Had a great experience yesterday at the Extra Space Storage Facility in Westwood. I wanted to downsize my unit but none were available when I inquired at the desk. Carolyn took down my information and within an hour, she called me back to say that a unit the size I needed became available. She quickly cleaned the unit and helped me transfer my account. She took care of all the details for me and all I had to do was move my stuff. She was fabulous - attentive, understanding, and accommodating. Thanks Carolyn!!

We reserved our storage unit at Extra Space Storage in Westwood, NJ with Rob and he has truly been a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and thorough in answering all of our questions, explaining availability, pricing/billing, insurance, etc. Rob was both patient and pleasantly accommodating when our plans had to be changed. He worked with me to prepare for the delivery and unloading of my POD. There are many storage facility options in Bergen County, and we contacted several during our research phase. But it was Robs personable demeanor and demonstrated sense of the value of customer service that gave the nod to Extra Space Storage...he is an asset to your organization.

Hamilton was great! When I got to my storage. A nice note with a phone number to call was left if I needed assistance. New lock was left with package cut open for my for ease. The facility is new, and clean. Elevator, carts provided lots of cameras. I felt safe. I was perfect for what I needed!

Great place to store stuff! Shout out to Hilton who is a great person to work with. Very courteous and helpful. Fairly priced and usually has some kind of promotion. If you need to store in the area, definitely do it here: clean, safe, climate controlled, and they provide dollys for you to help cart your stuff in at no charge (at the facility only!)

I rented a space on 04.20.19 at that location. Brand new, clean and easy to load/unload and park. I had one of the best customer service experience. Manager at that time was super professional and very helpful. We had no hesitation to rent the place. My 5-star goes to the employee.

I made the reservation online and received an email stating that the manager would call me shortly. It took approximately 15 minutes and just as promised I received a phone call from Ken advising me that he had received the reservation and of my next steps. I went down there and met this gentleman in person and I have to say this was one of the smoothest transactions I have made in quite a while. Top notch customer experience, I had to reserve a storage unit on very short notice but it was no problem at all. I reserved on the web and Ken called the next morning to review everything with me. Ken provided red carpet style treatment when I arrived to explain the details, and show me around the facility to make sure everything was in order and as requested. He was super pleasant and informative and made this experience so easy. A customer experience like this is rare these days - Ken absolutely gets it and Im very appreciative!

The experience with this storage facility has been great. Ken and Mary were extremely helpful. From helping us pick the right storage unit to ensuring everything goes well on the day of moving our goods to storage, they accommodated some of our changes and helped alleviate some of the stress.The storage facility has been maintained well and we have not had any issues so far.

When I first called Ken answered the phone and was so helpful right from the start. I’m not as quick as younger people on the computer, so I know I ordered two units instead of one (whoops). Ken talked me thru all my needs. My husband was using his credit card but was stuck in traffic from Manhattan, but we made it in time and Ken was there waiting for us. He showed us the unit, explained everything in a fun, easy to understand, simple way. We understood everything the first time, he did it in a fun way, very upbeat. The paperwork was amazing and do simple to fill out, he showed us how the lock worked and we were done. He made it a very pleasant experience! He introduced us to his supervisor Mary, who was also very nice! The whole experience was easy, quick, and simple. The place is so clean, neat, and has ample parking! You feel very safe and comfortable!

My experience at this place has been extremely pleasant. The first day I came to sign my lease the assistant manager, Ken opened the door upon my arrival and promptly showed me a few units. When I went back they were very pleasant and helpful. The site is very clean and smells clean as well. I am happy to do business with them and it is very convenient as far as on site parking and front door service.
