Big store. A lot of selection. Small staff. Virgina was the only one who acknowledged me. I guess some one needs to pay attention.They have a lab which is cool. But don’t take my insurance.

Such a pleasant experience as always. I was so indecisive on which glasses and sunglasses to choose so of course the employees working were more then happy to help me. Johanna and Esteban are the best! Professional, knowledgeable, polite, genuine and very patient. They took all the time I needed so I could decide the best pair. I feel they were honestly and genuinely giving me their opinions to help me decide. I am so pleased with my glasses I love them!!

Cindy and her entire working crew today were so amazing, sweet and made my cheeks hurt from smiling (even under a mask). I had quite the task coming in. I needed to adjust my current frames, order a new pair of sunglasses and order new lens for a frame. It was all completed until the technical issues. Yikes, freezing screens and entering data manually is no fun for anyone! So there was Cindy and her team multitasking, being their IT support and still providing great customer service! What a true joy and made sure EVERY ITEM AND ELIGIBLE DISCOUNT was credited for. Ive been wearing glasses since age 4 and I have not had this much fun dealing with eye stuff since I was a kid! Great job ladies, holding it down like pros! LenCrafters these ladies deserve the most efficient and effective space possible! They are already brilliant but if given the necessary support I can only imagine the success!

Had very thorough exam with Dr Pham and Lakshima and the staff helped me choose both new glasses and sunglasses with honest opinions. Can’t wait for my new glasses to debut!

Don’t waste your time or $ at this store. The sales associates are rude and unprofessional. I paid upfront for new lenses for my sunglasses and the whole prescription was off. I could not see out of the glasses and told the associate. Another associate said I’d need to pay an additional $30 to change the lenses. What a rip off and when I refused to pay up front until I received the corrected version, the associate Taylor said she’d have to ask her manager. When I pressed for a timeframe on when her manager would get back to me, she became dismissive and was trying to get me to leave the store. I have now left 3 messages and no return call from the manager Cindy Allen. I’ve spent $350 on a pair of sunglasses I can’t use. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I just needed to order glasses, since I already had a prescription. My Optometrist was going to charge me was over $1100.00 for a pair of glasses, I had to just pay a little over $600.00 a great help in these times especially. I will always use LensCrafters...thank you!

Called to schedule an exam for my wife, who had an exam and got glasses at this location last year. The staff member told me that they would schedule an exam but wouldnt accept her as a new contact lens patient. I was told that was because a new contact lens exam takes an extra 5 minutes. So, this office is happy to take the money for the exam but isnt willing to spend an extra 5 minutes for contacts, which I probably would have bought there? Great way to lose my family as customers.

Went in for eye exam and before I get the exam I’m told to pick out glasses. Guess what I’m told I need glasses. I tell the woman performing the exam you say my vision is good so I don’t need glasses and her response was. “You already signed for glasses” didn’t know that I did. This place is a SCAM!!!!

The manager appears to be a nice lady but is super rude and has no problem making you feel that way verbally in front of everyone else. I will no longer return there to spend my money for me or my other family members. Someone should reconsider who they hire as a manager.

I took my son yesterday for his yearly check-up. The Dr, Dr. Lee, a Dr who has never attended us, attended my son. While briefing me, he appeared SUPER SHORT and non-detailed. He was SUPER RUSHED and appeared a little frustrated. It almost seemed as if he just wanted to just cut me short because it was late and time for him to go. My appointment was at 5:20pm. Clearly it was on the later side. In addition, I asked if they could dilate my sons eyes because his previous Dr had requested it for the past two years in which it had not been convenient for my son at the time. It seemed as if the Dr didnt want to do it out of inconvenience due to HIS lack of time. He said, we could do it BUT itll be another 30 minutes. That but affirmed the fact that he was in a rush. He said that to me a few times. At that point, I didnt feel comfortable. In addition, he did not hesitate to have me sign a waiver (which was already pre-filled out and only required my signature) stating that I declined the dilation process for which my insurance covers. Due to his rushing demeanor and me not feeling at ease, I signed it. However, they just lost me as a loyal customer. Went there every year, for all of us. . But not anymore. . The Indian lady is also always rushing and at times unprofessional, ALWAYS rushing to get out of there. If you want to leave so bad, than why schedule appointments so late? That only robs the customer of their time and benefits.

I called this office in whittier, just to ask a simple question I left my home # and called in am and late afternoon. They just didnt call me back.Just to ask, If there automated eye exam machine is better than doing the exam the traditional way. 66 yrs young and just trying to get better use of my glasses and money.

Doctor was very thorough and explained the complete examination.

We came in on Christmas Eve because my brother had broken his glasses. Everyone there was so nice and helpful, and the man that helped us was able to find a frame that would fit his lenses and we were done with a half hour. Great service and amazing people thank you!

I was quickly seen and was finished in an hour. I was helped by many kind ladies especially Latrice. She is a sweet lady and gave her honest opinion on finding me the right frames. The best of all the glasses were made within 20 minutes!

Ive been going to LensCrafters for about 15 years and about 4 years ago my branch closed and sent me to this Whittier location. I have never had great service and on weekends when there are maybe one or two customers being helped, they never have time for anyone else and are usually very rude about it. If you know weekends are busy, why not have more than three people working. There is a sign out front that says walk-ins welcome but that is never the case and even with an appointment wait times are horrible. I think we have gone here for the last time.

I went to LensCrafters and took my daughter about a month ago. We were very happy with the exam, that was top notch and also with the customer service, that was excellent. Our salesperson was Rebecca. She helped my daughter and I pick frames the complemented our faces as well as our individual styles. Not to mention they were ready in less than a day. I dont believe that I have ever had a pair of glasses that have looked and work so great. Thank you LensCrafters, thank you Rebecca. I highly recommend LensCrafters off of Whittier Blvd.

Very poor service. I was quoted one price for one pair of glasses. Came back the next week when I had the money and the lady arrogantly told me that sale is over and now my glasses were going to be nearly 70 dollars more expensive! What business does that to their customers? The initial quote unless an extra service or feature was added, should not be pro rated more than the original quote. I went to a competitor and was treated with respect, got two pairs of glasses for under the original price I was quoted at Lens Crafters. They lost my business for ever!

I did not have poor service as others had, maybe the customers were a bit rude themselves or didnt make it clear what they needed, but I thought the doctor was very professional and he did a wonderful job and made very certain that I didnt have glaucoma when the pressure seemed a little too high for me, but he explained that the eye test with the puff of air wasnt accurate due to the fact my eye lashes bend down. We tried the eye drop test and he dilated my eyes to be certain and said they were very healthy.The only problem I had was with the lenses. The person who made my glasses messed up on my left lens but Lens Crafters promptly fixed the problem. The other lens, I found out later on, did not have the transition added to it like it should have but that was also due to the one who made my glasses. I think perhaps they should have a talk with the person who makes glasses because two major mistakes on one pair of glasses is quite an issue that Im sure costs Lens Crafters to remedy.

The employees are so rude !!! I live a city away from Whittier and I thought it would be a good idea to go to the LensCrafters in Whittier.... BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER !!!! I drove a whole city THREE times, made an appointment and they still didnt have my eyes measured !!! I decided to never return to that LensCrafters and go to the one in Montebello.... Terrible service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As my first time going to Lenscrafters, the experience was pretty terrible, enough that I can hardly even understand how. I have a specific optometry I go to for years and I figured maybe Ill try out Lenscrafters and see if I can compare their quality and service to my usual go-to. I purchased a pair of glasses for total of $705 and ended up returning it all after a month because they couldnt predict a time of when my glasses would be ready and had a long story linked to the issues with my lens unable to pass through quality inspection in their lab and somehow cant provide a reason behind it. There were many things I didnt like about the customer service: rude phone representatives, lack of communication among employees which led to misinformation, sketchy movements like forgetting to credit back the tax for the frame I purchased separately until I mention it but somehow didnt forget to charge me for it. I ended up going back to my original optometry and purchased 2 pairs (Rx clear glasses and sunglasses). They wouldve made more than a grand from me, have me as a returning customer and as well as me bringing people for recommendation, but not after what happened. Only good thing I can say about Lenscrafters at this point is the wide selection of designer frames. Other than that, there arent much beneficial perks here.

Lenscrafters... humm! I showed up as a walk-in and was turn down totally. I was told to go back the next day because they were booked all day! Whas was interesting was that during my visit I witnessed something that is totally worth to say. The staff likes to make fun of the custumers especially one of the male employees. I sadly witnessed this happen to a poor lady dressed in scrubs, I dont think that lady spoke much english so she couldnt undurstand much of what the male employee was ridiculing her with the rest of the staff what is also sad was that all this happened in presence of other customers. My question is why Lenscrafters let incidents like this happen? Where is the respect for customers? I truly think that male employee should be fired along the rest of the front office staff. I called another Lenscrafters and they took me in withing half an hour of leaving this site.My recommendation will be: Respect for the customers !I do not recommend this place to anyone unless I would like them to do me the favor of ridicule whoever I send something they do wonderfully.

The doctor I seen today was so un professional and rude. I will never ever recommend this location or LensCrafters. Go to ......LensCrafter.

So i went in to Lenscrafters to see if they could fix some scratches on scratch resistant lenses ( after just 6 months) and i was very happy that the girl said i was still covered by the insurance and could get new ones for 25 bucks. What i am not happy about is that i think they need to have someone actually calling people when their glasses, or in my case lenses come in. I think when they say oh when they come in we will send you a text or email they should actually do that. Its been a week and i just happened to call and they said oh yeah they already came in....i dont think that is good service. My opinion
