The staff & Doctors are attentive & caring. They take the time to make sure you get the right care & prescription. They have made accommodations when I forgot about my original appointment & still took me in. 5 star deserved! 😊

I have been coming to AccuVision for many years now and as always, they never disappoint. Very cute choices of glasses. Dr. Wang knows what he’s doing. The lens are good and the fit is always on point. I have recommended AccuVision to my sister who loves them as well.

I came in for an emergency this morning after my glasses broke right down the middle. I was just planning on replacing my glasses but the optometrist asked me if I wanted to try contact lenses. I agreed and he gave me a pair to try on. After dropping over $500 on my new glasses I decided not to get the trial contact lenses because they were charging an extra $80 for just trying out the different brands at home, which seemed really strange since no other business I know charges for a couple take-home boxes. It felt like a rip off. So then the optometrist told me to, literally, remove the contacts from my eyes. The justification was that I’d go home and keep using them until I got an infection. I was in shock so I did what he told me to. But it was completely patronizing and infantilizing. I cried when I got to my car from the humiliation.

I hadn’t been to get my eyes checked in 5 years but since I had been to AcuVision before and had been satisfied with their service previously I decided to visit again. When I called, my call went to voicemail but I did not leave a message, I was going to try again later. Not even 15 minutes later I received a text from them apologizing that they missed my call and if I needed help how they could help so I communicated my request and was able to get all of my questions answered and also set up an appointment. I received a call when I didn’t respond to the appointment text and spoke with a very courteous woman who confirmed the appointment and let me know of their new location. I was driving at the time and asked her if she would text me the new address and she was very kind enough to do so.On my visit they were very efficient and friendly. Love the new office so much brighter and bigger. All of my questions were answered by the doctor during my exam and I never felt as if they were too busy for me or were trying to push to sell me something I didn’t need. This has not changed from my previous experiences and this is why I will keep coming back to AcuVision.Overall my experience has been very good at this new location and with the new staff. I like the new texting aspect to their service, very convenient. I am just waiting now for my new glasses and my experience will be complete.

I have been seeing Dr Wang and his team for about 10 years now, all I can say is I will not trust another team with my eyesight. I have seen Dr Eddie Wang, Dr Evelyn Wang they are both unbelievably good and thorough not to mention patient with all of my questions. I had booked an appointment with Dr Wang but when I arrived Dr Tung greeted me in the front of their gorgeous new office (looks more like an artists loft), I was confused but I figured why not they have never disappointed me before. I was very impressed and thankful for Dr Tung’s kind, easy to approach personality she was extremely informative and thorough not to mention fun to talk to. She even informed me of things I had no idea about that had concerned me the past-super big sigh of relief. Maggie worked with me to pick the CUTEST frames and everyone in that office knows it takes me forever to find a good pair that I like.Thank you team, for a great experience once again!

Found this place because of the reviews decided to give it a try and am so glad I did! The place is conveniently located very easy to find, very meticulously clean but to top it off I loved the care I received during my eye exam everyone is so polite here. This has been my second visit at this facility. I was completely satisfied and very impressed with their professional Manner in which they handle their business. Very clean modern facility very courteous and polite staff as well as very concerned doctors at this facility.

Everyone was very helpful and nice! I got a thorough explanation during my eye exam. She went into detail about my eyes and showed me pictures of them. When choosing my frames, the staff encouraged me to try on as many frames as I want. One woman even helped me choose some frames that would suit my face shape. The atmosphere was professional yet comfortable!

I love coming here, even if its a little far from my home because the staff is always super friendly, the office is modern looking and clean, and they always look out for you whether its explaining your options in terms of insurance, making accommodations in appointments to meet your needs, or even just helping you out picking glasses that fit your face. I just went to visit today and they are COVID prepared, it made me feel really safe to visit. Dr. Wang is very knowledgeable and explains everything with detail, even uses models! Highly recommend!

The offices are modern and very clean- there are several wash basin to clean hands and masks are worn by the staff- the staff are very professional and knowledgeable about the products- the Dr was patient and took time to answer all my questions- if I had one complaint was the amount of time I had to wait to seen - I had an appointment and still had to wait 20 min then after I saw the Dr I waited an additional 15 min to be helped with picking out glasses - I am sure part of this time was to clean per covid standards but it did seem excessive- But even with the waiting time I would highly recommend AcuVision Family Optometry

Went for the first time to get new lenses for my husband, was impressed of how clean, new and the great service we got, from the assistant to the doctor, the young man that explained the difference options of lenses, to the manager, it was a very pleasant visit, and they also spoke Spanish, just loved it.

Second year here and never disappointed with help and turnaround. Took a week to get my glasses and went home from eye exam with a contact that works for reading, leaves my distance alone. No more glasses at gym or running.Family owned and very professional. Price is better than a Lenscrafter.

Great experience at AcuVision’s new offices. I’ve been going to them for over 6 years now and the doctors/ staff have always been professional, courteous, and attentive.I was actually apprehensive about my appointment due to the pandemic but the office is totally Covid compliant. I was put to ease with their entire Covid procedures and felt completely safe having my eye exam. Plus the new offices are beautiful with great lighting including an open spa like layout.They use state of the art eye exam equipment. Dr Wang has effective communication skills explaining my results in great details and my exam was painless. Sara assisted with my eye wear selection and was extremely pleasant. She explained my plain in detail and helped me select the right frames. Which they have a great selection of from designer brands to some less expensive but great looking ones. I chose the Tom Ford’s and can’t wait to pick them up.Thanks AcuVision you have a continued satisfied customer that will definitely refer you to family and friends.

AcuVision Family Optometry is a caring community. They live by their name family because they truly care about the health of your eyes and great at the work they do. I have been consistently coming here since I was a child and I have never seen clearer than I do now. (After Dr.Wangs Lasik referral) I recommend all ages to come because they are great with kids. For example, when Dr.Wang gives medication he explains in detail how the drops will feel. I thought it was sweet for the doctor to tell one of his associates to gently scratch a kids hand so they know what to expect from the eye drops.

Dr. Wang and Crystal are the most competent optometry team Ive ever experienced. Their patient care is the best. I called to ask about appointments and there happened to be one the same day. Susan was very helpful in office, explained what I needed to know and found me some great frames, while Dr. Eddie was willing to make sure that the lens would be exactly what I needed. I do recommend them!

Today I had to return to Dr. Wangs office to readjust my glasses and the degree. He spent extra time with me to ensure that my glasses were the proper degree and Im really grateful for his attention to detail. From evidence of my 12/14/17 Yelp Review & 5/2/16 Facebook Review, I been a patient of Dr. Wang for a few years, I have spent hundreds of dollars if not a few thousand at Acuvision. I have always encourage my family and friends to give Dr. Wang a chance because Ive always thought highly of him. Reader please know my review is based on Dr. Wang and not his staff because until the very end Sara and the rest of the ladies were very nice and professional.Today I called Acuvision to see if they accepted our new eye insurance, Sara informed me that they did however Dr. Wang blocked/dismissed/fired me and family as patients. Why? Well over a year ago my husband (first time patient, however the primary on our insurance) ordered his glasses of course after his eye exam with Dr. Wang it was an expensive order if Im correct it was between $600-$800+... Long story short his order was pushed 3 different times weeks in between with some pretty poor excuses, by the 3rd time my husband decided to cancel his order and get his money back. Which they did. I guess at that point we were bad business and Dr. Wang Decided we were no longer worth as patients because patients are only important if your making him money. So instead of Dr. Wang calling the maker of the glasses and complaining to them of the bad service they were giving us by having so many issues with executing our order he decided we were the problem.

Everytime I go in to purchase contacts its the same story 120 eye exam even though its been less than a year I have gone in to purchase contacts. Great racket they got going even after my prescription is the same. Girl at the front say its a fitting requirement. Time to go elsewhere.

Got an eye exam from Dr. Wang. Probably one of the most comprehensive medical history screenings Ive ever gotten, even from my GPs. Staff were very nice.
