Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Im looking at these other good reviews and wondering why. I have been here two times and both have been bad experiences. This last time I even left without my drinks. The employees attitude in the drive thru was ridiculous and not worth my time so I drove off.

After waiting 20 minutes I was told there is no strawberry açaí and no caramel….. no caramel on a caramel macchiato really!?? Let your customers know before they commit and waste their time in your line!

Drive thru is very short and there is always a line of cars 🤣. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Nice outdoor seating available for walk ins.

Updated again 8.28.2020: Ordered mobile pickup and my boyfriend brought my drink home. Took off the lid to see if my order was right only to discover my cup wasnt even full. Boyfriend swears he didnt drink any and I havent touched it. Very disappointing. This Starbucks never gets my order right and now doesnt even fill the cup. No foam doesnt mean no drink.Updated review: dropped my original rating to 3 stars. 5 visits in a row my order has been wrong. I always mobile order a chai latte warm with other simple modifications. All 5 times my order has still been hot enough to burn my tongue. So disappointed. Im tempted to find a new Starbucks.Great service and the baristas are always friendly and nice.

Great service and reasonable drive through wait time of 15 mins at peak hours. I was extremely excited to treat myself to a pumpkin cream cold brew, felt the wait would be worth it, but I was so disappointed to find out there were no more pumpkin drinks at 945 on Halloween morning! Maybe it is due to COVID, but I hope they take this into consideration for future ordering :(

Great customer service

Very clean, polite environment but they couldnt make a drink for you if their life depended on it. Ive come here a few times and they always get my drink wrong. I dont have a complicated drink either. Nitro cold brew with extra vanilla sweet cream. I feel as if you give them a drink outside their menu list they get it wrong. Ill most likely go back and hopefully they take their time to hear the order before they make it.

Asked for coffee BARISTA NAMED APRIL THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS ON ME!!! Ive been a gold card member for over 4 years. Part of being a gold member is that you get free refills when you purchase drinks in store. For over a year Ive been having issues at this store explaining to employees their refill policy. Tonight April (who has been working here for a few years) refused to give me the refill saying she wasnt going to get fired because of me, I explained to her the policy, she still refused me service. let her know the policy was in Starbucks website, showed her the policy. She refused after reading in detail the policy, and told me to go away or I will call the police. I told her i wasnt going away as I wasnt harassing anyone, I just wanted what was within my rights as a customer. Told her to call the police while I was going to call corporate. Corporate called her in the store, explained to her I was right and she was wrong (she was rude and obnoxious with me saying she works for over 10 years here so she knows more than I do), after the phone call, she had to come back and serve me the refill per company policy. She then try to lie saying reason why she threatened to call the cops was because I was harassing her and screaming at her. A lie, even the employees working heard I wasnt screaming or rude with her, just explained to her the policy. I told her what she did is not right. She made me feel as Im a lesser person than everyone else at the store, as if I was a criminal, threatening to call the police on me for requesting whats supposed to be a right of a Starbucks gold member. Is this how Starbucks treat its customers? Corporate guaranteed me district manager will be in contact. Waiting on the call.

First time visiting this location, can be packed especially their drive through and when trying to find parking and getting out of the parking as well. They made my drink just fine! it tasted great, have no complains. Bathroom could be cleaner tho

I made a mobile order for a drink and sandwich. When I arrived to the store, they were out of one of the drink ingredients and the sandwich. However, the manager offered me two customer recovery coupons! All is well...

I give this location 4.5 stars. I took 1/2 off because they were a mess the week of Christmas. I guess they had a lot of employee call outs.

Went through the drive Thursday 8/24/20 at 2:10pm. The guy ringing us up (male White cap) was very rude and very unfriendly. Very short snappy demeanor.

This location sucks!! Waited 30 mins to have someone tell me we are out of COLD BREW!! Really to hard to post a sign !!!

Slowest starbucks ever!! Okay maybe they all work fast but they need more workers. It always. takes FOREVER! ALWAYS! And ...the drive thru and parking are horribly designed. Not sure why i even try to stop there once in a while.

Great community Starbucks and wonderful employees! Every time I come by here Im welcomed as soon as I enter. Many of the employees know my name and drink. The staff is mostly friendly and kind. The store is always clean. My drink is perfect most of the time and when it isnt the staff has no problem fixing it for me 😊. My favorite Starbucks!

It’s the perfect place to work on patience. 😊This location was crowded yet incredibly organized and flowed smoothly and quickly. Friendly and efficient staff!! Love this location. Worth the extra hop to get to it. Super nice employees. Will only get better once all the new store kinks are worked out. Customer service aspect alone was worth the change.Follow-up: 05/19 oh so some of the old location employees trickled over to the new hot spot. Asked to take my order. I paid using the Starbucks app. No thank you, I didnt even realize it was time for me to move over to the pick up station. I was never given any cue that my transaction was successful. I has to ask if everything went through okay.

For the most part all Starbucks have the drinks down to the needy greedy theres no change in the type of drinks you get the only difference is the customer service thats provided or the Barista that helps you or the cashier to fix your order thats one of the difference that makes a difference if that makes any sense but overall I will give it 4 stars because its more than average compared to most Starbucks its a few that I give 5 stars because they excel in cleanliness and great customer service

Starbucks are everywhere as Well as up and coming new coffee shops sometimes the little coffee spots a little more friendlier twice the window worker at Starbucks just kinda threw my change at me and the second time as the coins fell to the floor she just said oops sorry and continued on her way
