Elena from the pharmacy does not belong at the window serving customers. Not with that attitude that she has, no way. Appalled honestly. Accused us of having fraudulent insurance because she failed to find the group number on the BCBS card. Realizes where she messed up and hands us our forms for the flu shot without an apology. Good work Elena!

Always long lines for the pharmacy inside and in the drive-thru. Pharmacy staff seems very stressed out. Too bad CVS doesnt take BCBS anymore.

They never actually fill my prescription unless i hound them about it. Its my anxiety meds, i really cant be without it. 3 separate times within a 2 week period i was told that my prescription would be ready and it wasnt. Each time i was told i would have to wait a couple days, which is fine, but every time id go in theyd tell me they dont have it and that there wasnt an order for it in yet. Did the others lie about putting it in, or did they just forget to? Idk which is worse. I shouldnt have to constantly bug my pharmacy to actually get my prescription. I always have to jump through hoops with this place.I was just on the phone on hold to refill it again, and after 10 minutes someone picked up and hung up on me immediately. Im done with this place. Do not go here.

Pharmacy is always busy. You have to wait most of the time at least 20 minutes in the drive through and inside the store. They seem to always be short handed and to top it off... the pharmacy is closed for lunch from 1:30 - 2:00. This lunch closure is not published in their time schedule.

I love the store. Always clean and well stocked. The lines at checkout are hit or miss. The pharmacy always has a 15+ minute wait. The pharmacy is terrible and the people there always seem clues

It took way to long to get an Rx through the drive thru. There was only 3 cars ahead of us. And it took well over 15 minutes. Unfortunately there wasnt enough space get out of the line. Otherwise I would have left.

We have finally had it with this pharmacy. Multiple times, wrong answers given as to availability of certain drugs. Slow fulfillment. Bad service both inside and outside. We have been customers for over 10 years...

The manager April and employee Karen lied stating the refund system was down for a week and the store manager Mark said to issue a store credit or go back to the store I made the purchase at. Why would I accept a store credit for merchandise I have my receipt for. I refused the store credit and why would I be inconvenienced to drive to another store for a refund. After about ten minutes of waiting I called customer service only for manager April to finally issue me a refund. Walgreens refund policy is clearly stated online and on the back of every receipt. These employees deciding who they want to give a refund to must be corrected immediately. Walgreens will never fill another prescription for me again in life! I NOW SHOP AT CVS PHARMACY ACROSS THE STREET. PRESCRIPTION IS ALWAYS READY AND NO LONG LINES!!!

I stopped there on the way home from my sons Dr. apt and this was a BIG mistake. Quite possible the WORST experience EVER!!! The guy who worked in the pharmacy, Bret, very unprofessional, very rude and honestly he was a total jerk! Ive never experienced such bad attitudes, nor have I been insulted by an employee as I had when dealing with this guy. I was in TOTAL shock by this and because of his actions I can say that I will not return to this Walgreens (or any other for that matter).

Rude and not understanding but that changed. We didnt tell the pharmicist why but my sister needed xanex because she couldnt sleep. (my dad died of a sudden stroke :( ) she had come there yesterday and the doctor had called it in and they hadnt got anything, then they told the doctors and the doctors called again and we came again and he abrubtly said nothing was there my sister got a little upset he said we check are voicemail. then he said cars are waiting i have to ask you to move. However I then called and complained and I told him exactly what I said on here Bret got the prescription and he said it will be ready within 15 minutes so it went from one stay to 3 then to a 5

Over all friendly staff and helpful packaging for dexterity problems...However too many mistakes disposing different types of medications and strengths. Defensive and self perceived perfect pharmacy manager requires more guidances to fix errors and less defensive. If more patients counted their medications they too may realize they may be short or too much. Ive had both happen. Additionally dispensing wrong mg of medications that help with regulating blood sugar for my child was very alarming.Simply verify verify verify because the manager is out of the blocks most defensive and quick to blame someone or twist around senerios to distance herself from the errors. May be that is normal only it seems dangerous.
