Have been using this store for 3 years. Take returns sometimes for them to mail. The last timeI went he would not take small box. They have before... he said not their policy. He was busy and had attitude. Will not go the any more.. Will go to one at 335 n. Geneva...same distance for me and nicer people.
Great customer service, especially from the manager. Had an issue with a shipment, and after an agonizingly frustrating day trying to deal with various UPS call centers (-5/5 stars for those human equivalents of warm public toilet seats), the manager heard my issue, promised to make it right, did make it right, and then followed up to make sure I knew the issue was resolved.
Super attentive and very friendly staff. Very helpful and quick service. The rep took the time to explain all my shipping options and cost and made sure I was comfortable with the decision I made. Thanks! Will return again.

I took a box of papers in to be shredded. They took the box for me, placed it on the scale, and then charged me for the weight of the papers AND the box. I pointed this out, and the clerk said, “we don’t have an easy way to weigh it without the box.“ Well, you could round down and estimate, or you could put another box on the scale – – since you sell boxes – –, zero the scale, and place my papers in it. But I didn’t press the issue.Then, instead of taking the papers for shredding themselves, they instructed me to insert my papers into an overflowing bin in the corner. Talk about self-service! That’s fine, though, I guess that’s how it works. As I’m stuffing my papers into the bin by myself, another clerk calls across the store to me: “hey, did you pay for that?“ in an accusatory fashion. I replied, “yes, and I paid for the box!”Overcharging for a service, making the customer do the work, and then insinuating that the customer didn’t pay? That’s a trifecta of “I will never bring my business here again.“
Disappointing experience. I visited this store to complete a one page print job (listed as $0.14 on the UPS website). There was an apparent $2 computer fee for the 60 seconds the employee took to access my UBS drive. I am disappointed this fee was not disclosed earlier in the encounter.
These guys rock. I’ve never had an issue. People should plan to come during slow times of the day.

Tried several times to schedule a pick-up but either they refuse to answer the phone or the machine comes on and does not allow you to leave a message as the memory is always full. Get your act together and stop hiring these lazy kids who clearly dont want to be bothered with working.

I normally do not take the time to write bad reviews, however the lack of respect from the operator of this store is pathetic. He won’t speak to women at all, not a single word even when you ask a question about your package. The store smells horribly unclean as well. If you operate a store, you should be pleasant and helpful to your customers, especially when there are no other customers in the store and you are kind and respectful with your questions. I will never use this store again.

Do not get a box here!Do not use the pay per package service here!My Christmas was ruined because they refused my packages at this location 4 different times!I feel very uneasy about the store manager. He lied to me 3 times that each store employee was aware my packages were coming there. However, 4 different times they refused my Fedex package. Each time I called, the person on the phone would lie and say FedEx never came. Then when I would call again and speak to someone else they would say sorry mam I refused the package.Like why?Too many different people working there, poor management and poor communication.Do not trust this UPS location to send or receive your package!
They wouldnt take a return package because they decided it was to big for their little store. It was 85lbs but very thin. So we went to a real UPS store in West Chicago who not only took it but even offered help.

Its 2:02 pm on a Saturday. Tried to ship a package. The worker was closing up - wouldnt even look at me when I knocked. Really? I guess he has more important things.

I contacted UPS through the website to change my delivery place to this UPS store, which was the closest to my place. A UPS rep on the website informed me (via chat) that there should be no charge. However, when I went to pick up my packet the next day, they wanted to charge me $5.00! I told the employee (who appeared to be the owner) that UPS said it was free of charge and she made a big fuzz about it and proceeded me to give me a lecture about their hardships of operating a small business and yadda, yadda, yadda. On different occasions when I went to drop off prepaid packages, they treated me very poorly--and I think it was the owners too. I dont know, I never felt as ease at this store. Needless to say, now I go the one on Army Trail, where theyve always treated me with respect...
Never received worse customer service than I received today from Terri. When I asked to a UPS padded envelope, she grabbed myaerials and demanded that I purchase a box from store stock. She became abrasive when I picked up my items and said no thank you, youre not being very helpful. When I walked out, she followede screaming dont ever come back! No worries. I wont be back.
