I would give the store 5 ⭐️ but I don’t always see Jessica. I was just helped by Jessica I dropped off a FedEx package that uses the manual labels and she was able to give me a receipt however her coworkers the guys didn’t or won’t even try to give a receipt they just tell me they can’t do it. Don’t believe in the word CAN’T they are just lazy or they don’t want to take the time. So if you are at Office Depot see Jessica you will her the help you need if you ask the guys if you are not asking for a difficult matter then you may get some help but ask for Jessica She knows her stuff!!!Jessica you need to teach the boys how to do wash you do because you give great customer service!!!!😎😎😎

My printer was literally being a pain in the butt but Daniela & Albert were super helpful and friendly. I had so many issues and concerns with it not printing out the photos correctly. They helped in a very patient, friendly, and timely manner. Wonderful customer service and they definitely need to promote Daniela. Very kind & very knowledgeable of the items in the store.

Friendly staff. I visit the store a couple of times a month and kuddos to the young cashier (love her hair color) she is always super friendly and efficient!

The store does have good employees such as Victoria, however the sub manager Danielle must be the worst judge of character including that of making decisions that do not pertain to her. AVOID USING THIS STORE FOR ANY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT ALL COST!

Oh my goodness! The most unprofessional store Manager I have ever encountered! “Albert” is the store manager who most definitely needs to take some managerial training courses. This store manager however just has a “really” bad attitude that he shares with the rest of his employees that worked his shift today! I already sent an email to corporate informing them of my issues with Albert the manager. EXTREMELY POOR Customer Service at this location! Do yourselves a favor, find another Office Depot to go to and stay clear of this location! Don’t send your mothers or grandmothers to this store, they will be treated poorly, I am sad to say!

COMMON..OFFICE DEPOT name seems to tell you, almost everything related to an OFFICE, right?. I went to send some Court documents, asking 2 employees in the counter of Copies and fax, if they have a stapler that I can stapled back my documents, not too bulky but more than a normal 5 pages that a normal staple could be use for,,, they stated that only 2 desk staples were available in their Industrial copier, blueprints, banner, etc area... WOW, I cannot believe it, but I say thank you, and left disappointed. Other office stores have them, because I used them.Oh well... now you know.

Yeah so good price on the desktop i got, but when it came to pay for it dude wouldnt let anybody else ring me up it seemed like. Let me say im covered in tattoos so when I hand him the card he says my name has to be on the card my wife and me have a joint account and havent ordered a card with both names. So he wouldnt let me use one card well i give him another and say i have to do some on this and some cash since you wont take my other card. At first he said he couldnt take it for some reason Idk then i get him to realize im doing two payment types because of some policy they have you cant buy anything unless you name is on the card and no matter the purchase size you have to show an I.d. even tho i didnt see the lady before me have to. He asked me what i do for a living Idk seemed like he kinda profiled me and thought i was trying to use a stolen card. This is a pretty weird store policy too. Been to best buy twice this month never had to show I.d. or have any troubles. Take what you will from this.

Took a bunch of old paperwork to get shredded. They had two very affordable options. I choose to just put it a bin and have it shredded and the girl offer to put in herself. The couple of times I have been here the staff has been great. They have some really good deals every once in a while.

I was hoping to get glass on my cell phone fixed but its older and would have to be sent out. Other than that the tech guy was super helpful. Answered all my questions about my laptop. I know where to go now for tech support.

If you need any type of Office Supplies this is the place to go. Good selection of Notebooks, monitors and printers. Friendly and helpful staff. I visit often for company supplies. Something always on sale.

After spending nearly an Hour at Best Buys - Fullerton, trying to buy a Windows Tablet, and leaving with one of the worst experiences regarding service and product knowledge ignorance, I stopped at this Office Depot (which one of the Best Buy Employees said didnt carry windows tablets) and was very happy I ran into Adolfo Mora, who knew everything about Tablets and helped me purchase one. I was in and out with my tablet in my hand within 10 minutes....If you need anything Office related including computers and tablets, please go to this Office Depot and ask for Adolfo Mora.....You will be very pleasantly surprised....

The sales associates are friendly and available. The prices are good, especially the items on sale. You get coupons for shopping to use on your next trip.

3 stars is average. I dont go into office depot often. Once or twice a year. Every time I go my thought is, how are they still in business? Store always quiet and empty. Not exactly empty, but it seems like it. And yet, the checkout is always slow. Its weird.

Office Depot was great!!! Had to have 16 photos copied on actuask photo paper.They came out great, and wat less expensive than another place I went to.

Friendly atmosphere and my new fave place to ship USPS Priority Mail. I ship primarily via UPS since I ship large quantities on a weekly basis, but a few neighbors suggested Office Depot vs the Whittwood station for last minute shipments via priority mail. Its a very friendly place with happy folks and great service. Never any long lines to ship. Boxes and envelopes are always readily available, the store is always clean and tidy, and the convenience of buying those quick-to-run out office supplies is an added bonus. The rewards program is also pretty generous. Earn rewards points by shipping USPS at their location. Great place!

Great office depot but very busy. But they do all they can to assist you with your business related needs, including printing and scanning docs onto USB. They are busy but customer conscious.

I been coming to this location for 23 yrs and I always find what I need and sometimes they have great sales.

I had searched 5 to 6 different stores for shelves in my local area. Furniture, Walmart, Big lots, some other assortment of furniture store,even the Goodwill. I finally remembered that Office Depot sold bussiness furnishings. Bingo! Not only did they have the perfect size,color they were on sale. Bought 2 for little more than 1 regular priced out and got it delivered for free. Whoopee! Thank you Office Depot.

I had a lot of shredding. A woman who seemed to either be the manager or assistant manager was not very friendly. She did not say hello. She walked ahead of me and did not even acknowledge I was there. Not a very friendly place. They spend more time talking to each other on their head pieces and do not pay much attention to the customer. That is a little rude.

Great for printing. Best to go when it is not crowded.

Possibly the worst office supply store Ive been to. The staff is mostly incompetent and sadly cocky. I purchased a laptop with a warrantee and it had issues from the get go. I have gotten absolutely no where with the employees that are supposed to be knowledgeable in fixing electronics. Ive been in with the laptop 3 times, and each time theyve sent me home with a still not working laptop. Beyond frustrating.
