the time to explain everything. The technology was amazing! So state of the art and great explanations before use. When I went to pick out my glasses, Jeff was extremely helpful, friendly and very patient as I tried on a lot of frames! I would highly recommend Westwood Eye Care and Optical!!!

I got my first pair of glasses from Dr. Z and Jeff. They are both great and the front desk staff are awesome too. Dr. Z always takes the time to explain everything thats going on and to let you know what hes doing and how youre doing. I was really impressed with Westwood Eye Care & Optical when I went there last year. My son (2.5 years old at the time) had a brand of glasses that they did not carry, but were known for being durable for kids and I wanted to stay with them. The team went above and beyond to bring the line into the store so that we could stick with a brand we knew and trust!

I have had terrible experiences here, primarily in regard to pricing transparency. Compared to other alternatives, you will end up paying much more here. On my last visit, I asked the front desk directly, How much will I pay for my visit today? to which I was assured was a mere sum. Upon checkout, I was slapped with a bill more than ten times the quoted amount, completely out of the blue. I will not be returning.

I had a very nice experience. The woman who greeted me when I arrived was very pleasant. My appointment was on time. It was very hard for me to pick out a pair of glasses, but the woman was very helpful (and patient). The selection of glasses was very nice.

Great experience here. Dr. Z is on time, friendly, clear, and concise. Nice selection of frames, quick turnaround, and the staff has been very helpful when Ive needed adjustments or repairs to my glasses. Highly recommended!

Ive been going to Westwood Eye Care for years and was very sad when my insurance changed two years ago, but now that it has changed again I will be going back to them! Dr Zahka is very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. Jeff is great with finding and fitting just the right pair of glasses, and believe me, Im picky! I would highly recommend Westwood Eye Care.

That is not the case at Westwood Eye Care & Optical. He understands how to explain the most complicated situation in the simplest of terms. If I ever have a question or concern his response is prompt, proficient and reliable.He also offers a wide variety of frames – from older styles to the most fashionable ones. If he doesn’t carry the frame, he is more than happy to order it specifically for you.This place is an all-around wonderful experience. Starting with the pleasant faces at the front desk and ending with a quick Starbucks visit after – (it’s located right next door!)

I have been going to Westwood Eye Care for years. Even though I have moved away from the Westwood area, I still make the trip to get my exam every year. Dr. Zahka is on top of all the latest cutting edge technology for examining and testing your eyes. Jeff is amazing at helping you to narrow down all the great styles(they have some great High End designer names - Jimmy Choo, Gucci, etc) for eyeglasses and sunglasses. Making appointments and changing them is always a breeze with the friendly ladies at the front desk.

My father and sister have both been to Westwood Eye and they tell me Dr. Zahka is the most professional, knowledgeable, and nicest doc in the business. My sister finally is without glasses and she cant say enough about how she was treated and her experience. I highly recommend this establishment for all your eyecare needs!

When I have a non-appointment issue they are always there to help me out. They have a better than average selection of frames. And the prices are competitive with other eye care businesses. Westwood Eyecare is fantastic! Its extremely clean and professional. They have the latest technology and are patient at educating me on each step of the exam. In addition, I LOVE THEIR FRAME SELECTION. They have high quality, fashionable frames from top designers like Jimmy Choo, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, etc. And theyre always willing to double check frame colors/ style options that they might not have on hand but could order for me.[They also just got in a new line - its all handmade frames from France called Lafont...incredibly stylish, you have to check it out]
